Friendly staff, large shop floor, nice deli, a Starbucks counter and clean restroom. I shop here whenever Im in the area. Easy access and plenty of parking spot.

The deli often doesnt have any pre-made sandwiches (even at 11:30) am, and the custom sandwiches take FOREVER. on my 30 minute breaks, sometimes just making the sandwich takes 20-25 minutes of it leaving no time for lunch.Ingredients are good and they taste great, its just a shame.

Front end and stocker here are generally super nice, but some starbuck snowflake regularly toss my sandwiches around, rude but not a big deal but got shoo cause the register aint working is. If you like your drinks with some ghetto attitude this is the right place

Parking lot has 0 spaces during football games. go to qfc down the street instead!!

The staff is always helpful.. The selection is great for a medium-sized store. (Medium-sized means they dont always have all variations of product).Pharmacy is particularly attentive and helpful.

Nice grocery store. It is in a good location. Pretty good selection for the size of the store. It isnt ever too busy, which is why I like to go to this location. Customer service has always been great. I would recommend getting a QFC card. It gets you a pretty decent discount. Not a great place to go if you need non-grocery items like toiletries, they dont have a great selection for these items and they are usually expensive.

Awesome staff, one lady specifically that greets everyone and is always ready to help. The only problem I would say I’ve had is that they raise the prices based on product usage. That gets annoying

Please don’t waste your time doing grocery pickup here. It’s always slow and I write this as I sit here now (going on 20 min) waiting for someone to bring my order. The reason I was given? The “e-commerce person” isn’t here, so my groceries weren’t ready. 😕

Its not Publix, but few grocery stores are. Decent service. Bathroom was disgusting. Produce is hit or miss. Meat section tends to be okay.

I love this market. The staff is very professional the food is fresh and they have a huge variety of items.

BEWARE!I have repeatedly watched employees behind service counters not change their gloves between tasks. An employee was sweeping the floor and then proceeded to slice turkey with the same pair of gloves on. I also witnessed an employee touching their arms, adjusting their mask, touching a sign and then slicing meat with the same pair of gloves. I hope the store starts to care more about sanitation and safety!

Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful. I feel this a reflection of a positive work culture. I’m incredibly thankful for them in these trying times. Keep up the good work!!

I literally just come here for George! The store is just like any other QFC but George is 5 stars all the way. He is always friendly and kind to everyone.

I thought everything was beautifully set up. It was so clean it made shopping a pleasure. I did my weekly shopping, it took me a little longer, I bought a little more, however, this QFC shopping trip was enjoyable.

Super convenient grocery store. Very accessible and easy to get in and out of. Self check for those with just a few items and plenty of quick checkers who want to check out regularly. This is my go-to grocery store in the Kenmore / Bothell area.

Despite there being a glut of several grocery stores within just a couple mile radius, as a local Ill assert that this is probably the best one. Good layout. Fairly good selection (medium-large produce section, reasonable cheese selection, 8 brands of smoked salmon versus Safeways 1). Good meat counter. The staff always seems friendly and dedicated.

Terrible. I have bought onions here that were rotted when I sliced them open. Came back to exchange them and found moldy ones in the bin. I let that go but today when I came it to get some chicken from the deli it was hard as leather. I wont be setting foot in this store again. Quality food, yeah right.

Really like shopping at QFC, typically good, fresh choices and well organized aisles. Appreciate their recent shift to offer a piece of fresh fruit to kids while shopping with their parents. I would love if they did this in a pinch for adults too....could help us all make better choices while our bellies are hungry and shopping for dinner!

Horrible service, and today I’ve been waiting for more than 20 minutes just for some flowers to get wrapped! They are just taking their time doing what they want and they don’t care about their customers.

Small but well-stocked grocery store with a surprising variety, given the relative small size. It feels more like a market. Staff are super helpful and friendly. They even have a little bin of free fruit for little ones to snack on while shopping.

Always has what I need. Good selection of beer. Being open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is super convenient.

Small store but its open 24 hours and has the most common stuff you would ever need. The bakery has a decent selection, the hot foods are good too since they have a boars head for sandwiches. Theres a Starbucks inside that i have never seen a line at if you think the line at the Starbucks just outside is a long wait.Its right next to a stadium and people will fill up the lot on game days, thats the only thing bad about it so far.

This store has large parking facility and wide selection of products/. The customer service is great!

Consistently stalked with local, fresh baked and grown foods. Friendly staff treats everyone like a neighbor. They make a quickly expanding downtown still feel like a small town community.

Its not the cleanest or best stocked grocery store. The floor is a bit torn up, and everything just feels a bit run down. I often go to the dairy department to find whole shelves empty of the milk I usually get.

Smaller QFC been there forever . Staff is always willing to help and I love that they know their customers -

If you need something, they have it. If they dont have it, they are willing to order it.Their sales prices are good, their normal prices tend to be high, but their quality is almost always high, too.

I like going to this QFC and most QFCs in generally. The checkout wait times are shorter than at my closer Safeway. The employees seem happy here also and there is an abundance of them.

Love the Bothell store. Not so big you get lost finding what you want. Pharmacy knows your medical & is helpful with filling rx. All employees know the stock and will take you straight to the item.

I have been going to this market 8 years now. Everyone is so friendly. Very helpful when you need to know where something is.

I love the bakery section you can always smell the aroma of tbe baked goods as you enter into the store.

Went in at 5:30 pm ask deli about getting chicken. Was told fried would be up in 30 mins. And baked (which is what I wanted) would be 1 and a half hours. I wont be going back.

This location is badly in need of a remodel. Feels very run-down and dingy. Plus the selection isnt very good. I will go here if I need to quickly grab something, but never for a full shopping visit.

Its your normal QFC stuff is expensive unless you get the rewards card. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Its in a good location and I go there often.

The store is very small, but the staff make it work. Conveniently located, friendly employees, and always very clean. Often faster than its big brother up the street, and usually a lot less crowded.

This disqualified manager, named Yvonne is deep in the mannerisms: very slow prompt, no smile, impolite, unpleasant and annoying, especially when she said, I dont care about anything related to customers. She is not supposed to treat customers like that no matter what!, very emotional behavior and unprofessional. She should go back and be retrained from the basic stuff or be kicked out for sure. Poor quality of service in management, duh!!

Its okay, just like any other QFC. Its nice that its open 24 hrs and within walking distance to campus housing, makes it a reliable source for shopping household needs.

I have been shopping at this QFC for 16 years and for most of those years it was a pretty normal shopping experience. Over the last couple of years, though, there seems to have been a change. All of the checkers (that I see during my 3 -4 visits a week) are men. I wouldnt have a problem with that, except that they are just not very friendly. They rarely offer a greeting, never smile, and grudgingly grunt a have a good day at you. Last night I went in and after handing the checker my own plastic shopping for him to bag my item, he threw my bag into the trash and put the item into another plastic bag. Apparently it was just too much trouble for him to open the bag I handed him. I am getting really tired of the sullen, unfriendly attitudes of these guys.

Convinently has what you need at a great price. The staff are wonderful treat you with respect and loving care, especially George Becker, who always has my family feeling welcomed. Often, when we are in a different area, such as Canyon Park QFC, we will go out of our way to visit, our downtown Bothell way QFC (for over a couple of years now). Where we know we can count on more then 5 star service; as they are consistent with friendly employees, fresh produce, food samples, yummy bakery, organized organic foods/gluten free areas, wine tasting with crackers and cheese, convenient small Starbucks, children sized carts too for the little ones in training, option of self check out service, or a clerk is available to do check-out too. Something for everyone and lots more ❤️.

Pharmacist was incredibly helpful and friendly when getting medicine for our sick child.

I moved to the Bothell area a couple of months ago from the Olympic Peninsula, and was so happy to find that the Bothell Way store is very close to me, but soon became frustrated because they dont carry items that I am used to getting at other QFC stores. I always have to run to the Canyon Park QFC which is very inconvenient. I do want to say that the employees at the Bothell Way QFC are always so nice and helpful. I just wish their stock was better.

We come here for convenience but QFCs across the board have consistently disappointed me. Overpriced, low quality and poor selection.
