The guy that works there each time Ive gone is a pretty cool dude! Fun to talk to and friendly. The opposite of how most gas stations are. Thanks for making this gas station experience a good one Cool Dude!

Went in around 10:30 this morning and an employee was holding wrapped food up to his unmasked face and sniffing it, then put each item back and moved to the next. Even in non-pandemic times, there’s more sanitary ways to see if your food’s gone bad.

I came here tonight around 2am(ish) and I just want to say the young lady with brown hair in a ponytailthat helped me was AMAZING. She helped me with a somewhat confusing coupon for American spirits. I appreciate her taking the time to figure it out with me. I live in the kenmore area but I will make sure to drive the little extra way to come to this Jackson’s from now on! It’s hard to find a convenient store/gas station that has workers that actually take the time out of their day to put in that extra bit of effort. Thank you so much. 🙏🏼✌🏼🤗 happy holidays!

Rude clerk and also stared at my through the window when I left the store. 4:58pm march 27th. Would like the company to know that whom ever was working at this time should not be working in public service. Very uncomfortable

On December 22, 2016 at 8:37pm in Bothell, WA, I went to this Jacksons/Shell store to purchase $20 of gas, a coconut water, and a 20 oz Sprite for a total of $25.12 and instead experienced blatant racism and bigotry. After I successfully ran my card as credit, signed my signature, and was about to walk away, the cashier (who was not wearing a name tag) asked to see my ID. I wondered why he wanted to see my ID AFTER the transaction because, if there is a suspicion of fraudulent card activity, the ID is asked to be shown BEFORE the card is swiped.I asked the man, whose name I still did not receive, and it was not printed on the receipt, why he needed to see my ID. He said it was because I signed my signature too fast and he wanted to make sure I actually owned my card. What?? That makes NO sense. He did not to this to ANY other customer, of which there were many. Just me. The single minority at the gas stationAt that point in time, he had NO idea what my name was, and his assessment for how long it would take to sign my name was a suspiciously arbitrary requirement. The cashier, who later claimed to be the owner, rolled his eyes at me and said he was just making sure that the card was mine. I told him that if my card were stolen, then that is something that my bank and I would take care of, as it was not his place to question if my card was mine after a successful swipe and his assessment of how fast I signed my name.I walked away from the walk-up window, back to my car at pump 8, and the cashier followed me. I wanted my money back, but I felt unsafe. And not only had he left his register to follow me, he then flipped me off with his middle finger and started smoking a cigarette at a fully functioning gas pump.At this point, my safety was in such jeopardy that I sought the next best option to resolve this situation, which is reach out to corporate.I went to this Jacksons and was unfairly called out. No one else was followed. No one was was given a middle finger.Myself and my family will no longer be shopping at this gas station or any other Jacksons or Shell station. While they are conveniently located, I cannot patronize a store that treats their honest consumers like criminals based on their skin color. And, as I stated, I would have asked for a refund were the cashier not being openly hostile towards me.

Called to see if they issue money orders, rude woman stopped responding and I could hear a transaction in the background. Waited for 5 minutes before she came back. They dont issue money orders. Overall useless.
