I love PCC. Ive been a co-op member for decades and overall I give PCC 5 stars. This review is only for the coffee.I ordered a 16 oz medium roast drip coffee today. As with most medium roasts Ive tried, it tasted rather over-roasted to me.To put it in context, I drink my coffee black so I can taste the flavor of the coffee. Thats my thing and Im on the lookout for places that have coffee I like.I have a coffee evaluation rule of thumb. If freshly made coffee doesnt taste as good to me as Starbucks Via instant coffee, then it gets a failing grade.PCC, please consider providing coffees that are not over-roasted. I think a good number of your customers and staff would really appreciate the upgrade.

This is where we go for meats and fresh veggies. The quality and condition is always exceptional we can always count on it been safe and healthy to eat. Plus, the pandemic isolation has pushed me to cook more and they always have the unusual ingredients.

Burnt $8 panini from PCC. So disappointed

You walk in and BAM fresh produce everywhere. Deli is top notch, meat counter workers are the bees knees, and there is more health conscious food then your colon can handle.

PCC Bothell has been my go to ever since moving back to the PNW. Their produce is always fresh and nicely stocked. Their employees, especially in the meat department, are extremely helpful and nice. I cannot count the amount of times I have asked them for special requests and they have been so helpful. The quality of their meats are unmatched. I will happily pay slightly higher prices to support such a wonderful co-op.

Nice clean store, friendly and helpful staff. Not my kind of store, very pricey. This is a store for people that like health food. I am not that person. I wandered around the store looking at stuff I found hot soup, they had one of my favorites split pea! Didnt buy it, didnt know how much it cost. I left without buying anything, way beyond my budget!

One of the smaller ones I have been to but produce is still plentiful and in excellent condition. I was pleasantly surprised they had fish sauce!

I love this PCC because of its size. There are all the products I look for in this location.

I have always loved this store and the great selection of organic foods and beverages. I also love that they provide products that can be composted or recycled.I did observe a situation that as a woman made me incredibly uncomfortable. Two males working in the meat/seafood department spotted a very attractive young woman walking nearby. Their reaction and attention to her appearance made me so incredibly uncomfortable. I am not naive and I have seen far worse, but to see this happen in my favorite store.and by men who I had interacted with numerous times before, really let me down.

Above-average PCC in the area. Has all the expected services PCCs provide.Clean layout and not crowded, even during peak hours.Great parking as well.

Excellent store! There is plenty of parking, even when its busy, and theres always been a great selection available of grocery items. Always great to be able to support a local co-op and local businesses. And the prepared foods is delicious!

To be completely honest, when you first walk in, its a bit overwhelming but once that feeling is over, its pretty fun to look at everything there & Im pretty sure you could spend all day looking at what they have to offer....

A more conscientious shopping alternative. You want cheap, go elsewhere. Here, almost everything is organic and fresh. Ever hear, what you pay is what you get! Well, this is your grocery store. Most things have little to no artificial junk, fillers, chemical byproducts. To shop with or without membership is fine, as there arent too many discounts as most produce is fresh farmed locally. Youre really paying it forward here. It being the cash that drives your familys energy bill.Their membership is a one-time affair of $60 and just like other grocery chains you can use your phone number. In case, you forget your membership card at the cleaners with your billfold still in the pocket of your trousers. Oops!

We bought some (expensive) organic kale. Got home and found it COVERED in aphids (tiny grey bugs). The strawberries lasted maybe two days in the fridge? I get better longevity from organic strawberries from Safeway, for half the cost. The checkout also charges you $0.05 for brown paper bags? Plastic, sure, Id understand. But for brown paper bags? Especially when you arent allowed to bring your own reusable ones? An absolute rip off.

Grocery and ready made food at a very conveniently place - one of the best place to do your grocery for fresh, organic and local farms items. Staff is very helpful, takes pride in helping customer above and beyond. Free paeking in the open space, in front of the shop. Also, in the same shopping corner, you will have gas for your vehicle, store for pet, shop for small household items, outdoor activities and as well as fitness center.TIP - sign up for your bi-weekly free items which could be meat or produce or other food items.

3rd time in a row dropping by well before 11am and no bacon breakfast biscuits and when asked how long for more to be up and told we dont have any right now. If you cant be consistent for breakfast than your just wasting my time. Done with this store.

This is for the cooking classes that are held at this PCC. The set up was nice with large TV screens to help you see the action. The staff was helpful and welcoming; the teacher fantastic. I look forward to my next classes.

First time there today. Love the variety of foods & plenty for my family of Coeliacs!!! Yep everyone is gluten free. Some can do dairy or eggs, some not... it can be a tactical nightmare unless you turn shopping onto a treasure hunt!The deli had allergens very clearly labeled for each product. Store isles are wide. Customers minded their covid manners. Store staff were friendly & helpful Yes they even smile ... (wont see that at FM)Prices are a bit high but in the pandemic Im thrilled to get what I need in one spot!

Expensive but worth it. Take a peek at their sparkling clean restrooms! IMO 4-stars just for that!

Poor customer experience. If my mask slips down my face then a simple reminder to cover my nose and mouth is sufficient. Don’t ask me if I have been asked multiple times to fix my mask by other employees when I haven’t been asked. Does PCC not teach customer care or how to build customer relations? That approach is horrible. Wish I had a name of the young man but I didn’t get it.

Friendly and caring staff willing to answer questions and help you find difficult to find items. Found myself shopping there than QFC across the street.

I love shopping at PCC and wish we had one closer to our home. They simply have the best locally sourced produce at a reasonable price. Their breads are also the best, especially their rustic baguette.This PCC is a pleasure to shop at. The store is clean, organized, well- stocked and very easy to navigate around.In addition, their staff are always friendly, helpful and seem happy to be there. And p.s. an order from the governor is not a law. Im glad they realize this and arent putting people who cant wear masks at risk and unlawfully enforcing it.They def get my business.

All employees are very friendly, deli, bars, frozen & produce areas have a good variety of choices, but not so much in the other departments. Good selection of organics. Prices are a bit above the norm but they do have some member incentives. Parking seems sufficient. The store was freezing cold in November.

All PCC stores are great. We usually go to Edmonds but this is very clean and well stocked.

Great selection of healthy foods and their deli has great ready to eat meals. The only drawback is the price, show up with a full wallet. And of course, it is always filled with yuppies.

Consistently better than Whole Foods in the produce section. This time couldnt find any fresh tarragon. No problem though, I bought some super fresh lettuces, burdock root, horseradish plus some other novel looking locally grown greens and tasty veggies.

Once again, this store stopped carrying something Ive purchased there before and needed for a recipe. This is a trend. Im downgrading. Store increasingly caters to lunch crowd. No problem, except there are fewer choices for grocery shoppers. More prepackaged items, fewer choices in bulk section. This review is just for this store,Not PCC as a whole.

I wanted to buy a sandwich. When I asked the deli counter for a couple of mustard packets the deli clerk said he didn’t know where they were and recommended I buy my own mustard. He then walked away. Not the best service. So I decided to put my sandwich back and go to the Edmonds location which was happy to provide to me the service I’m paying for. Not sure I will be going back to PCC though as Whole Foods is closer to my house.

When I was at the Bothell PCC today, only 1 of the 5 checkout clerks was wearing a mask. I understand that some employees can be exempt from wearing masks for highly unusual medical conditions, but 4?!I have elderly parents and if PCC’s employees have such little respect for public health and safety as to not simply wear a mask like literally all of their customers, then I’ll shop somewhere else that cares about customers.No one likes wearing masks, but we do it because we CARE about people and masks are required in public places. PCC clerks clearly don’t care about customers.

A well run store. Superb cheese department, Quality meats and fish, adventurous wine department. Great ready to eat department if you want lunch or were not in the mood to cook. The produce is arguably the best in Snohomish county.The staff are attentive and friendly.

I never see so much fat on the baby back ribs ($9.99 per lb )before. I am not sure if I would like to go this PCC again to buy meat in the future. I wish I could attach the pictures as evidence for the review.

Not too crowded awesome selection of healthy foods, love that most is already prepped, just need to cook, they are very watchful of GMOS, being organic etc...love it!!!

Awesome choice of local fruits and veggies. Chose the Cherry plums, blueberries, Rainier cherries and white peaches. Delicious!!!!!

Love there selection and how good the food is. Want to just keep buying my groceries from here all the time. Love the bakery items and that great yogurt looks amazing and the coffee is really good too. I love the coffee. Definitely recommend for some healthy living food without some wierd stuff you havent heard. I mean they do have that too.

Unmasked worker checking people out every time I go. I’m high risk and I can’t be around unmasked people. Workers have been required to wear masks since June 8th and multiple times a person (possibly more than one) hasn’t been wearing a mask. Provide accommodation of a different position with the same pay where they aren’t potentially exposing hundreds of shoppers in a shift to COVID/19 if they are asymptomatic.

Great little grocery store hidden in Bothell! A large variety of premade options. Excellent buffet and salad bar options. Fresh baked goods and great coffee options. A large array of bulk items. With many healthy choices, vegan options and gluten free items. Something for everyone and at reasonable prices.

Marlene in the Meat/Butcher area gets a full 5 STARS, her customer service is top notch, it doesnt matter what she is doing she wants to help you with what you want. Dont see it on the shelf, no problem, ask. If she has it in the back, she brings in up and will even make a package special for you with how much you are wanting!!!! On the other hand, Deli/Bakery, slow to acknowledge you are wait to be served, though tons of people working behind the counter? And the service doesnt always come with a smile . . . Marlene needs to give a customer service class for all the employees that work here!!!

Small, and a little strangely laid out due to the shape of the building its in. Aside from that, this place is wonderful! What they lack in selection (again, not much room here), they make up for with thoughtful, quality choices. The employees are happy, friendly and helpful. Theres always a lot of delicious prepared food at the deli counters and in the baked goods area. This is my favorite grocery store.

Omg! This grocery store is absolutely the best grocery I have ever been. It’s new, it’s clean, it’s very cozy, it smells fantastic inside, like you are home. The selection of products is fantastic, it’s fresh and organic. The associates go above and beyond to help you find what I was looking for. I asked one guy to help me to find Ricola cough drops and he stoped doing what he was doing and showed me, pointed where the product was. It’s such a pleasure to be there, I love you PCC! You are the role model in customer service.

PCC is a great place to shop and actually has deli food that is edible. Definitely not your ordinary grocery store. It is mostly organic and offers a wide range range of deli offerings. Salads, meats, pastries, coffee, soups, hot bar, salad bar, pizza bar, burrito bar, lots of fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Today I had the grilled salmon salad with blueberries. Wow! Its good.

I wanted to commend a young man who has helped me with my purchase of Aloe Vera. He was very patient and knowledgeable, kindly answering all my questions. He recommended the inner leaf as being possibly more palatable to someone like me. I am not yet familiar with the taste. I finished my first bottle and returned for more! Thank you Jay for your kindness and concern. You were right!!

This is by far the best grocery store around. I’ve been a customer for over a year now, and I have always been impressed with their quality of foods, and their customer service. Leaving this review now because I just had the best experience yet! Bryan behind the bucher’s station was so kind and really helped me figure out what I needed for a certain recipe when I was unsure, and he even cut it fresh, exactly the way I needed it! I’ve never had a butcher go so above and beyond! I’m a loyal customer for life.

Store is clean with a huge selection of food ready to serve. Lots of organic grocery, even though slightly expensive, but they are organic. People are nice here. Great place to grab quick lunch for work or shopping for some ready to cook dinner ingredients

Staff is helpful. Selection of hot bar foods is excellent with vegan and Paleo choices. Salad bar has good selection and prepared dishes are mostly organic and variety of selections. Seasonal selection is excellent. Special note is in the freshness and quality of produce. They are very accommodating as with meat/fish selection and special requests. There is special care in not tossing the produces when checking out and in bagging of cold with cold for easy put away after getting home. The selection is quality and provides a one stop experience.

How can you not love PCC? They have such great selection and their stores are always so clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love PCC and frequent regularly. I also signed up as a member and love the discounts.
