I had a purchased a defective battery from Valvoline next to this Auto Zone June 30,2021. I was stranded with a dead battery August 11th in town. My husband was with me, and we went by that Valvoline with the receipt for the battery purchase. They tried to tell us to go to Auto Zone to have my alternator and starter tested which tested good, but the battery failed. Valvoline was trying to get out of exchanging the battery. Auto Zone was extremely helpful in testing everything thoroughly and to prove to Valvoline they sold me a defective battery. With my husbands help, Auto Zone took the initiative and spoke with the manager of Valvoline and assisted in getting them to exchange the battery without charge. Auto Zone was also helpful on changing out windshield wipers on a previous visit. Im very satisfied with Auto Zone!

Very pleasant employees, clean store, usually has everything I need in stock, if not it takes 1 day to receive the part.

They helped me get the correct parts but didnt mention a word about i would need specialty rental tools. So i got home and had it all apart and had to put it all back together again. I just returned the parts and will take it somewhere to be fixed.

Great place to go if you have a beginning smoker or an avade on.wonderful place to shop.

Monday I mistakenly thought they helped with tires and I went here on a flat. He could of turned me away but this gentleman helped me put on the tire while I was lowkey in distress. Great customer service and I really appreciate all the help ge provided! Thank you for basically saving my life!

Shawn at the airline drive store is a horrible manager!My daughter asked for cash refund on her debit purchase but he refused saying they couldn’t then threw away her receipt without asking her. When she asked for receipt back he told her to dig in trash herself for it. He was extremely rude to a 17 year old! Already spoke to his manager and he confirmed he should have given her cash. Her card is not showing a pending refund (which is why she asked for cash not debit/credit return)He should not be in management!

I walked inside AutoZone and was not greeted. A man looked at me and kept on talking to another employee. I walked up to him and I asked him does he work here he said yes I explain to him that I have a code that had came on in my car. He told me that do to covid-19 I cant go into your car. Which I completely understand. He explained to me what to do and then he said make sure you give me the mileage once youre done. So when I got ready to walk outside four customers came in and he quickly greeted them say hey how you doing? Welcome to AutoZone!! What can I do for you. I wonder why I didnt get the same type of greeting instead of just getting looked at and continue talk to his coworker. I came back in and there were a line.. I waited for my turn.. the man that was helping me with the code reader was helping a different customer he looked right at me and did not knowledge. A different man said next in line. Ill walk up to the counter and gave the man the code reader and he asked for the mileage.. He looked up the code and told me exactly what I needed and how much it would cost, how many they have available in stock. So in all I had one man offer me great customer service and one man could have done a lot better to make me feel more welcome at AutoZone. Will I still do business with AutoZone? Yes.. all of the times I had done business with AutoZone to service has been great!

I got the wrong wiper blades and went back to get them changed out. One of the employees really helped out and helped me install brand new blades on the spot in the parking lot. I was very happy with my experience.

Awesome place

I have never had a problem with this place but once. And that was in Shreveport I think on Hearne Avenue. Theyre very nice very helpful and have you find anything you need to find in that store thats my experience Ive had but the one here in Bossier.

The staff is pretty good in the computer, other stuff, not so much. One feller said that 10W-30 HD oil is the same as Straight 30 weight.

Terrible service. Needed to get check engine light, when I got there these was not greeting but I figured its early in the morning. As I told the lady what I needed all she reply was put key on ignition so I went outside and I did, then she plugged in her computer and asked me to place key on start. She got her code and walked away. As she walked away she mumbled for me to get millage on the way in. She pulled it up on computer and gave me a code, she said the computer doesnt tell her whats the code meant or what I needed and that she would give me a print out. Very short and unfriendly.. I went to my truck googled the code and it recommended to check gas cap, sure enough it was missing. Im sure they have a system with basic recommendations, the whole idea to do free checks is to sell you their product. I went back in and ask for a gas cap.. I should have left and just bought it somewhere else but I figured since I was already there I would just buy it. Wont be going back there again for sure. Poor customer service and lack of selling skills.

Guys wouldnt do anything with out part number and one didnt know anything about any of it just where about to look at for what you ask and one of the three was worried about his phone being dead and two ignored me when I first came in and asking for assistance

I went to purchase new windshield wipers for my mothers car. The salesman walked out to the parking lot, determined what kind of wipers were required and replaced them for me (for no extra charge, he wouldnt even accept a tip). Very professional and extremely helpful.

Older lady who works here is extremely rude and was no help whatsoever. Got the help I needed after waiting for someone else to come out from the back. I dont know why this lady works here if she doesnt know the basics, and isnt going to even attempt to figure things out. Took the other guy less than 20 seconds to solve my problem AND he did it with a smile and great attitude. I understand people have bad days but there no reason to be unprofessional and rude. Especially to a custoner whos being polite to you to begin with. Talk to your staff.. again.

They didnt have the diagnostic tester but referred me to OReilly Auto Parts.

I went to recharge my battery at just before they close (8:40) maybe. Anyway I handled a guy my battery and he told its gonna take some time so I told him its ok Ill come tmr to pick it up. I came the other day and the black elderly lady told me that she cant find it anymore. She told me to come the next day. When I came she told me that she doesnt want to give me a new one cuz she doesnt know what was my battery condition. End of story her manager told her to give a new one.
