We were extremely happy with the results in our dealings with Moffitt Mazda. They were friendly but professional, accommodating, and fair with us. No wonder they have an A+ rating with the BBB. Jordan DeArmond gave us his utmost attention and was great to deal with. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Moffitt Mazda to friends and family. It was definitely worth the drive.
We have bought two cars now from them - the personal, caring service we have received has been a blessing as well as the great deals they have found for us. Mike and Scott have really been great. Nice, decent folks.
I absolutely love my new 2020 Mazda 3! The staff were very straightforward, could answer most of my questions effectively, and I like their sales tactic in which they let the car sell itself. I didnt feel pressured like I have at other dealerships in the past. Pricing was spot on (I checked their numbers behind them), they did not try to get over on me. I will definitely be back in the future when its time for another new car, Mazda is a great brand and is a great value for the price. Would highly recommend!
Awesome service!!Just bought a CX30 here. Jasmine and the Moffitt team are great!
They did a great job!! They will do everything they can to help you get in a car. So be patient. Very nice people, oh yea and they will also put the car on hold for you until they get you approved..
This place is overall great. I had a smooth, easy and enjoyable car buying experience. The best part is it was no nonsense, with honest people. Thanks Glen my sales rep and the manager with around 30 years of experience. They offered us a lot of options and worked with us to customize our car to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. True professionals.
Glen was great and leasing my Mazda 6 Sport was a smooth and uncomplicated process. The staff there were all extremely friendly and helpful. Getting my vehicle serviced there was also a pleasant and efficient experience. The only thing that left me less than completely satisfied was Susan’s (one of the owners) condescending and somewhat rude treatment at the end of my lease when I explained I had moved away and was going to be renewing at my new location.
BECAUSE OF THE WAY MY WIFE AND ME WERE TREATED I WOULD DEFINITELLY GIVE MOFFITT MAZDA A TEN STAR RATING. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL IN THE WAY HE PRESENTED HIMSELF. I WILL DEFINITELLY RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY. CHECK THEM OUT AND YOU WILL LEAVE HIGHLY SATISFIED. Mrs. AND Mr. JOE ROBLES.
I had such a great experience here! Glen and Robby went above and beyond for me. I purchased the car over the phone and they were extremely attentive and made sure that everything was ready to go when I came to pick it up. As a young woman I wouldn’t have bought a car from any other dealership. In fact, I drove 4.5 hours to do business with them. Thank y’all so much for being so patient and accommodating!
We had a great buying experience at Moffit Mazda. Mike, Jordan, Jasmine. and Jeff treated us like family! Great customer service!
I appreciate how smoothly this transaction went. My salesman, Glen Ford, was informative but never pushy, which is a quality I look for in a sales person. He helped me find a car within my budget and with the features I considered to be most important. I was even able to afford some additional features that I did not expect to have like heated seats!Jeff in the finance department allowed me to make adjustments to the bottom line by adding only the service plans I needed. Not once during the process did I feel pressured, and I visited two other car dealerships, both of which used the hard sell approach. I am very please with my new Mazda, and I would recommend Moffitt Mazda to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
I love, love, LOVE my 2020 Mazda CX3! It has so much bang for my buck! It is beautiful, fun to drive, loaded with so many cool features and exactly what I was looking for in a ride. Glen and Andrew were so helpful, no pressure, and made my buying experience top notch! Thank you both, and a shout out to Andrew (Drew) for treating me like family ❤Michele Paul
Such a great experience from scheduling appointments online to questions and concerns being thoroughly addressed and corrected by wonderful, professional staff.
Nice folks, they were hit hard by the ice/snow damage, but have got their inventory back in and have some good deals. So if you want a Mazda, this is a Great place to check out.
Amazing place..they really treat you like family!!ask for Andrew and Mr.Holcomb..very Christian people..trusting and amazing..
Absolutely was in love with the brand. My wife wanted a Mazda 3 I went up there to get a price and test drive a vehicle. As soon as I told the sales rep i wanted a week to close on my house i bought so there where no issues he shut down and asked me so what do you want me to do? I told him just give me figures on how much the car is after rebates and trade that was paid for. He told me he wouldnt and couldnt do that for me. Long story short my wife enjoys her Mazda she bought from Monroe. I will not be returning.
It was great good service and nice people there.
Most simple car purchase we ever made and that includes purchase of over 12 cars and trucks during past 15 years. Our salesman, Mr. Brant Speer, insured we were completely satisfied throughout the purchase process and we clearly understood the array of capabilities in our new Audi. The additional review sessions to supplement our knowledge of the vehicle Blew Me Away. Best Dealership I have ever used.
I had Dimitri as my car dealer. He was kind, patient, not pushy, and efficient. I didnt feel pressured or annoyed with him. Felt I got a great/fair deal and loved the car I bought.
1. Do you feel like your purchase went smoothly? Yes.2. Were you treated professionally and courteously? Yes3. Do you have any suggestions or concerns that I can address for you at this time? NO4. When you are contacted by Mazda, is there any reason you would not give us all 10s? NO
Robby, Glen, and Bobby were so easy to work with -- zero-pressure sales tactics, courteous professionalism, and plenty of time and space to consider the options! When they give great consideration to specific needs/desires, solid advice and suggestions, and very honest/transparent/fair deals, you cant go wrong! Our recent interactions and business with Moffitt Mazda have renewed hope in the ordeal of shopping for a new car!
Edit after trip: After paying Mazda $1500 to get my car travel ready, I spent over $2500 on the trip to and from Florida as well as sitting on the interstate for 5 hours in the predawn hours with my sister and my kids waiting on a tow and repair. Broke down again in Mobile coming home. Lost 3 of 4 tires, threw a rod through an axle and some other belt issues. I really wish Mazda had told me there were more problems than the $1500 I had already spent for repair to get ready for a trip and broke down TWICE! I feel like the diagnostic should have told me what was urgent and told me to fix it before a long trip. This car probably isnt even worth the $4000 trip I ultimately paid. Thankfully, will be buying a new car from John Harvey Toyota in March. Nice people, but that was the trip from hell.Kevin at the service desk was helpful and thorough. They got my diagnostics run same day and ordered part, had my car back in 2 days. The auto-text updates only told me the invoice was ready, so that could be tweaked. A little slow waiting to pay and waiting for inspection sticker, but all around a good experience compared to some others. Everyone is friendly. Will consider them for a new car next year.
Awesome car buying experience. No tricks no gimmicks just straight pricing. Out the door in less than an hour. Glen and Micheal took care of us from start to finish. My wife loves her new CX30.
Ive shopped, compared and bought several vehicles over the last 6 years and this was by far the best experience Ive ever had. Smooth, easy. No hassle, no fuss. And the fastest Ive ever been in and out of a dealership! These guys know their stuff!
We bought our first car, and Dakota Loftin was VERY helpful. Made the whole process very simple and answered any questions we had! Definitely ask for him when you go to Mazda!
I have made three calls attempting to talk to someone about the making my payment. The place where I was told to make the payment had no record of my contract. I can’t get anyone at the dealership to call me back.
Dakota Loftin was great to work with in getting our 2020 Mazda Cx-5! We live out of state and he was very responsive to all of our questions. There was an issue with the navigation system not being included with the new vehicle, he was able to help us immediately to get it taken care of.
I spoke with the sales representative Glenn, who was very understanding and nice, however, the manager on the other hand was not professional at all. I went in inquiring about 2018/2019 Mazda 3, and I said I wanted to see how close to $20,000 they could get. Glenn went to speak with the manager, and I hear the manager loudly and obnoxiously laugh, saying that “she’s gonna pay the regular price for the car or she could walk” “I’m not selling a car for $20,000” and some other nasty comments. He was very arrogant/rude and unprofessional. I am a female, in the Air Force, was in uniform, and was nothing but polite to them. A person in a managerial position displaying no professionalism and having such a foul attitude just goes to show how poorly that establishment is run. Not a good way to make a sale, and definitely not exemplifying good customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m also spreading word to other military members not to go there, since they clearly don’t appreciate our service and greet us with snide remarks, sarcasm, and belittling. If the manager would have just told me that they can’t bring the price down that low and had been professional about it, I wouldn’t have anything bad to say. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Audi from the Moffitts at Audi of Shreveport. It was smooth car buying experience. I highly recommend buying from any of the Moffitt brand dealerships.
Great staff at Moffitt Mazda worked with us from a distance to find the CX30 we were looking for with upfront pricing and prompt communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!
I only gave them one star because I couldnt write a review without rating them. I will never take another car to this scam of a place. I spent over $6000.00 dollars to fix up my VW, which by the way was running when I left it, only to have it for a total of 45 mins after they said it was customer ready. They said the transmission needed to be replaced and it was a new issue. Which I never had any trouble with before now. I believe and will always believe they failed to replace my transmission fluid and when I drove it away it killed my transmission. I still dont have my VW, they do, because I cant afford to pay anyone to tow it away and I will not pay Moffitt another red cent. They are aware I am a single mother with a limited income and they basically stole my life savings. I was trying to have a safe car to drive my child in, now I am without a car and have to rely on others to take me everywhere.
Great place, wonderful people
We purchased a 2015 VW Bug from Moffitt and at first everything was great. It was certified pre-owned and we got all the fancy deals that came with purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. Then we had to have the fender replaced (minor cosmetic damage). Suddenly, the car would not even start whatsoever and we had to pay over $1000 to get it fixed by Mazda because apparently my car was NOT certified pre-owned and “never was,” although even our saleswoman (Vanessa, who did nothing wrong, she is a blessing) said that the car was certified pre-owned and was when she sold it to us. But whatever. The woman at the service desk (Whitney, completely rude and unprofessional) was incredibly rude to my father and hung up in his face several times. Then when they FINALLY “fixed” my car, they only reprogrammed ONE key and refused to do the other key because it was “unable to be reprogrammed.” They wanted to charge us over $300 for a new key. The people at Mazda will lie straight to your face. They are completely deceitful. We now take my car to Gorman McCracken in Longview TX and they ARE SO MUCH BETTER. They have taken care of every issue with my car and even explain everything that they have to do to it in detail. They are honest people, and it is definitely worth the drive because Moffitt is terrible. Also, Gorman McCracken reprogrammed that key that “couldn’t be reprogrammed” AND my working key (just to be thorough) for only just over $100. My family will NEVER go to Moffitt ever again, and honestly yours shouldn’t either.
Took my car in for a 100k service and some suspension concerns. They came back with a lot of issues and I let them repair everything except the brakes. They wanted over 1000 dollars to do front and rear brakes. I still was sitting on a 3k dollar bill for shocks, struts and tires. After I donated a paycheck, a week later my front end seemed loose and popped on left and right turns. Had to take it back in and turns out they didnt tighten the strut bolts. Was without a car for another full day. They didnt charge me and accepted their fault. If I were to give any compliments to this place, i would give it to Mr. Art, the courtesy driver. He was extraordinarily polite and easy to talk to and had no problem dropping me off and picking me up. There arent many people out there like this gentleman.
This was by far the best experience my husband and I have had in the 35 years weve had in buying vehicles! Minette is awesome! I felt as though we were friends with everyone in the short time we were there Saturday! Lots of hugs and handshakes before we left!!Your dealership is full of great people and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle!
RUN..PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE HORRIBLE!!!!...Wish I could rate them 0 stars these people will take your car and make it worse..basically paid them to tear my car up..they never answer the phone had to call several times just to get an idea when they would be done with it..went to pick it up didnt even make it home and car was running hot..had it towed back to fix the problem that they say was ALREADY fixed and they charged me again to tear it up even worse now car will not even start and paid them almost 2,000 I could have tore it up myself!! You think your getting the best until you drop your vehicle off now Im out of a car and my money just sad they should realy be out of buisness !!!!
My air in my tire was low and the service man was very nice and no charge. He checked every tire for me. My car wasn’t bought there, it didn’t matter to them. They were very kind.
Duke was a wonderful sales person to do business with. He was thorough, honest, and the sweetest guy ever!!! Be careful with the finance officer- Kathy. She is not an honest person and will try to sneak in costs and is not forthcoming.
This place was the best .I had want to thank my salesman, Justin Ash. The best ever. Ted the sales manager was friendly and happy to help in any way. If you want the greatest experience of buying a car this place is the place. Thank you so much for your time and efforts.
Excellent service from all involved with the purchase of my new car. I have been a customer since 1986 and have always been a satisfied customer. The Moffitt Family and Team have always gone out of their way to help me.Thanks Moffitt & Thanks to my salesman Mike Sheffield for answering all of my question four times each!
The entire staff and ownership at Moffitt (Mazda, Porsche, Audi,& VW) is incredible. They are our car people not our Mazda dealer. We have now purchased a Mazda and a Porsche from them and couldnt ask for more. After years of poor service and driving 3 hours to Houston or Dallas dealerships for Porsche service we came upon this little gem across the border and 1.5hrs away! If you like a dealership who places their priorities on a posh flashy showroom yet you are constantly returning your car for the same issues and no one knows your name go to Houston or Dallas. But, if you want a dealership who CARES, hires staff that goes ABOVE and BEYOND, who is KNOWLEDGEABLE, provides excellent SERVICE, and is PROFESSIONAL go to Moffitt!
I almost overlooked Mazda, but Im so glad I didnt. They absolutely work to get you the best price they can! Most important for me was their no pressure sales. You wont feel that theyre overbearing or just trying to put you in any car they can. Dont count out Mazda and ask for Andrew! He made the experience of getting my first new car an excellent one!
When we walked in at Moffitt Mazda, we were immediately met by Glen Ford. He explained, in detail, the differences in the models we were interested in. We hadnt planned on purchasing a new vehicle that afternoon, but after some negotiations, we did drive away in a new CX-5. It was a really nice experience, dealing with Glen and Aaron!
I had a great experience at Moffitt. Trenton and Gary were great and I got to visit with Susan, too! They all really tried their hardest to give me the best deal and make the purchase work for me. Ive only had my VW Atlas a few days but I LOVE it!
Cant beat the service and sales representatives. Family owned and family friendly company. When you walk in youre always bombarded with warm accommodations. Affordable too!
Third time is a charm!!! I purchased a Mazda 6 in 2004 and another one in 2010 from Moffitt Mazda. Seemless buying experiences each time! No pressure tactics and was able to get the deals I wanted. The sales team and finance department are the finest I have dealt with in all my years of being a car owner. Last week, I upgraded to the 2013 Audi A6. You couldnt ask for a better car buying experience. Its great having the confidence of knowing the service department at the dealership you are buying your car from is professional and on-time and always looking out for the customer. They took excellent care during my years of owning a Mazda 6 so I look forward to working with them on the Audi. Susan, Ray, Billy W, and all the team at Moffitt care about their customers, their experience and making sure they will always come back. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Moffitt.
Terrible experience they fixed a mass flow sensor for me I priced part on eBay for 35 bucks the charged me 137 dollars for diagnostic and 463 dollars total when I tried to call them back right after they told me what it was and how much to fix it they told me it was closed in the service part and they would leave a note to tell them not to fix it I go the next day and they tell me Im too late they already fixed it liars never go to these ppl
Everyone at the dealership was great and treated my family great. I highly recommend this dealership and the individuals that work there. Minette was my salesperson and she was very nice and extremely helpful in every way.
We just leased a 2015 Porsche 911s Cab and had a wonderful experience. The crew at Moffitt was very patient explaining the advantages of leasing and offered many different options towards purchasing. Many thanks to James, Ray and Susan.Thank You,Ron and Melissa Pyles
Excellent customer service. GLEN was great!!
I do not recommend Moffitt at all. I took my Audi in because it will not recognize when you place it in park, and alarms, does not turn off, and will not let you pull the key from the ignition. I took it there, and was told that the next available time is in 2 weeks. Their recommendation was to just keep driving and come back. Keep driving a car that does not go in park?? Leave the key in the ignition when I go to work or the store?? I recognize busy garages, but 2 weeks for a drivability issue? After questioning the logic here, I was met with only snarky replies. I would rather take my car to Dallas, TX or Jackson, MS and have it fixed in a timely manner.
Great place
Short version: Dont come to Moffit Mazda for repairs because they are swindlers.Long Version:My girlfriend and I had a 2007 Mazda 3 that suddenly began vibrating. We took it into Mazda with our concerns (including check engine light). They charged 125 for the Full Diagnostic check; however, they only checked what the lady at the desk we talked to (Rachel) decided to write down after determining what she felt might be the problem. They convinced us the AC needed replacement along with motor mount 3. It took them about a week and a half to get to this point. So, we got motor mount 3 fixed and part of the a.c. fixed for ~700 dollars total. Unfortunately the problems were not fixed. In fact, I had to pull over because the car was worse than before. I opened up the hood and all these pieces were falling off the engine and it was shaking violently. In addition the check engine light was still on.I took it back in and they said that they would check it out. Come to find out the mechanic didnt secure some tube properly and they found more issues than before. They want to now replace motor mounts 1 and 2. They also said the check engine light was on because of a different gas cap than what Mazda cars come with AND QUOTED US 120 DOLLARS FOR A NEW ONE. 6 dollars for parts 114 for labor.I was going to tell them to fix everything even though it is clear to me I am now a victim of whats called a swindle. Fortunately for me Mrs. Rachel failed to answer her phone for a week straight and I lost patience.Thats when I walked in, demanded my car back, and took it to a different mechanic. He found the problem immediately and fixed it for a TOTAL COST of $135. It was the transmission mount. It also fixed the check engine light.Dont go to Mazda because you will risk becoming a victim.
They will grossly overcharge for all of their work in the shop. They charged 120$ for doing something that took less than 20 minutes. They then suggested to do over 1500 worth of work to the car. This work was to replace 3 light bulbs, change the brakes and rotors, and replace and engine mount. You can have all of this done at a decent shop for less than 4-500$. Please do not go to this shop for the sake of your pocketbook, because they will overcharge you for anything possible, especially ignorance.
I purchased an Audi A3 recently and have never had a better experience buying a car. I have purchased many cars for my family over the years and I am the type that enjoys that experience, but in all those years, Susan Moffitt was the only dealership owner that ever was directly involved in my car deals. Susan is GREAT to work with, if something can be done to earn your business, she will do it. Her work hours cover about 18 hours a day and she is a true car person. I am an out of state buyer, so I had never actually seen this car before I flew in to pick it up but because of Susans involvement, I was at complete peace that the car would be as advertised. Her staff picked me up, stayed late to close the deal and even though it was well past closing time, everyone had a smile on their face and a real passion to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. I would recommend Susan Moffitt to anyone looking to deal with a genuine person. I hope I have the pleasure of purchasing another car here in the future.
We had a wonderful experience buying our new Mazda 3!! Great deal without the heavy pressure that seems to come with other dealers...
Great Audi dealer in Shreveport the service there is top notch, the waiting room, tv and internet. the have snacks for the customers and that fancy machine, that make all the flavored coffee
I really hate car shopping. Even worse than car shopping, I hate being lied to. I was shopping online for a car, and located one at Moffitt Mazda in Shreveport. I was so sure it was the right car, so I decided to get pre-approved. There are what is called, soft hits, which have no impact on your credit. Then there are hard hits which do impact your credit. I contacted Moffitt Mazda, and was placed in contact with a sales person, who started he could do a soft hit and my credit score would not be affected. I asked him to explain the procedure, and he explained it. Satisfied my score would not suffer, I gave the information needed to process my approval. I was quicklu called back by this sales person and told the review was complete and my score would not be affected. My wife and I drove toward Shreveport, and around ten miles out of town, my phone alerts started going off. At the dealership I started checking the alerts, to find out a hard pull has been done on my credit files. I went inside and spoke to the sales person, who denied the hard pull. By this time, I received two more alerts. I confronted the sales person with this and he simply denied having done such a thing. Long story longer, I decided that since the damage had been done to look at the car. We test drove the car and my wife decided it was not the car for her. As we were about to leave, the salesman returned with his manager in tow. His manager told me of another vehicle that might fill my needs. We drove the car and my wife loved it. We were in the process of making the deal and agreed upon a price. I walked back out to my truck to tell my wife what was going on, when I was told my teenage granddaughter had some thing to say. She stated that while we were driving the second car, each time my wife and I made a comment about the vehicle which might be construed as negative, the sales man would lean his head back and roll his eyes as though he were dealing with two complete idiots. I returned to the dealership and waited a considerable amount of time, which have me time to re-think the deal. I got in our truck and left. Another alert. This one from a credit monitoring company started that my credit had been re-viewed, but it would only affect my credit for a short time. Uggg! It is not that I have bad credit, that is not the case. Each time your credit files is viewed, your score goes down. So now I will just put of buying a car until this passes. My experience is that once lied to, the lies will only continue. Sadly this incident soils my opinion, of what other wise seems to be a good dealership. The old adage is true, buyer beware.
Excellent service and great prices! Billy was very professional and knowledgeable about the Mazda I was interested in. I received superb service from all of the staff and will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Everyone was very friendly and helpful too. I LOVE my Mazda CX-9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In January 2017, I was shopping with my mother when she bought a Mazda 6.After shopping many brands, Moffitt gave us the most personalized service and Mazda gave us the most bang for the buck. Our salesman Michael Dale was very polite, and easy to deal with. It seemed like he cared about our needs. I ended up buying a new cx9 for me and cx5 for my wife the next month. I wouldnt have chosen the Mazda brand if it wouldnt have been for the impression Moffitt made on me. A+++
Salesman Scott Fitzgerald was nice and friendly.. I. Really enjoy the family friendly atmosphere.. Never did I feel pressured into a purchase
Be careful with the service department. Dont do any business with them. The front workers and the manager are very shady. They totally ripped me off. I spend $400 just to get my car washed by them. They told me different information on the phone and on the shop. Without knowing whats the problem of my car they charge me $120, and they charged me $280 more just for them to figure out exactly the problem with my car without fixing anything. I spend $400 just to get my car park overnight and getting it washed by them.
Moffit Mazda has great customer service. We have consistently bought our cars there and they take very good care of us. They also have a shuttle driver that takes you home and picks you up to get your car. That is the best thing. They saved me a lot of money having to pay for a Lyft or Uber just to get home.
I have brought my service department a few times... and it was never great. I wish there was another Mazda dealership around. They do not properly torque anything! They over-tightened my oil filter more than once. They really need better training for their service employees.
I had the worst experience with the service department. They charged me up front for full diagnostics after which they gave me a check list of everything that they said was wrong. After about a week of replacing a motor mount which is what we determined was the major problem, it was not any better. I brought it back in and was told even though they charge for full diagnostics they only check what you tell us to check. Then they proceeded to find more motor mounts that were the real problem and said it would cost double to fix those. So if you are not a complete car expert, DO NOT take your car here, they will screw you over. I took the car somewhere else and got a way better deal in a shorter amount of time.
We have purchased two vehicles from here, and as always theyrenever pushy, and do whatever possible to make the deal happen. Great place and great people.
Always get good service. Like the staff (sales & service) at Moffitt Madza
Every was so sweet and accommodating with our busy lives. Moffitt made sure we were comfortable and happy.
Fabulous sales and finance staff and exceptional buying experience, not to mention the quality of the vehicles.
I purchased the VW Tiguan and love it. I have told other friends looking for vehicles to go check out Moffitt VW. Great prices on new cars
Worst dealer have I have been too. I was once told to leave my car there for 3 weeks because serviced was soooo backed up. And they didnt know when they would get to my car. ???????? This is Moffitt as a whole dealer .... Bought a Mazda 6 from them that was so bad two engines had to be replaced in it. Looked at doing busy with them again and was treated like a desease. I took my GTI in for service... By which I had my own oil. I was still charged 100 dollars for a oil change. I now took my car to a VW dealer in Longview Texas where I wont be ripped off. The service department at Moffitt is a joke and will charge a high premium.
Excellent experience with Moffitt. I dealt with dealers in Dallas before coming to Shreveport for my Audi. By far, the best experience and the place where I felt most valued as a customer was with Moffitt.
Great Place, Great People, and They Will Get You In Transportation With No Pressure!!
Great place to car shop.
I have been buying and trading my Mazda at Moffitt for about 3 1/2 years ... And even with hiccups the staff is always willing and ready to make things go as smooth as possible...my mother also bought a Mazda from Moffit in 1994and was happy then and Im happy now in 2016 .. Good job Moffitt Mazda
The service department is the worse! They wont discuss any repairs over the phone after my car has been dropped off for major engine repair and require you to go in for every single question! You cant send in a family or friend unless you add them to an authorized list ahead of time! I have NEVER heard of or seen this before and if my car is in the shop then I really dont have a car to go down there at their whim. Can not wait for my warranty repairs to be done so I can wash my hands of this dealership. Btw, a repair that should have taken 1-2 weeks has taken over two months with my car still in the shop because they will let the car sit unless you go in there every time they need something!
I brought my Miata to the Dealership on Tuesday October 3rd. I was told they would get it looked at. Got the run around for the next week until i talked to the service manager on October 9th and he said they were still trying to fit me in. He said he would be in contact with me. October 13th rolls and and i still havent heard ANYTHING from the service department. So i finally get in touch with Rachal and she said it needs a couple of things but doesnt know exactly what and how much but would call me and let me know. Still nothing so on October 16th i call and she told me what it needed and said it would most likely be done Tuesday, October 17th. I called the service manager on October 19th and left a voicemail as well as a message with the receptionist to call me back. Still nothing as of Today October 20th. If you want to have your mazda serviced go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. lack of communication is dreadful and time to fix little items is ridiculous.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Moffitt and Mike Sheffield was our salesman. He was very helpful/knowledgeable which made the process pretty painless. My wife and I have a newborn and she was getting a little fussy so they let my wife take the new vehicle so she could go home and feed her. We had also lost the title to the old car and had to order a new one through them which cost $110 (titling company they used charges a fee on top of the Florida DMV reissuing fee), but I found a way to order it for much cheaper through the Florida DMV. So, they refunded me the money and let me order it/bring it to them. Them being so accommodating was refreshing and very much appreciated!! I got a great deal on a 2016 CX-9 and great trade-in value on our old car thanks to him and the sales manager. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
Great customer services, easy to purchase no pressure!! easy to work with the Sales person, James was very knowledge !!
I had a great experience when purchasing my new Jetta.
Wonderful service.. Thats why I keep going back😀
I would walk before I bought another car from here. No thanks. Dishonest and manipulating. Oh and if you hear their cars are luxury please use caution. Its not true at all. The resale value sucks.
Great place to buy a car with friendly and helpful staff.
Ive bought my fifth car from Moffitt VW almost 3 weeks ago and I havent had a single problem with any part of the transaction! From my very first VW Jetta VE to my most recent purchase they have been nothing but helpful and like family! The service dept. and the sales team are amazing! I even wanted to be a mechanic and work for them a bunch of years ago. I will definitely be buying my next car from them in a few years! They are simply the best dealership in the area... unlike some dealerships that tell you to leave when you park in their lot to look at cars on a Sunday, Im looking at you Yokem Toyota!
Great service, friendly employees, awesome Mazda CX9!
Really friendly staff and very helpful in my recent Volkswagen purchase
I have never had a bad experience here. I will say though, they typically don’t move much on prices and are usually a bit high.
