The customer service is horrendous. The manager and employees need training on being polite and how to work with customers of all ages. Their attitude is wrong. They do not claim any responsibility.Do not ask them to do the screen protector because if there’s an issue, you pay $8 for it to be fixed.
The employees of THIS store really know what they’re doing. They’re extremely knowledgeable, fast, efficient. Most of all, I can say that they know all of the ins/outs of your AT&T service. Before coming here, I went to another AT&T, and pretty much wasted my time. If you need anything at all, just go straight to this company store. Thanks to all that helped me out!
Sam and Tom were professional, knowledgeable patient and funny.They made my experience stress less and comfortable over a few days because I ordered a new cell phone and iPad.I went to two other stores and did not have a pleasant experience. This store exceeded all my expectations in every way. The atmosphere and the sales associates all of them were wonderful. The two people I worked with was Tom the manager and Samantha known as Sam a sales associate and they were exceptional.
Horrible experience, customer service is non existent, you would get more help staying at home and talking to someone on the phone.

If I could give negative stars I would, don’t buy the insurance from att it’s a scam. For T-Mobile it was much better and legitimate

I set an appointment and when I arrived, another person walked in, right in front of me. As I stood there waiting for more than 5 minutes, neither of the employees acknowledged me. I asked if there was someone who assisted people with appointments. She said, they were busy, and there was no one to honor my appointment. I left my name and phone number, and asked them to call when they finished. I never received a call back. This is no way to do business.

I specifically told the sales rep in store I did not want to pay the extra $5 a month for the AT&T next program, but I was still enrolled it and not even able to receive a refund for the charge.
Guy was extremely unhelpful. Didn’t greet me or said how I was doing . Just straight forward what can I do or you. Told him the phone I wanted for an upgrade . He was done w me in last than 5 minutes . He had place my order before even telling the installment plan would come out to. No details on the trade in how it works. Giving non sense explanation when the first credit would hit. He was also very nervous and not confident . Kept knocking on the table w his hands. For the shipping he didn’t even know the difference of the att right to you delivery other than fedex/ups he didn’t let me pick a time frame for the art right to you. Overall he rushed me out of there basically, w no detail explanation on anything we did there. He just placed an order.
Big shout out to Joshua Diamond great service made sure I got what I needed in a timely fashion, very pleasant as well . Makes great suggestions and makes sure that your really happy with your decisions, and I like the fact he made me aware of every single charge and gave me a better understanding of the fees. This was literally the best service I’ve ever received from my phone service company !!. I suggest you guys stop by that store and go and see him if you intend on getting real good service . Your help was much of appreciated and thank you again for your kindness and excellent service .

They promise you greener pastures switching to firsnet. There are none. I’m still waiting on the $300 rebate that I was supposed to see after 3 months that magically switched to $150. Haven’t seen a penny...It’s been six months. Plenty of broken promises. They said it will be $40 per month it’s $54. Stay with your carrier. The guys that work there are great they have no control over it.
This is the ONLY At&t store I go to and recommend! These guys are not only knowledgeable, but so friendly and dont make you feel like youre a burden to them. August 24, 2015, around 10:00 AM - Fast, Free Service - Cant ask for moreI visited the site to get my Phone Number, using a Standard-sized SIM, transferred to my other phone, which use a Micro SIM. Before I visited the office, I have tried online to transfer my current AT&T number to a new SIM to no avail. I have tried and visited many forums, so I can do it myself. Unfortunately, after several tries, I cant find a suitable answer.So I hunt and found the nearest office to me, to check if my dilemma can be resolved. I went to the office, was greeted by a pretty young lady (cant say if shes African American or of Indian-decent). She has curly hair, and medium built. She approached me as soon as I entered the office, ask what I need, and in less than a minute, she asked me to go to a table to fix my issue.In less than 10min, everythings resolved. She asked for my phone number, checked a few things from my old phone and old SIM, and she proceeded to do her task from her tablet.I was out in less than 15min tops, happily enjoying my new phone. Of course, I have to transfer the contacts, but it was easy.Thanks AT&T and to the woman who lent her support. Its hard enough to get any good and fast service these days, not to mention, FREE! Sure, its not technically free since I am an AT&T subscriber, but still, I went there and I paid $0

I went I to the store and was greeted by Brad Pyfrin.Brad spent over 30 minutes working with me, figured out what was the issue with the phone and then told me exactly how to fix it.The service I experienced was the best! I will go no place other than this location.
I have been using this store for all of our business and personal ATT needs for quite some time. The overall service is consistently outstanding; however, there is one representative (Carla Self) who over the years has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to expertly set up and manage our account. Carla its always polite, cheerful, PATIENT, friendly, efficient and truly makes me feel like a valued customer. I love this store and I value Carlas expertise, professionalism, and sunny disposition.
Wonderful service ! This is my second time at this location, and the employees are very helpful. I asked for Michael again, he helped me with my new phone, and made the transfer flawless. He even took the time to show me how to use some features on my phone that I wasnt aware of. He was very kind, and asked me if I knew how to use different things, which I did not. A little embarrassing but he was patient. Thank you Michael, and I will be back.

The employees were very rude and tried to sell us a phone and services we did not need, want, or ask for. We were in search of a specific phone that another store told us they had, and when we got there they didnt even check. They told us to go to best buy and get a phone there. They told us that there was no way to add a new phone to the contract unless we looked at the expensive smart phones. Stay away from this store!

Every one, but Carla in particular, are great. They meet you immediately upon entering. Carla is an absolute asset tothe store and and the staff. Definitely a 10.
Just moved to Florida from CT. Was having trouble at another AT&T location setting up service, and was told it would take a week for someone to provide me service. Came to this location in Boca and Amadi was sooo helpful and within 15 minutes or so he had me all set up to have service set up early the next day. He was so great at his job and really knows what hes doing!! Thanks again!!
Its an AT&T store. Good size. Not much wait. We pre ordered a phone but took a long time for them to find our account and get my phone set up.

I had an experience with oter providers andlocations and This one was the best one i have ever been. Friendly, educated and very helpflul staff.
Everyone at this store is very professional and helpful. They help with all of my questions and issues. They also set me up with my direct tv service.
Worst customer service!! I just returned two Samsung watches due to the fact that no one at the store was able to sync it with our phones, they activated the line in the watches and synced it via Bluetooth but wasnt working with my phone number... I end returning the watches the next day, they will smile at you if youre going to buy something but if is anything that require more time to make it work they will tell you to call att tech support...however they already collect the money and you have to deal with something theyre trained and paid to do.

Friendly service but they gave misinformation on insurance! I received full details of coverage when I tried to make a claim. It is disappointing to know an AT&T representative is in a position to push for insurance, at the cost of accuracy, very misleading!! Buyer beware!!
The rudest people work at the AT& T and this store is the worst in the area. I came to make changes to my service and was rudely told that since we have a family plan and my husband is the one who opened an account, I cannot make changes. I told the salesman that my name is on the account and that my SSN is on the account and that I am paying for the account with my credit card, gave him my drivers license. And he extremely rudely told me that there is nothing he can do. So I left without even talking to the store manager I was so frustrated. When I got home I called my husband and he told me that for sure I am a designated person on the account and can make changes to it and that it has been set up in both our names. So why did the AT& T rep decided not to do his work? I guess this is the way At & T treats clients who have an account worth $350 monthly for 7 lines that we have. I am very glad that we no longer have a contract as I am leaving this sucky company.

Ad for a .99 cent tablet with purchase of phone, so of course I opted in. What I found out 2 months later after looking at my bill, they actually put a SIM card on the tablet and I was paying $10+ per month to have it. Since it had been over 14 days, they wouldnt turn it off or refund me without breaching contract. Hence, it was over $200 to cancel the contract for the $10/month sim on a tablet. Why do i need a sim on the tablet? I have the phone with wifi hotspot and wifi is EVERYWHERE. Con artists. Nor have they ever helped me with trivial issues, I always go home with a low hanging head and spend days figuring it out myself after they say it cant be done. Piss poor company (they used to be the best).2nd, the coverage is AWFUL in south Florida, and all up and down I-10. I never lost a signal with verizon, could call inside a 10 metal box, and in a swamp in the everglades. I couldnt get a signal in my previous town home at all. I even lost out on 2 job opportunities because of it (literally). Store is bad, company is worse. Spend the extra dollar up front with verizon, since ATT is just going to steal more than that from you in the end and suggest an awful phone
I waited for an hour to be helped, when I was finally helped it look almost forty minutes to figure something that could’ve taken five minutes. The worker who helped me didn’t know what she was doing at all and kept going across the store for help left me waiting and was laughing about it. She was had an attitude and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this AT&T store.
