I went in to trade my iPhone a few weeks ago and Peter & Juan were extremely helpful in assisting me and getting me the best deal. They truly went above and beyond and gave the best customer service with a superb level of professionalism. There is no other phone store I would consider going to rather than the T-Mobile on Glades Road because of these two amazing gentlemen. Highly recommended to ask for either one of them when you are shopping!

Positive, well-informed, attentive, energetic, relaxed, hip, and not pushy. What a great representative for T-Mobile. Promote her and have her train EVERYONE.

They had a computer glitch which I was more than willing to work with them about. I have the screen shots showing that my account has an is issue due to T MOBILE and corporate is handling. Corporate or the local store on Glades in Boca sent it to collections (knowing I have documentation from them stating this is an internal error). As it is fraud and theft on their end, I had the luxury of turning it over to those who specialize in these incidents. T-Mobile is a company that not only lied but they were extremely incompetent in so doing
Cesar was amazing. He welcomed us as soon as we walked in and he made sure he checked on us every minute as our phone updated. He simultaneously helped every customer in the store and yet I felt like I got personal service the whole time! Highly recommended!

At one time or another I have been a customer of the big 4, now 3. In the past year we move to a more rural area and initially T-Mo wasnt the best so we tried the big A first and usability was terrible. Then I switched to V and they were OK but the price was killing me. So I decided to check back with T-Mo and thankfully they had upgraded something and I jumped back. This all occurred in the last 16 month, I had left 3 other lines on T-Mo of other family members with intention of moving them over to the new provider once we were good. Thankfully it wasnt necessary. Ive had cell phones since the time when there were no mobile phones only car phones. T-Mobile has been the best, hand down, carrier i have worked with and i hope they dont let the merger go to their head.
I walked in the other day to look at the new Samsung watch. Jessica and Elijah took care of me! I ended up with the new Samsung 45mm, the new Samsung ear buds and as Im checking out, Jessica mentions a sale on a Harman/Kardon speaker that I couldnt pass up! It was the quickest easiest experience I have ever had!! Thanks for all the help!! Also, I took the survey and gave the same mention for you two!Also, Amazon had way nicer bands for the watch. $15.00 next day delivery. Picture is posted.
Extremely pushy and quite frankly not at all warm staff. Just went in on a whim to check out my options (which there are many when applying my own research) and the man I was speaking to (seemed like the manager) was just trying to up sell me my same phone for a monthly finance plan 😂 will be getting the same phone under my insurance, via T-Mobile, thanks guys!

DO NOT do business with T-Mobile!I cancelled my service because of how overpriced they are given the limited high-speed data they give you each month. Since I called to cancel ONE DAY too late, I had to pay for another month. I asked the manager at the call center why they couldnt prorate it, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional.Customer service is terrible, which is why I switched in the first place. We have plenty of options these days. Customers can decide with their wallets. Im choosing with mine.I dont give my business to rude people who give poor customer service. I will never again give T-Mobile my business.
Going to do everything I can to make sure people do not switch to this scam/terrible Data service/ guest service carrier. I switched over four months ago because of bad data service from my last carrier, expecting this to be better (since they promote such). I wish I had stayed with my previous carrier. Since the first week until now from switching I’ve had no positive experience AT ALL! My messages wouldn’t go through, couldn’t access the internet without utilizing WiFi, I later found out that I didn’t/wasn’t going to get my trade in value to apply to the new device because the person who processed my transaction during the switch suggested that I could change phone numbers but never mentioned or clued that that would be a factor in getting the trade in value. So I sent them my old iPhone but am not getting the trade in value that I was promised. And now my calls are failing, my messages aren’t sending, I can’t access internet. I cannot do anything with my service. 100% THE WORST!!!!! Carrier. Doing everything I can to LEAVE. I rather ruin my credit than to stay.
AVOID THIS STORE AND COMPANYTHANK YOU FOR YOUR LIESYesterday my daughter went into T-Mobile on Glades Road in Boca Raton for an Phone maintenance issue Sunday April 19th. The store advised her the IPhone is broken and she must purchase a new one for 700 while the plan has insurance for replacement. We went into the store to get the broken IPhone at 11AM Monday morning. We were advised the store already sent the phone back to corporate. I do not believe the phone is in the mail. This store misadvised us during this World Pamdemic.Just to follow up, I did receive a call from the store. The MANAGER promised us the bill would not go up. THIS IS A LIE!!!!!! My bill has now increased due too equipment.If not immediately resolved I will be reaching out to Mike Sieverts office Monday along with the FCC.As soon as I can transfer this account to AT&T I will.AVOID THIS STORE AND COMPANYFollow up. My wife visited the T-Mobile Glades Road today, July 4 2020. These people there are totally useless. I will be filing complaints with the FCC, BBB and the State of Florida.AVOID T-MOBILE BOCA RATON!!!!!

Tia helped me out and gave me information and suggestions about my Apple iPhone 7 that has water damage, she was very patient with me and knew a lot about my device. She also showed customer service to others while working with me. I walked into this store so aggravated because half of my screen does not work but Tias attitude made my day, even though I will eventually pay for the damage fee of 250.00 bucks so I can start leasing another iPhone 7 until I can get upgrade to the 8 when its released. Anyway I had a great experience there and Tia was awesome and deserves a raise or some vacation time or something..I hope her name was Tia. Lol she was pregnant and pretty. Went in the other week to do an exchange on a recalled product. The service rep was super nice, friendly, and helpful. The process went so smooth and efficient I wanted to make sure I left a review so others could know. They even helped me put on my new screen protector I purchased on, complimentary which I thought was really nice. Definitely a great tmobile location to use.
I went it to upgrade my phone and both Brian and Harry helped me. They were a bit busy but managed to juggle multiple customers wile making all of us feel like a priorty. Not only did they help me find the phone best suited for me but then Harry continued to help me put on all of my accessories and start the process of switching over all the pictures and contacts from my old phone to the new one. They have top notch customer service and I will defiantly be back to that store when Im ready to upgrade again.
I have purchased t-Mobile service and iphone very recently on contract basis. I have decided to pay off for my device and I did that and asked T-mobile to unlock my device and I was told to wait for 48 hours to receive the instructions on how to unlock it and all. I received the email after 48 hours saying that I am not eligible to unlock the phone as I didnt complete two billing cycles to unlock it and regarding this I visited this T-mobile store for once and called customer care for 2 times but none of them told me that I have to wait for two months. They even dont know the exact information which is a sad thing. Guys(T-mobile) please update yourself, there are few networks who will unlock their devices within 24 hours after paying off. I decided to get rid off T-Mobile. Thanks alot for wasting my time and Money. T-Mobile is nuts. Dont ever try to buy it. Waste of your money.
The service I received here was excellent!! George and Rajiv were wonderful in helping me purchase a charger for my car - I was almost out of gas and my phone was completely dead so I stopped at this T mobile store in order to get a charger because I have left my usual car charging cord at home. I ended up purchasing a pop socket as well just because they were so lovely! Thanks guys! Will definitely consider switching to TMobile now!
Called the location a few hours prior to showing up to confirm if they had the T-Mobile socks in black. They stated that they did.I told the guy to hold on to them for me and told him when I would show up. He said he could do it. Didn’t mention that they might be sold if somebody else comes in. And especially didn’t call me back once he HAD sold them. Instead, I wasted my gas driving all the way over there to be disappointed and not redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday gift.But they called me last week to tell me the AirPods had arrived, you know, so they can get their commission.
Just switched to T-Mobile. Mary assisted my wife and me. She was knowledgeable, engaging and patient. A real asset as well as a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic! Came in to talk to someone about the Note 5. Got help quick guy was courteous enough to admit he wasnt the most qualified to help with my questions and got the manager, Seph, to help me. This is a big plus to me, I dont expect everyone to know everything so when someone owns up and helps find a solution rather then lie, i appreciate it.Seph was a great deal of help and made sure that all my questions were answered. Never felt pressured on time or sales. This is a guy who understands customers and his business but makes his client feel like a friend. I have been very glad ever since I switched over from Verizon and people like the staff in this store affirm me that I chose the right carrier and team. Im happy to say that I will continue on with T-Mobile, not because I have a contract that makes me (like other companies) but rather because they offer great service, prices, and customer care that make me want to stay!Kudos to the team!
AWFUL EXPERIENCE, don’t come here unless you have at least an hour to just waste. Employees didn’t say a single word to me and I was there for almost an hour. Only two employees working for the whole store, is this a joke ? The thing is, this kind of thing always happens at this store, regardless of the employees. Must be a Management problem. I laugh at all if these obviously paid 5 starts reviews.
This is the worst store out of any cell phone company I have ever been with in my life... The people are rude and dishonest. I had purchased a New Galaxy Note 4 about 5 months ago because of the Jump plan. Now after doing some research and also going back to the store I was told that I had to pay another down payment to get into the New Galaxy Note 5. My credit is not the best credit in the world but they are now telling me that u have to have well qualified credit in order to Jump. This was not told to me AT ALL!!!!! I would have never ever gotten the phone if I knew this because Im paying $10 extra a month for the jump plan only to pay another $318 bucks down... Thats ridicules.

Harry Trenard has the patience of Job! My 75 year old mother wanted at long last to get a smartphone and was ready to ditch Verizon and her old flip phone as well, so we went to T Mobile and were helped by Harry who is just the sweetest most patient guy ever in explaining the ins and outs of data plans and iPhone features to someone completely new to that world. He spent so much time with her, and so much of it was repetitive and boring for him Im sure. He never showed it, though. I wish I could say that my mom finally got a smartphone, but she choked and wanted to leave. Harry was nice as could be though, and the company should realize how lucky it is to have him on staff.
This store cannot handle a rush. I was waiting for someone to help me and nobody did. When it was my turn the guy on the front right said it wasnt my turn and try to say it was the guy behind me. I will not be returning to this tmobile. Oh and ps the manager was just sitting in the back playing on his new iPhone 6. Horrible experience

Bad customer service. Very few people working and meanwhile they said customer service team was in back on conf call. So I guess they will lose a customer over this.
