I just stopped in the store to pay my bill. Normally Id do it online but my phone was dead. When I paid my bill I asked the rep why surcharge for paying in person had risen. Furthermore, why is there a surcharge at all. She told me because Im in the store taking up their time. So if Id have come there just asking about phone prices would I have been charged for that? That takes up time too. Then she had the nerve to start talking junk about me after I got my receipt and headed for the door. No worries though, Ill never walk into that store again.

I had a great experience with one of the employees there she had excellent customer service and super sweet. She recommended me the best plan with the phone I’ve been wanting for a while now. My intentions were to just going to see what they have but she was so good with me and gave me a good deal, thank you Sasha!

I like this location.. The staff is very informative and strait to the point sales.. I lime this one to pay at location for my monthly phone bill.. I normally pay on my card but this ti.e i wanted to come in and do a review and see what kind of deals.. None this time.. Maybe in 2 more months ill upgrade.. Till then America maybe next month and different location but i doubt it.. Pay online better..

I live nowhere near this store, yet it is the only one I will go. The service is amazing. I went with a phone problem and was advised that it was a network issue, but I decided I needed a new phone anyway. We discussed my needs and I was told the more expensive model I was admiring would not be to my advantage as a lower priced Samsung would work just as well. Both were in stock and I was told the truth. Today, I drove from Palm Beach Island to this store to upgrade my phone, saved more money than I would have imagined then drove home to fort lauderdale, passing 7 other Metro store on the way. When a store does right by me, they get all my business!

I went in, got a phone. It was quick easy, and most importantly, quick. Metro prices, so pretty reasonable, check online for the specific plan you want. Customer service was also good.

They scammed me for 30 dollars with a 60 dollar plan when we asked for a 30 dollar plan and Im a 12 year old trying to pay for my phone plan and added insurance without telling us that insurance was apart of the plan also

This is the only metro I will go to. Ricardo and Stanley are the most friendly, professional reps I have ever come across when Ive walked into any sales/retail store. Ive been going to this location for almost 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences. However today when I went to get the new Samsung Galaxy s7 (which was released today the 11th) i was met with all 3 employees hang out outside the store playing with an S7. I ask if they had the s7 in black, they said yes that was all they had but they had just gotten them about 20 minutes ago and they were not in the system yet. So i asked when i would be able to come back in and get it. The guy said he would ask his manager and when he returned he told me that they only had 2 of the phones and they were for people who per ordered them. I said ok thank you and left. Once i was at the car I called a friend who works for metro (in a different state) and was told that there is no option for pre order on metro phones. So I believe they lied and are saving them for friends or whoever. I am very shocked and upset. Like i said, Ive been using this location for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. This is not enough for me to stop using metro but it is sadly enough for me to not use this location again.
