Very clean Supermarket, plenty of parking spaces available. The Store almost had everything that I needed. Some of the shelves were a little empty. I do wish that their produce Dept prices were a little lower. I do shop there very frequently; store is very clean, staff is friendly, helpful, polite and Courteous. I will admit that if I need several fruits and vegetables; salad mix, seedless cucumbers, potatoes and more, I will travel a little further to the Fruit and vegetable Store because there is a big difference in prices. And since I live on a tight budget, every dollar counts. Otherwise, I think its a great store

Publix is using a partner called Instacart for online ordering and delivery. It is super expensive and their service is terrible. Im not a big fan of Walmart, but at least they know how to fulfill an order and deliver it properly and they dont jack up the prices on the items you buy or charge additional service fees.

They have the best produce sections in Boca raton. Jason the produce manager does a great job of keeping it stocked and well organized.

I like shopping at this Publix. I like the people. The environment. The cleanliness. Publix always hit some pretty high marks when it comes to a good experience shopping at a local grocery store. That is until you try to go to the deli here. This place is full of a bunch of people who have no idea what the hell is going on or what they are doing. Dont order your food online. Go there and have them make it in front of you.

Shop here on a regular basis. Always find the staff very helpful and courtious. Although they dont carry some of the other things I like. Occasionally will go to larger store on Clint Moore and 441..

Dont come here for the subs, they do not know how to make them and when you ask why a certain ingredient is missing they’ll get angry and be rude.

Something needs to be done about ordered subs not being taken by other people. Have them behind the counter maybe

Visiting from Broward, first time in store and having to wait almost 30 minutes for lunch. This deli sandwich making counter was certainly badly run today. My husband was in line for subs for the grandkids. After waiting in line the female Manager dressed in regular clothes skipped us not once but three times to serve local workers she seemed already familiar with. She also didnt wear her mask correctly on her face. Sad experience....

I stopped by this publix today to pick up some fresh made soup. All the soup pots were empty and needed to be refilled. There were also no soup cups available for serving. There needs to be a sense of urgency. Someone should be checking the soup every 30 minutes and keep the area filled with cups and utensils. I dont know who manages this store, but they are doing a piss poor job of it. The deli is a freaked nightmare.

The sub and meal line are INCREDIBLY slow. Dont expect to be in and out even if you make an order ahead of time. They are verrrryyyyyy slow. Every time I come most guests are impatient and get out of line due to the staff taking longer than expected. They are very nice but they need to be attentive to people who are on lunch breaks or just trying to get a meal quickly.

Used to love Publix, but this one never has the products I need. Ends up being a waste of gas and trip. I am forcing myself more and more to go less to publix. Specially when you get better prices elsewhere. This is the same case with the one at Polo Plaza. And now finding out that they are giving money to NRA supporters. NO THANKYOU.

Everything was in its proper aisle. And there were no spills in between the walking areas. However the sushi bar had no salmon sushimi.

I had my first very disappointing experience at this store today, 6/10/19. I had a rain check from a BOGO sale that took place two weeks ago. For the past two weeks, the product that I have the BOGO for has been out of stock. I go to this publix 2-3x a week, and have checked the shelf religiously. Tonight, finally, the product was back in stock. I kindly explained to the cashier that while my BOGO rain check had now expired; it was due to the fact that I have been trying to purchase the product; however; theyve been out of it until today. Rather than using reasonable discretion to assist me, she said Sorry, but the computer wont allow me to honor the expired rain check, even if we were out of stock on the product until today. To me, this is just wrong! As a local business owner and operator for the past 20 years, and especially coming from a family of supermarket entrepreneurs (largest public company in the NE USA) we would never have let this happen at any of our familys 108 stores! This isnt even a matter of the customer being right; but simply the store should have listened and done whatever necessary to be reasonable and understanding. This review alone is more costly to them than the $2 lost sale revenue. I will purposely make it a point to share my story on social media so that perhaps someone in their corporate office can make a difference. Store managers especially, need to be able to use discretion in situations like this. I left there feeling betrayed by Publix. Tonight, for the first time ever, shopping certainly wasnt a pleasure!UPDATE: 6 20 19, manager of store called me and made it right. Explained that their staff was reprimanded for this and it wont happen again. As a customer centric business, he was disappointed, apologetic, and did what was needed to keep my business.

Poor customer service. Workers are generally unfriendly, they stare alot, and know nothing about their products. When asked about the location of a product I was told, If you dont see it, we dont have it. No effort made to help me at all. If you do get friendly then its a nasty nice or a condescending attitude. There are better places to shop.

Its a nice place to shop. The employees are very nice and pleasant to you, always clean and well stocked.

Good selection and that our pricing now that GreenWise products have dropped in price. but they often do not have the self service line, or low-item-count line open when it needs to be, so it gets backed up.

Parking lot was mobbed today but as usual publics handled the crowds easily

LOVE this store. Close by, but one of the more Expensive Publix. I have come to the conclusion that ALL Publix stores set their own prices,according to the area, be it rich or so so. GREENWISE, is outrageous in its prices. They cater to wealthy nd Yuppies. And I did a comparison shop, WALMART VS. PUBLIX, SINCE PUBLIX says they r cheaper, nd wrong..Walmart is way cheaper. Plus Publix is too cheap to have designated trolley return slots in parking lots . I see more cars damaged. Good employees, clean store, alot of items I cant find elsewhere. Some items I use to buy from back home they got rid of??

Not good. Have been shopping at Recency Publix from the time it opened and it never has everything that I want to buy. I then have to run over to the Pulixat the Polo and since I shop earlyin the morning you never have enough take out help, am not very happy.

Small store format so the selection isnt as extensive but the fish and seafood is excellent. Good customer service.

The fruit at this Publix always look like they just left a war zone. Strawberries are awful, bananas always look beat up. Ive changed the days and time I shop and its always the same. Employees are very friendly and dedicated, though. Thats why I keep going there, but I leave my fruit shopping for The Fresh Market.
