I love my local Publix. Their bakery is the best, and the people behind that counter are always happy and super helpful. There is a great selection, and there are flowers, potted plants and herbs outside, too. My favorite Publix so far. You can valet for those days its pouring out, which my mom really likes.

I’ve been going to this Publix for years since I work in the area and it’s convenient to pick up some items on my way home. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, never had an issue. Jimmy the manager and Wendy at the cashier were so helpful above and beyond their job requirements the last time I went and that is why I felt compelled to write this review. They turned what could’ve been a disastrous evening for me into a harmonious one. I appreciate them so much.

My experience for today was average. Publix usually does a good job in hiring people.This Publix is the same. Easy accessible, fairly stocked, and their employees were nice.

First time on this Publix, and it was delightful. My Taylor Farms sweet kale salad was on sale! Publix has reliable seafood, deli and dessert sections. The store was clean, and the employees were friendly. They had sample of Boars Head Turkey & two desserts - a wonderful treat & also my lunch!

The Camino Real Publix is one of my favorites in the area for the architecture and environment of the store. I have been coming to this store for years and have always been happy with my purchases and shopping experience. Most recently, I come to this Publix to occasionally purchase the Sunday newspaper.Today, I had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with an extremely rude cashier named Merilyn who, for some reason, decided to start squawking at another employee that I was flipping through the newspaper before buying it at the front of the store. She made a huge scene and when I looked up, I felt all eyes on me which was very awkward and off-putting. I understand sometimes shoppers attempt to take only the coupon inserts without purchasing the actual newspaper, but to immediately assume that this was the case and publicly accuse a customer of doing so with absolutely no evidence is extremely rude and prejudiced. I hope that this store can get on track with properly training employees on what behavior is acceptable in the workplace. Very dissatisfied with today’s shopping experience.

I got my Covid-19 vaccine here and honestly it was a super fast and easy process. This particular store is very clean and has a great pharmacy.

I love Publix at Camino Real because I find everyhing for my house!!!!

It was a Publix, so its a good grocery store. Tried to get a script filled for my wife for a very common medication and they told me they would have it in 4 days! Not sure whats up with that. Needless to say, I had to choose another pharmacy.

I am a start FCC my review with saying that farah GEETSON and Carmen lot and Fran are the most amazing employees plus David David who is the stocking up like crazy up in here have made me feel very welcome at Publix and I can’t wait to shop here again. These employees should be considered role models for customer service as they do it so well thank God for people like them to make people like me feel truly appreciated. The bathrooms are amazingly clean the isles are amazingly well stock

They forgot to put my mixed frozen fruit in with my groceries when I checked out. Come back the next day and the customer service tells me to get my receipt before they can help me. I admit I forgot it this trip. So now I have to make two separate trips to this store out of my way for a $12 bag of frozen fruit they forgot to put in a bag. Its almost not worth the gas it will cost. Of course the old lady at customer service is the last to concern herself. So I have to go all the way back for this receipt and then all the way back to publix again. Over frozen fruit. Would someone lie to get a free bag of frozen fruit?

I went to five stores to find a particular item today, and this little store was the one that had it! Thanks to the staff for keeping thing on the shelves! I appreciate it!

Love this Publix it is the perfect stop for transfers from Broward Country Transit and Palm Tran to go inside and grab a drink and avoid the hear waiting for the next bus

Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.. the other day the Manager helped out on apples that came up at the wrong price. Thanks again for being so cool!

Always clean; staff members are SUPER helpful. Bakery items are great. Nice deli with custom sandwiches made to order. Pre-packaged deli items are ready before lunch and dinner rush. Check out line numbers are fluid depending on shoppers needs. Carry out help available. Valet parking offered. Shout out to Frank, I love the starched shirts with cufflinks and his ready smile!

I love this publix I lived out there for 5. Years all pharmacy staff and head pharmacist knew me by sight and before I got to the pick up desk my scripts were already pulled pharmacist would take hard to fill scripts (like adderall and mark my 60 first). Because of location it has a larger selection of imported products fancy cheese damn it even has free valet (not sure if suspended due to covid-19. Miss going there

We love shopping at our local Publix Sebring, so went to this one during our vacation. Customer service is so different here. I had 2 water under my cart the cashier asked me to lift it up so that she could scan it. Really?? Here in Sebring, they look at the cart and know what to do.

Excellent service from the parking to the end.Wonderful ladies helping with car. I got there today with my twins babies and all of them were super helpful. Thank you for such wonderful work.

This is probably the best Publix anywhere! They even Valet park your car if you want!! Most cars in the parking lot are luxury vehicles, The products are high quality and excellent customer service.

Out of all the Publix Ive been to this Publix has the most friendliest helping staffs, I was looking for a product I couldnt find I asked one of the staff to help me she stopped what shes doing just to take me on the other side of the store to find the product with a smile it made my life so easy and happy theyre the best.♥️♥️♥️♥️🇺🇲2021

Only been to this location once. Seems just like any other publix. Couldnt see anything bad or great about it. No issues with the things I needed. Good place so far

Pleasantly polite staff as always! Whom help with anything you need! They go above and beyond and stand up to the Publix reputation! If you ask where an item is, instead of pointing and telling you where to go they are kind enough to walk you directly to it! I love this Publix!

The staff was very helpful. However, they advertise somethings that we went specifically to pick up as having many in stock but upon arrival they were out of stock.

While vacationing in the area, I checked out this Publix and I wasnt disappointed, I found everything I was looking for plus some other items that were on sale.

My review is solely based on my experience with the deli department. I approached the deli and waited to be attended to, I was asked by Ty what I wanted and I said the “Garlic & Herb Tofu” in the Specials, to which she said “I don’t even know what that is” and proceeded to look around to her fellow co-workers. This kind man stepped up and helped me with my second option. It was a very, very slow process but I waited patiently. I kept getting side eye from Ty throughout the entire process. Never again will I come to this deli, which is a shame.

The person in charged of the produce department, was very rude and giving bad looks to customers. I was very surprise that Publix keep this type of employee in their staff.

Store does not have what I need. Does not stock basic items. Too much specialty. Store too small. Layout is complicated.

Parking is a nightmare but the store is nice. A bunch of people in the plaza at all times.

Parked in the parking lot during business hours and came out to an impossible to remove orange sticker claiming that I was illegally parked on private property and my car would be DISPOSED of in 3 days if not removed... on the WINDSHIELD of a $70,000Audi at that. They also got a few other cars including a BMW and a porche.. I will never shop here again and if I get in an accident on my way home as a result of my vision being obstructed, Ill be holding Publix liable in court.. go to Spanish river publix instead. Their products are all stale, but its better than having your vehicle vandalized.. calling corporate in the morning

Worst deli counter /hot foot service in any publix anywhere period. Been like this for years.

Well stocked most of the time, Deli is a bit slow taking because they are taking care of online orders instead of the customers standing there..

Was in tonight and I must say Jimmy was an excellent employee. Friendly as could be and was just the ideal person I would expect at Publix. Great company yes but it’s the staff and employees like Jimmy who make the difference and why we all keep coming back. Thank you for your help tonight and thank you to Publix and all their employees. My favorite supermarket! Everything nice and fresh! Anything you want and crave, they have it! The best meat, if you want something you dont see there is a butcher who cuts the piece for you! Fish fresh and tasty, there is a sushi corner where they prepare it fresh for you! Fresh fruit and vegetables, peeled or not. 20 types of bacon - by the way their house brand is excellent in everything! Fresh orange juice and actually all kinds of juice! Whipped butter, unheard of in Europe and so yummy! The staff is wonderful! They pack up you groceries and bring it to your car! You come to Europe and youll be amazed because YOU pack up your stuff in the bags you bring from home, you schlep it to your car and you bring the trolley back to the store because there is your coin I it! America and its service, I love it! Talk about valet parking - unheard of in Italy, theyd think the guy wants to steal your car! I ADORE this supermarket and I highly recommend it. Only the olive oil (extra virgin!) is better in Italy but thats the only item.

Clean and well stocked as per 97% of all publix... Why not 5 stars then? Well, the Publixes in Ocala and Cape Coral are on another level, pristine inside out. I mean the parking lots are uniform and magnificently kept. A Publix in Camino Real and US1, Boca Raton has given me something to consider because the lot was pretty much below par relative to the way these richer people parked, also the lot needs a good hot water pressure clean. ALL Publix should mirror Grand Oaks Town Centre.

Clean. Well stocked. Customers seemed nice enough.Quality of products depends on the distributors and manufacturers but the pretty boxes and displays were nice enough ..I think there is even valet service at this one 💞

Great Publix location, but Deli is very variable - service very slow and Ty has a very bad attitude. Will be going to the other location next time. If I took the time to write this review, there are at least 50 others today who didnt but wont be back either.

We had an amazing experience with John and Charles in the deli section. They were very friendly, funny, and kind. Made our experience getting a sub a whole lot better. We also had a wonderful experience with Brenda at the register, she was very kind and helpful. I don’t usually post reviews but these people made the experience memorable.

Unnecessarily rude girl at the express isle at 815 7/27 giving me dirty looks and being unbelievably rude the moment I approach with all of three extra items. No one behind me and I was faster than the man in front of me! Was very close to removing myself out of there and leaving my cart for her to deal with after the attitude she dealt me! Worst publix experience ever! OH and I had only chosen this lane (3 lanes open) so that an elderly woman could take the closest lane to her, and I would walk furthest to this lane! The only redeeming quality here was the nice woman that saw the shadiness and started helping me bag... Disgusting behavior lady you know who you are. Will be sticking to my local and avoiding this rude staff!

I always love shopping at Publix but today after I finished shopping, I came outside and my car wouldn’t start. The manager (Terry) took the time and came out to jump start my car. What a nice guy! Publix really lives up to its standard of “where shopping is a pleasure.” Thank you, Terry!!!

Love my local Publix. Probably not the biggest Publix in this area but bigger isn’t always better. There are several markets in this area but this is my go to market for all my needs. Staff are so friendly and the market is always spotlessly clean which I appreciate.The current manger seems to run a tight ship which reflects on the high standards this Publix exudes. They even have valet parking which I think is terrific for people who might need extra assistance. The only department that sometimes comes off not so friendly is the meat department. Some of the guys back there are really nice but a few make you feel like you might be annoying them when you need something special or a package broken. Not everyone needs a 6 lb roast.

Great prices with gas card coupons and promotions. Staff is courteous and helpful for the most part. Store is smaller than most Publix stores but convenient and easily accessible.Pharmacist and techs are always helpful.

Excellent checkout service and wide selection of produce and packaged goods. My items were loaded on the revolving table, which to me is unheard of. Clean isles and mellow mood inside. Only complaint is no cart collector lane, so individuals are just leaving carts scattered throughout the lot. This clutters and inhibits parking. People need to take responsibility for their use of the cart, so providing an area for them would help such issues. Overall a smooth grocery store.

I never got the woman’s name that helped me however if someone does check these I would love for you to give kudos to the lady that answered for the customer service today at 11:45 AM and brought a bag of ice out to me. I was driving a boat through your parking lot and could not figure out where to park and called. the lady was so sweet and offered to bring the ice out to me that I needed. I’ve always found that Publix goes the extra mile and it truly is where shopping is a pleasure. Thank you.
