Today I happened to be in the area and stopped in this store. I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler Savick. I had my heart set on a sample of a sugar cookie. Turns out they are for kids, 12 and under. Tyler was very kind and even though Im only a kid at heart he shared a cookie with me. He took a few minutes to talk to me. His bakery was immaculate! What a breath of fresh air to have someone take the time to talk for a moment.

Another great Publix, specifically on a lunch break to grab some fresh cooked hot foods from their hot foods bar. A larger Publix that carries more items and more varieties of your favorite products. It has a large health and beauty care section, however this location does not have a pharmacy.

Im so grateful to Taylor from your Bakery. I needed a specific type of birthday cake for my coworker, and he took the time to find the perfect solution. Id like to acknowledge your talented Bakers too. The cake was delicious!

All ways well stocked. Nice helpful courteous staff ... and i do mean every single person. Never an issue .

I do like this particular Public. They have mostly everything I need and their staff is pretty nice all around. I live around the area and its the one I like to go to.

I drive 4 miles past my neighborhood Publix to seek out this Publix instead as it is far superior. The staff is fantastic, the store is clean & well kept and the selection is wonderful. On today’s visit, my cashier, the bag person and I engaged in a conversation which lead to me learning about an Aprons recipe that is now a must try. On the previous visit, I discovered a new fresh product item that was in my cart this shopping trip as well; thanks to a produce staff member who related to me their personal experience with the meal item. In sum, if you haven’t been to this location, give it a try and you’ll enjoy your experience (and may even come away with a new recipe or a new item).

Great store, except for Deli...as I stand here waiting again, as always... (6) people working, mid week, mid day, 20 minutes waiting...(1) customer at deli, (1) customer at sub counter.Not friendly, not helpful, very broken English at best...Horrible reflection of an otherwise great store and people. Its a very negative experience you have to shake off, before you continue shopping.

I shop at this Publix very frequently. I have to say everyone is always very polite and outgoing. The store is always very well stocked. I had a very special shopping experience last week that I felt needed to be shared. When I went to check out this young man named Jean waved me into his checkout isle. Although his mask was covering his face I could tell he had a huge smile on his face. While he was checking out my groceries he noticed the women behind me had a walker with a cart attached. The cart was very low to the ground and could tell she was struggling to get her items out. Jean offered to come around and help which I thought was really sweet and going above and beyond. This man is always so happy at work and always very polite. In case he hasn’t been recognized for this I wanted to make sure he finally was! Way to go Jean! Thank you for making my shopping experience so great as well as many others!

She is such a pleasant person and remembers exactly how you like your slices and subs which always taste better when she makes them. This store is usually good. The reason I give it three stars is 1. the mens toilet had material on it, 2. I was looking for a pill form of Advantage probiotics and no one approached me to see if I needed help.

This particular store has the friendliest, most courteous and competent staff of ANY Publix I have ever visited, from their general manager right down to the lowest employee. Every time I go there I am amazed by the sincere cheerfulness and helpfulness of every employee with whom I interact. Even my fellow customers seem a little kinder and more polite, probably a reflection of how nicely we are treated there.

The conveyor belt was dirty. I tried to put my items in spots that were cleaner. The checker, Eliud, said my items would fall(they didn’t). He should have kept the belt clean. It really annoyed me. I told him the belt was dirty, that I was trying to put my items on clean spots. He said and did nothing other than making sure he swept my items over the dirty spots before he actually scanned them. Seriously! We are in the middle of a global pandemic and I really expect everyone, including myself, to do their best to try and keep clean standards so that we can all be safe. Publix is not cheap, but I was in there spending my hard earned money. I worry everyday about catching this virus. It has touched my family and my friend’s familIt’s. This is unconscionable!.

I went there for paper towels and they didn’t have any so I was checking out with my baby food and the cashier Ryan was talking to me and asking how my day was and if I found everything okay. I told him about the paper towels and that I didn’t have any but not to worry and I have napkins. He took it upon himself to go out of his way and take my name and number and call me as soon as they came in. Honestly the nicest gesture he could do. Was a breath of fresh air in this craziness. Thank you again RYAN!!!

I asked the manager where a particular brand of water was because they were out of most brands but specifically the brand I was looking for. I buy water by the gallon and most gallons were gone. He was very polite and offered to get me some right away. Said he wasnt aware the shelf was empty. That was very thoughtful of him although I had to leave and not wait. Ill just go back tomorrow....Great service though and a nice guy!

The store has items in their weekly ad that they dont have and wont offer rain checks. Very indifferent customer service

This establishment does not require masks to shop. This greatly increases the risk to shoppers along with employees during the greatest health crisis of our time. I hope management will see the error of their ways and change this policy which puts themselves, their employees, and other members of the public in greater risk.

The family bathroom is the ONLY one that has a changing table, so it should be off-limits to employees that need a 10 minute break. There’s no reason to use it when there are perfectly good stalls (plus an ada stall too) in the women’s restroom. Please do better.

The store is very clean. The employees appear friendly hand helpful especially when I need to find an item. The prices are pretty good. Parking is usually pretty convenient. I feel safe when I go shopping. The selection is very good. The produce appears to be fresh. Grocery shopping is not my favorite activity, but I like this store. Kudos to the management.

Best Publix in the Boca/Delray area. Big store, they have a very good selection of wine and beers, even my German fave! Sushi bar is awesome! Fresh salads could be a bit more, but I usually get some sushi there. Staff is friendly and chatty, always have a nice conversation with the cashiers.

My wife bought our anniversary ring here.A wide range of excellent value jewellery stores include gold and silver ornaments in both traditional and modern styles.I Recommend this store to every couple for jewellery purposes and many more.

I found the service distasteful, the managers are rude and seem to have something else better to do rather than their jobs. And to make matters worse, I received food poisoning from consuming the deli sub. Publix needs to be closed; it seems no one is doing their job.

Ive been shopping here for the past 30yrs. Today was the worst experience EVER. There was something wrong w/ the credit card machine, so I was told to go to customer svc. One young lady, was very nice & helpful. Unfortunately, I had to wait aside until the problem was resolved. I had a question & got the rudest response in addition to the unnecessary comments from the employee next to her. I was shocked & embarrassed. I asked for her name & wasnt told. I was finally able to see her name tag & said Thank you K****! As I walked away she said, I dont care what u do with it sooo! Completely childish and it was most definitely not a pleasure shopping here today 😞

7:15a today - store is NOT busy with customers - employees are milling around, stocking shelves / supervising. I am normally a patient person, not that hung up on saving a buck or two generally BUT I go to purchase 2 boxes Green Tea. Advertised with a tag - $1 off with EACH coupon (Lipton) - - hey WOW ~ GREAT. Go to kiosk to find coupon(s). Nowhere to be found. Go to customer service to get a coupon. She cant find either, she alerts other employees including the Grocery Manager whom disappear after finding and verifying the sale tag by the tea. I wait. I wait some more. Customer service cannot ring up the tea with out the coupon IF I WANT THE SAVINGS. Now normally as I stand there looking at the Publix Guarantee emblazoned on the wall - most would override and give me the total $2 discount. NOPE, she cant do it without the paper coupon. Your complete satisfaction is a load of crap, and your employees (management included) will NOT go the extra mile, and will NOT do anything that is remotely customer service based. I, for one, will no longer shop at this New & unimproved Publilx, the Mercado store will get my business IF Publix does at all. You are not the only game in town and I am super disgusted that will all the advertising you do on TV touting how flowery and wonderful the experiences are, you would be better spending some of those advertising dollars on training your employees that dont seem to want to help anyone but their own lazy asses. End rant.

If only I could leave 0 stars. This Publix went from the best supermarket with the most exceptional customer service to an absolute disgrace. Your employees have no product knowledge, barren shelves, and departments focused on everything but actually performing work. Not to mention bagging my own groceries with your cashier laughing. It is sad that your revenue will succumb to smaller specialty markets, precisely where I will now take my business.

Our first time to this store was the day after Irma hit Boca Raton. The store was open bright and early for service. The staff in the store were busy stocking shelves, a good variety of food and products were available, including ice. The management were every where including the cash registers. We arrived in Boca the day before Irma hit, foolishly with little food with us. After 3 days of no healthy food we were very grateful to find the store open for business. Thanks to all of your for great service.

Took way too long to get a Publix sub sandwich

Yesterday 12/11/17 my two 85 yr old friends wanted to purchase food at your store. The elder man just had surgery & wanted the pure lemon juice he drinks regularly. When we got to the car, we realized he purchased the lime juice..cost 4 bottles $19.95.We went all the way back into the store to the customer service desk..this is a joke..the one woman had no idea who was 1st in line between how many areas there to either return items, lottery or purchase all your groceries..which when it is not busy this should not be happening at front desk..anyway..we waited patiently as the customer service lady called someone to get 4 LEMON JUICE BOTTLES in exchange for the lime juice bottles. This took over 20 minutes..to find out she mistakenly brought 4 more LIME JUICE BOTTLES NOT LEMON THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY I THOUGHT U SAID 4 MORE LIME..THEN SAID NO WE DONT HAVE ANY LEMON.SO MY POINT IS..THIS IS A BLATANT LIE! My friend walked out with a credit..shops there all the time & I would never do that to an 85 yr old man.Customer service is a joke at this store. I would ve made a stink but my friend was exhausted & just wanted to go home. We were in your store way too long & left very unsatisfied. You need at least 2 people at that desk at all times & u need a communication lesson to be taught to all your employees.Simply unacceptable!

I drive to this Publix from Coral Springs because theyre stocking Wallaby Yogurt, including my favorite flavors lemon and maple.I used to work quite nearby and a couple of years they razed this Publix to the ground and built it back again in the same place, with some neighboring shops.So, its new, clean, big and yesterday I also found some hard-to-find Hint of Spice / Isle of Man cheese with chili pepper.

No face covering requirement during a pandemic. I’ll be shopping at Whole Foods from now on.

Same issue I have with every Publix. The deli is slow and mismanaged. Always a huge line and not enough workers. These big corporations love to spent a lot of money with marketing groups and finding put ways to be more productive for profits. Why dont you just figure out a way to make the deli experience better? Its like a relic from 1973.

This is a very nice Publix to come to and shop and bring your family with you its in a very nice area you have pretty much everything you can think of in the plaza next to the Publix from The Vitamin Store to a animal store Hair Cuttery Pharmacy a very nice Publix extremely helpful management staff courteous kind and polite they will go out of their way,and do everything they can to assist you very clean very well-stocked I highly recommend it

I come here all the time and order my subs and salads at the deli, every time I go the employees are always very rude and seem sick of me ordering my food everyday terrible service I use to go everyday now I stop and shop at the other Publix by my house
