I live in South Carolina, but while visiting relatives in Boca Raton, Fl, made a visit to a local Publix.As expected, first rate service in all departments, immaculate store well stocked.I give Publix 4 stars as they dont carry prime meats and I am not fond of the look of their fish - in general. The fish always looks too dry to me, as if there is not a quick turnover. But that is conjecture on my part.However Publix is a top notch chain of supermarkets that tries to satisfy their local communities with all they need or ask for. I recommend them to all friends.

An upscale Publix, very large and all the latest goodies including self-checkout which totally surprised me as I had not seen them in a Publix before. It was not busy at all since it was early. Very notable that this store had at least six Mart Carts ready to go. The store also had a drive up overhang.

Love my local Publix. Bakery is great. Not much turnover in employees which is highly appreciated. Same management for quite a few years now.

I have my choice of 3 different Publix supermarkets all roughly the same distance, and this is my favorite one.They all carry the same products, its just I like the layout of this one, the and vegetables seem to be fresher and a better quality.The staff at all are super friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend the Clint Moore location over the glades road or the state road 7 one, as always your mileage may vary.

So this negative review is only for the deli where the subs are prepared. I ordered two subs yesterday online at around 5:30pm. I received an email verification that the order would be ready for pick up at 6pm. I arrived at the deli at 6:10pm, and the subs were not at the designated pick up location. I spoke to a deli employee, he went to check to see why the order was not made. From what was gathered the online orders were piled up in the waste basket. The gentleman made my subs and I was satisfied. But still upset nonetheless, because of the time wasted. This is the second time this happened. This is strictly poor management and lack of leadership is the deli department. I enjoy shopping at Publix, but it seems like the deli department needs a shake up.

This Publix has been our Go-To on a regular basis. We love the BOGOs and always take advantage of it, specially the ice cream ones.The place is properly stocked, very well lit, looks very clean and orderly, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.They have maintained their strict quality during the pandemic and have made sure that they are open and accessible for those that needed the essentials.

Well stocked store worth shopping at. They bake deliciously and make freshly cooked rotisserie chickens.Ïf you buy lottery tickets, CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Too many mistakes made.

Super clean. Always organized and everything in stock. I wanted to leave a review, especially today, because this is the second time, I left my wallet in the shopping cart, in the parking lot. Came home not realizing it and then drove back, to find that customer service at the Publix, had my wallet. Super relief. Thank you so much for employee, Keith for bringing it in, when he found it. I’ve been shopping here since 2002, and will continue to do so. And two thumbs up to each and every employee here, they are made of gold.

Incompetent sub deli - Dont bother placing an online order. It wont be ready even if you arrive 15+ minutes after the scheduled pickup and if theres people in the line, they wont even start it until theyve finished with the line. No point in ordering online if youre in a rush. Just skip this Publix and go to the Delray or SR7 one.

Now hopelessly understocked. Things we normally purchase just not available anymore. Plus parking lot is a joke. Years and years of nothing but twisted spaghetti like driving layout. I would not even rate th r m a 3* but because its Publix I feel generous.

Busy parking lot. Just needed a few items so I was in and out fairly easily. Fewer than 10 check out line. Nice facility. Normal market, nothing special.

Some of the yogurt they had on sale (Siggits brand) was expired as well as some of the packaged salads. Also, the cashier that took care of me Irene, had such a bad attitude, she literally started throwing my stuff and bagging everything with anger and at the end I said thank you however she did not even say your welcome and just walked away. I do not expect this type of service from Publix, I dont think I will be coming back to this location.

I was assigned to receive my vaccine shots at Publix, corner of 441 & Clintmore, in the Reserve Shopping Center. I received my second shot on April 8th. The young lady at the vaccine reception desk up front was polite and efficient, taking care of my paper work & escorting each of us, according to her schedule, back to the Pharmacy.Pharmacy personel remained professional, yet caring. No easy task for them taking care of a long line of picking up scripts in ADDITION to giving the vaccine. They answered my questions and asked me to relax & wait 15 minutesbefore leaving. Thank you, Publix for taking on this huge responsibility!!!JOB. WELL. DONE😊👍

Usually this place has the best Chicken Tender subs, but today the chicken wasnt so fresh. Its a Friday afternoon, so its not that busy. The best time to get a Chicken Tender sub is during the NFL season, right before a Dolphins game on Sunday. This applies to their fried chicken too. If you want to get fresh fried chicken, go to the Publix on Glades, its much more busy there and caters more to the middle-class than the wealthy. Shouldve tried the Havana Bold sub instead. Next time.So I came the next day and this time got the Havana Bold sub, toasted. It was pretty good, kind of spicy. Nothing compared to a freshly made Chicken Tender sub though. But it has Boars Head meat, so its high quality. It comes with Tavern Ham, Peppenero Ham, Chipotle Gouda, and you can add bacon or pickles if you want.Also, Marie is the cashier who always check me out when I come to this Publix. She is very kind, warm-hearted, and accommodating. I highly urge management to give her a raise.

Not so great ordered a prepared meal got a call to confirm and to let us know they were out of 2 things, one in particular was corn bread which I replied you have a bakery right in the store go get some. Other problem is you have to wait in line at the deli to pick it up it seems to me they should be separate, I ordered an hour in advance so I wouldnt have to wait. Its time for Publix to figure it out. PS THERE WAS A TABLE FULL OF CORN MUFFINS 20 FT FROM THE DELI

I experienced a very weird situation with a customer regarding store policy about social distancing, line forming and courtesy at the Pharmacy Counter. I experienced discrimination from a women and what may have been her son. This has left a mark and hurt on me. I cant shake it off. It makes me feel like crying. Whats going on with people. WE are ALL equal. I dont consider myself better than anyone else. I am of Spanish descent and born in NY. I never had anyone made me feel this way.. I felt hate from this woman. But, Shopping at Publix is always a pleasure!

I always have a problem with the pharmacy. When I call in for a refill I leave a message if they dont get the refill approved within 2 days to call me. Of course a week later I have to call the pharmacy to find out they didnt get an approval. What ever happened to common courtesy or customer service?

One of the best Publix in the area. Helpful staff, clean and tidy, and never too long of a wait at check out. The only fault is in the deli department. Ive ordered online for ready pick up several times, about 5 or 6 times and every single time something is wrong. I feel like the employees do not read the Special Instructions section of the online order and always make errors. This is not just me, several neighbors agree. Please look in to this matter and have employee pay a little more attention to the order they are working on. If not, whats the point of the Special Instructions section if its not being read and heeded. I will continue to visit this location but may no longer use their online services.
