They always have great meats, never had a bad or chewy piece of 🥩 at this PUBLIX. Friendly customer service and an awesome bakery makes it a pleasure.

A smaller location but they keep enough products in stock for me to do a quick necessities/lunch trip during working hours. They always have enough people on staff during that rush time that Im able to get in and out in great time. Never a long wait at checkout when Ive gone.

Incredible! Seems like an older Publix thats been around for years. The people who work there are awesome. Pharmacy was great! Pharmacist was on the ball and helped my wife get her script, post haste. I would recommend this store to anyone. If I were local, this would be my store!

This is a fantastic spot to go if you need good merchandise or decent cuisine.

I don’t want to be a local “Karen” but if got a chance to see a manager I’d say that it is hard to find perishable goods that are edible. Vegetables and fruits are rotten and other goods too. Basically I need to browse though everything to find out the expiration date which doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not rotten because they do not maintain the food in right conditions. The prices also are wrong. The price tag most of cases do not agree to the price in the system. This is the only supermarket close to me I hope they will do something about it before me and all my neighbors die from mass food poisoning.

Everyone is nice and helpful. There was an incorrect pricing and they solved the issue immediately. They are so convenient to my work.

Nothing makes sense where it is and it seems they move stuff all the time. Very small selection of everything. Workers are friendly 1 or 2 times out of 10. All around dreary and unhappy. With a Publix in every direction they should have their stuff more together.

The cuisine is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the folks are warm and welcoming. Products that are genuine.

One of my favorite stores. They have everything plus extra perks ! In fruit section they have some exotic fruits appear now and then. Like cheremoya, yellow dragon fruit or even jack fruit. I also like that they have that water filtered machine in a lobby. $1.75 to fill out 5 gallon jug, very usefull during hurricane season. Always available when all water is gonne in stores. I like to say Hi to their baker guy at night. He is super helpfull and nice person to talk too ! I like people at the customer service, they so nice and cool. I was talking to one of them about caviar and they plaved it on order for next delivery ;]. All cashiers are polite and will jump out to closed regesters to help out with customer check out flow ! You can get custom stuff delivered to store ! Super cool! I like to eat Sushi their as well. Always nice selection, even super fancy ones are offered. And store ope n till 11 oclock. Where some vlose at 10. Nice store, reccomend it !

Most of the employees are helpful. Some of them are not. They did not have everything I needed. Had to goto another publix.

Compared to Publix at other locations, this Publix location is not that great. I found 2 items : chicken sausages few packets were expired and, the ginger root had fungus.. I immediately told the store/produce managers. They did apologize but I feel the staff at this location need some training. I am not going to buy anything from this store.

They were super nice. The only problem I had it was the first time at that store and couldnt find anything. Plus they need better flowers

Just got Covid vaccine at this location. Great pharmacist. Well run and organized. Highly recommend. Have also used them in past for prescriptions.Great customer service.Grocery shopping also good. Good prices on frozen veggies and other items. Good place to stock up.

This Publix had staff members throughout the store went out of their way to be helpful. On a busy Christmas Eve there was an abundance of can I helpful you. And theyre upbeat and friendly! One lady walked with me accross the store just to help me find the soy sauce. This Publix could be a model for the rest. Management should be proud.

This store is a bit cramped. My companion from out of state was unimpressed with this Publix especially since it is located in East Boca...some of the help was less than helpful when asked for assistance. This location. Needs some help.

I come here everyday and I love the fresh hot food they make . This store is also always clean even the bathrooms . The produce is the best in town and the shelves are always well packed . Disrespectful. I have one item to buy. First cashier refused to check me and send me to other. The other pretend one hundred busy. I lived the item and go away. That was at 10:20 a.m. what is not very busy, right? Publix in Boca Raton try to treat your Customers better.

Do not redeem your lottery tickets at this store. Had a 40$ winner, rang up as 20$ on the machine. The cashier(Alex) made a big production of counting the drawer, showed the ticket to the manager (Christian),talked among themselves saying the winning #was different from the # that matched. Should have got the ticket back cos I realized when I got home, one prize was 10$ and the other was 30$ no way I could have just won 20$ And it is a low quality store to boot.

I love this Publix (near my office)! Today I was in and out in 5 minutes. The people are so nice and always willing to go out of their way.

I enjoy this markets location so close to my home. There are several that I always see in there and they are always so kind. One reason I want to comment is that they stayed open when I was walking in at the last minute and treated me so kindly.

Clean and well organized

Saw 2 for 5 mozzarella cheese on sale, went to cashier and they rang up $5 each. Told the cashier they were on sale so another employee went to check. Turns out someone put the wrong cheese with the same name where the sale sign was. This has happened on many occasions so I went and spoke to the manager. I showed her and instead of apologizing for the mistake she argues with me saying a customer must have moved the cheese. She was rude and said we need to read the sign better next time. I believe her name is Grace l, I came in around noon. The pearls you see are not the ones on sale.

This was by far the weirdest Publix Ive ever been to I mean like you literally felt as if you were going to have claustrophobia being here because of how absolutely small the space is for you to shop around the store is. Everything is all over the place and its very difficult to get a grasp of what it is that you need because of how overwhelmed you feel with the aisles being so close together. The girl who is in the deli department was completely unprofessional I would like not stop staring me or breaking eye contact which made me uncomfortable and then my wife came up next to me with my kids and she was incredibly rude for no reason. I just told the employee what it is that I needed and that was it and yet she kept staring at me I thought it was completely unprofessional.

Shopped here today for the first time and everything from the bakery seems to be stale. I dont know what is going on but we will be returning these items tomorrow. On the other side, the employees are very friendly and accommodating to the point of Overkill.

I went to pick up a prescription, only to find it wasnt ready because it had expired. I had no communication from Publix. The pharmacist, called with a trope about their policy. And only after a long discussion, that I needed to get a refill from my physician...

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent deals, with two for one specials and coupons built into their app. The fresh fruit selection is plentiful with the most popular items. The bakery had tasty fresh pies and breads. The lady at the fresh fish counter is really helpful, especially with cooking recommendations. I’ve been to Publix all over the state of Florida, and this one is probably the best.

Please make yourself a favor do not go this Publix unless you really have to, the deli sandwiches is never ready to service the client, they never have the meat ready and cut for the sandwiches that they have in the menu, we have to wait like 20 min to get the serviced and another 20 min to make our sandwiches, and please do not go the manager of the store lol she will make you feel like a roach, zero customer appreciation! So sad!
