One of the better publix however publix is overpriced with most things. This publix does have more merchandise than most. Employees are more friendly than some.

Steve and his employees offer what you would call old fashioned customer service...friendly, polite, and engaging, and ready to help you. Nice clean grocery store. Prices are not the cheapest but still reasonable and good quality meats and more. The subs are great.

Easy to shop and even though the mask mandate was dropped everyone remained vigilant with masks.The drug store there also is very accommodating and there were walk ups for vaccinations. Easy as pie!

I clearly saw an item labeled $3.79 and buy one get one free, but was coming up as $4.99 and not as a BOGO at the register. That is the reason why I was going to purchase this item. The cashier looked at me like I had three heads and did not give me the price it was listed as when I told him about the promo on the item. He seemed disturbed that I told him that. I haven’t been to this Publix in over a year due to Covid, and I will not return. This Publix has always been horrible.

Today lunch time I was at the Deli department looking for 4 Oven Roasted Turkey breast sandwiches I found just 2 in the cooler. I asked the an old lady was on the Deli register she went inside after 15 minutes waiting she came back telling me they don’t have any and they no gonna make any more.

What I immediately found was a dedicated team that understood my needs and frustrations. That was mid March 2020. Today, on this 8th day of December, 2020 Ive just come back from my shopping job and feel the same about my Publix trips. Thank you for being there and still making life bearable. Im 84 yrs. old and didnt see my life being so screwed up, but when the doctors told my wife that she was quarantined, I knew I needed to step up.Again, my trips became easier because of your wonderful people.Fred W.

As a new resident in Boca Raton, I have been very pleased with the food and services of Publix. The cashiers are efficient and courteous as well as managers and stock employees. I have my prescriptions at the pharmacy and all has been very professional. The prices are very good, especially the deals. My only recommendation is to increase the deli staff because there is often along wait.

What a great place to shop at. Its right in the plaza with the Home Depot, Ulta beauty, and much more. Theres plenty of free parking. Lots of empty spaces and can shop for everything I need all in one trip. I even loaded up like two carts and had complimentary valet service bring to my car and all the plastic shopping bags were free. Great prices.

I have been trying to book an appointment for the Covid-19 vaccine. I think the app should let you choose the area for example Boca Raton, but the app should choose a store that actually has availability.My experience has been when I choose the store I wait...Then I get a message that says all appointments for this store have been booked please pick another store! This keeps happening two or three times until the whole county has been booked. I even get to try choosing in Broward County a couple times beforeall the appointments have been booked in the County and I am shut out!Please fix the app so it chooses a store that has availability and I can actually book an appointment!Thank you.🙄

Employers and managers are very helpful. Store is very clean and well stock. Every thing in produce, bakery, premade foods, meats look fresh. This is the place to shop.

I really hate this store. Crowded, takes forever at the deli and chicken counter. Difficult to communicate with staff. High turnover. The shoppers are very ride, even for Boca. Lots of seniors buses stop here. Seems most workers are new. If you have to shop at Publix, the one by the mall is a much nicer store, less crowded, better staff and shoppers. If you want quality meat and veggies, go to Doris Market. Wish I went there instead of Publix today.

This is my favorite local (441 & Glades) Publix. Most employees are helpful, the meat and seafood departments are accommodating, checkout is usually quick enough, and there is most always a bagger who offers to help you to your car. Overall the store is clean with no offending odors coming from various food departments. Today I did my Hurricane shopping and the store was well stocked. Those are the ups, the downs are that often enough the wait times at the deli, prepared food and sandwich counters can be longer than I would think acceptable. I understand the importance of social distancing and how that has affected how many clerks can be behind the counters, but the long wait times were common well before Covid-19 restrictions.

The deli is disgusting. I work next door and will never go there again Most workers have mask barely covering thier mouth. The worker preparing chicken behind rotisserie has no mask or gloves while handling food in a pandemic. I wouldnt let my dog eat from there

Large well stocked Publix. Friendly cashiers and clean store. They disinfect the shopping carts and provide disinfecting wipes.

The subs here are horrendous and disgusting. Once, the lettuce in my sub had a strong chemical taste as if it had been bleached, come to find out they allowed a cleaning agent to come in contact with the produce. Another time I order a chicken tender sub and I couldn’t get through the half the sub because the chicken had hard, inedible pieces all throughout. Very low quality and unappetizing food and service.

Sandwich department: The lady that was on the shift today at 2:30pm was rude, called me honey and kept trying to politically argue with me and told me I was wrong when I made one simple statement hoping that it would simply make her stop talking. I go to get a sandwich, to get a sandwich, not be belittled and have a political debate. That will be my last time getting a pub sub. Please do not call people honey in such a condescending tone, either. Its insulting. Speaking politically in a work setting is extremely unprofessional and I would hope this would not be something Publix condones. 2 stars because the sandwiches are good but 0 for customer service in this particular department. Cashiers: Have always been great! Store is clean and organized.

This Publix Supermarket, which is located on Glades Road & State Road 7; located in the same shopping plaza as Home Depot. This supermarket is well-stocked with items, has a nice bakery dept, a nice produce dept but, they are overpriced on produce, which is heartbreaking, they have a nice and friendly deli Department but, every time Ive been there, there is a long wait time because they dont have enough staff behind the counter. The one thing I wish they carried a bigger Kosher Dept both in cooked and non-cooked items as well as a bigger selection of Kosher baked Goods. Otherwise, its a very clean store, handicapped accessible, scooters in case youre unable to walk, handicapped parking outside the front door. Hopefully Publix will take my suggestions and advice.
