I am so pleased with Joseph P. in the meat department. Hes a helpful, talented employee. I am hosting a quite large BBQ this weekend. Joseph took his timeout to cut my meat order exactly how requested. Joseph reminded me of the owner, a master butcher I used in New York. Publix trained this lad to cut my special order in no time. Next time you need a meat order done right, the old fashioned way seek out Joseph in the Sandle Foot Publix!

I love this store because its never crazy busy. The only problem is your deli manager. (Or at least she claims to be) I go in twice a week at 7:30 am. This morning she was her usual miserable self. I watched her talk to a customer so poorly. I felt so bad, I had to defend this women because the deli clerk was so out of line. She was not only 100% wrong about the situation, she was 100% wrong for the way she talked to a customer. This is not the first time Ive seen her be rude. Great way to start a morning.

My favorite publix store so far! Pharmacy staff always helpful and nice, Deli staff always awesome with the costumers! (Oderose made us a really good chicken tenders sub!😋) not so busy, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Deli mobile orders never ready on time. Spoken to management on several occasions. No way to leave feedback on Publix app so resorting to this forum.

Having just moved to the neighborhood from Northwest Florida (Destin), I spent several weeks in transition eating my dinner straight from the Publix deli - almost every single night. During that time, the hot food was almost never fresh (I did see them replace the chicken tenders once), and when asked for fresh items I was told they were out of the item I was asking for, only to see it miraculously return the next day. And the only meat they had most days was chicken tenders, although one night I did take a chance on fried fish and it arguably made me sick. The customer service in the deli is okay at best. But they sure know how to make a sub!!!As for the rest of the store, customer service is good-ish. I used to work at Publix in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and the customer service there is THE standard for all Publix grocery stores. This store doesnt come close. Store cleanliness is good. The layout is backwards to what Im used to, but thats ok, Ill get used to it. I just hope someone comes in and helps them with their customer service.

Howdy folks. This Publix super market at the west boca shopping center is where I pick up my groceries on my way home from work. It has an easy in and out entrance on state road seven going south. As usual with most Publix grocery stores, the staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Sometimes I just pick up dinner when cooking is out of the question on any day. Responsive. Friendly, been my publix for years. Pharmacy helpful and never had any issues for medications or anything else.

I recently moved to this area theyre a good Publix but there are limited on a lot of stuff that I normally get at other publixs.And the people and customer service dont have the spirits that the other Publix people have.

Recently moved near this publix. I bought some pork chops there over the previous weekend. I ate them tuesday night (its currently 2 days later). Shake and baked for 26 minutes at 400 degrees. One came out fine. The other looked weird, but I just assumed it was a little less cooked because thicker and ate it. Kinda weird texture, weird taste. Anyhow got outta bed in the middle of the night with terrible stomach cramps. Still suffering today but its almost over (I hope). Anyhow avoid this publix if you can. They dont run a good deli. Glad Im young and healthy. They woulda killed a more frail person.

Today i recently went into publix around 4:50 pm on state road 7, and im a regular for getting the great tender subs but as i went to go order a chicken tender sub, Chris had such an attitude! He was being so rude and impatient that my sun was drenched in sauce ! Left in one of your chip isles! This places needs better management or Talk to chris about what’s going on! This is so unnecessary it’s ridiculous!

An old busy Publix in a shopping center that is almost empty.Neat and clean like all the other Puiblixs.

Me and my boyfriend came in this evening after talking in circles about what we wanted to eat and being from Hollywood (45min south)....We began approaching a publix and said boom! Thats the move! We werehelped by Angelina in the Deli and she was the highlight of our night. At first she was overwhelmed that three people (us and another woman) just walked in right before closing when they had clearly began breaking down the station because it was OBVIOUSLY slow tonight. There was also a manager that seemed to be checking dates on deli cheese so that was an added stress factor. I lowered my mask so she could clearly see my facial expressions (big smile and silly faces) and joked about how the last 20 minutes at work are always the longest. From there she was relaxed and made our sandwiches with so much LOVE we both immediately said we would make it a point to come back just to see Angelina. ❤Thank you for being so sweet when you werent at your best for just a moment. I’ve been going to this Publix for over 30 years. They have an incredible staff and more variety than some smaller Publix. There BOGO is always top notch.

It was awful. I went to buy chicken and it was old, doubled cooked and dried out. I saw the sweat on the box and smelled the old grease from the chicken. I asked the lady if they had fresh chicken and she said they had just put it out 5 minutes ago. The chicken was horrible and it was only around 6:30ish p.m. Theres no way the chicken should have been like that and I bought two boxes. I should have went to KFC.

Lots of stuff to choose from. Best part, plenty of free parking and cheap prices for groceries. Very friendly staff. No long waiting at the checkout even if your cart is loaded. Floral dept, huge frozen food section, meat, produce, seafood department, pharmacy and much more.

WARNING this Publix allows shoppers in without wearing proper mask over their face so if you are afraid of the coronavirus dont shop here they allow patrons customers with no protection whatsoever this is so disrespectful to the people that are worried and not as strong as others in reference to their immune system very disappointed in this store chasing this one all the way up to the top if it takes me a month Ill do itshop at this Publix if you are afraid of the coronavirus this public allows people to shop in the store with no mask whatsoever extremely frustrating and nauseating when you go out of your way to stay quarantine and clean as much as possible but you go into this establishment and theyre allowing people in with no a face mask

Very disappointed in the bakery item I purchased! Label said Bananas Foster Cheesecake ( 2 slices ). Sadly- NO banana flavor to it! Since the rest of my dinner tasted fine, it was just not as advertised. My other local Publix also uses a stronger flavoring for their Mojo Rotisserie Chicken, which I like better, but the Mojo Chicken I bought here was ok. Generally not impressed with this Publix. Cashier Melissa I. was nice. Plenty of free parking, wheelchair accessible.

7am walk in and straight to the bakery to get a Jamaican Patty. None available. They tell me it will take 15 minutes. I waited. 40 minutes later its ready. This Publix is filled with old ladies working there and they all work really slow. Again Im late for work because this Publix employs slow working old lady retards.

I went to Publix to order a birthday cake but the lady who attended me she wasnt in a very good day differently than the responsible for making the cakes who was very attentive and professional.

Went today to customer service in order to complete a Western Union transaction. Very rude young lady was disrespectful and couldnt care less about her job. I said hello, she answered: wait a minute. It was my turn to pay and she kept calling people that arrived after me for no reason. When I asked her about this, she said that she hasnt signed into the system. Im just wondering why she didnt provide an explanation about this before so I know why was I being ignored. After this, she kept rolling her eyes and talking like she was the customer and I was the employee. Honestly, being a health care provider myself, Im perfectly aware of how to treat people and this customer service was awful. Management really needs to make sure they hire people that really want to work in customer service and that are not there just because they need money. This was a very poor experience and its a shame, Im a loyal customer and Ive been going to this location minimun 3 times per week for years. Now, Ill think twice before I return there. Definitely, it wasnt a pleasure at all to have to deal with this ignorant person. It was actually a waist of time!

This review is about the deli. I was accosted today by two customers for not wearing my mask. They called me an a#hole. Whats worse, two of the deli employees sided with them. They humiliate and tried to shame me. One of the employees was a redhead and over weight woman. The other was a man. Ill never allow those two to touch my food. One of the other employees apologized for what they did.

This is a great store with lots of things for your shopping needs. I ordered deli meats and I didnt have to wait for eternity to get it. The place was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also picked up some halos and to my surprise they were on sale I was very excited. Ill be back again 👍👍👍👍

I understand there is alot going on but management was very rude. Not to happy thank god its not I regular publix my friends lives by here and I usually run a do groceries for her and the kids so she doesnt have to be in public. I will from now on be going to the ones at glades and definitely contact corporate have dealt with problems and pubix before but this one was on management. If it was upto me I would boycott pubix and going to another grocery store.

Best staff Ive ever met at a publix

It was a beautiful experience, there was a lady in the deli area probably on her 70s, the sweetest woman on earth, I wish I remembered her name, we need some more people like her on the world, full of positive energy!

Front desk customer help was awful there was a guy who spend like 30 minutos just to ring out few items and he does it know what he was doing and suggest me to next time go to the regular register since he had a hard time scanning the items. I just said I came here because there were a big line of people waiting un the regular one cash register so I left really disappointed forma the poor customer satisfaction skills

If you plan on letting this deli make you a sandwich, stop what you are doing, turn around and get the H*ll outta there.Even after I complained to a manager, the deli woman who was admonished for being so slow, she continued to seethe rudely while she prepared my lunch. I was too afraid to eat it

I have never been disrespected the way I have today by a man named Alex or so he says in the pharmacy of this store. I waited for about 5 minutes at the window and without him even aknowdging that I was there. I said can I leave this here is said wait one minute. All the guy had to say was welcome to publix we will be right with you in a few minutes and I would have been good. Then when I ask it would be nice if he would say hi or something he mumbled under his breath some rude racial remark. I’ll never be back there ever.

The people in Publix are always so nice and the supermarket has so many things to offer and fresh food and I love having it walking distance to my home
