I will have to say one of the few shops I know with people that know what they are doing. So with that said you want good quality work done to your car look no further.

I came in for an oil change and asked them to look at the front brakes because the car was pulling. They initially told me they’d need to replace a caliper, which makes sense, and scheduled me for the first thing the next day. When I came in, they looked over the car and ran a full diagnostic. They called me to tell me that there was no need to replace the brake, that all it needed was to clear a code, and the car worked perfectly. I’m so happy to have used such an honest business and would definitely come back. Could have taken my money and I would have been none the wiser, but Jaime and his team are honest.

Honest, trust worthy shop. They will tell you straight up what is wrong with the car and will work to get the best outcome for you. Ive been too all the popular name shops and theyre all deceitful. Im not sure about the Meineke branch but I know this location with Jaime has always been real with me. A trust worthy mechanic is hard to come by, I 100% recommend this shop, I havent heard of anyone complain about them.

This has been my mechanic for 9 years which is how long I have lived in Florida. The owner/manager Jaime (Hi-me), is completely honest, affordable, and extremely well educated with all makes and models. If he cannot do the job, he has a perfect reference to do it. I have sent many people to him, which have chosen to stay with him. You wont go wrong here.

Been here a few times now. I had some work done on my Trailblazer and it was quick, cheap, and done right. Priced well below others. My wifes Focus has been in here a few times now for oil changes and she loves them cause they never pressure her into anything and she can trust them. She also had it brought her car in to refill the AC while I was out of town. It worked for a few days then stopped. She returned it and they refilled it for free and found that the compressor was bad in it. They gave her a great price and have always fixed everything that was needed. Its hard to find a great place you trust and these guys do GREAT, HONEST work and back everything up!

I used to bring my car to my friends husbands mechanic store in Tamarac, but having recently moved to Boca I wanted to find someone local who was reliable and thorough. As a veterinarian, I feel like mechanics are essentially like a vet for my car, so good customer service and a thorough diagnosis is important to me. Not only was the online booking easy (I needed to drop my car off early in the morning before work, and then picked it up before they closed), but they even called me to confirm and they made the entire process SO efficient. Rodrigo at the front desk was really lovely, excellent customer service, and I felt bad I kept missing his calls, but he didnt give up!They fixed everything that I requested and did a full diagnosis - checked my brakes, replaced my belt that was getting old, changed my oil, and fixed the waterspout thing on the windshield that was no longer spraying water, etc etc. I didnt feel like they took advantage of me, and they just made it an all-round positive experience! I work my car pretty hard, especially having driven long distances at high speeds - but my car is now running almost as smooth as when I got it a year ago. Ill definitely be bring her (my car) back here! :) Thank you for gaining my trust and business!

Amateur mechanics that torqued the hell out of 12 of 16 lugs.I actually had to buy a new wheel stud for one.The icing on the cake was that I had to wait over two hours to have four tires mounted and balanced. There were only four chairs. Where do you expect the nine people you have waiting to sit?

As someone who is new to the area I relied on the google reviews for this place and am glad I did. Haime, the owner, was friendly, honest, and engaging. We talked about the soccer jerseys on the wall and why he got involved in the business (and why he is so passionate about customer service after being in the business for 10 years). Great guy. BEWARE!!!! Yesterday, I took my FJ Cruiser in for a rattling noise coming from the rear. I know very little about cars so naturally, I was worried. I spoke with Jaime who told me I needed a new muffler, new tailpipe, and several other parts because there were holes in the muffler and that it was very rusted. He quoted me a price of $610 to fix it and said he might be able to do it for a little cheaper if he could salvage one of the parts (minimum $500).You know when you get that feeling that someone is being dishonest with you? I had that feeling with Jaime. Smooth talker but he had a really slick vibe to him. I scheduled the work to be done today but decided to go and get a second opinion in the meantime at Pro Mufflers on Linton in Delray.There, I spoke with the owner, Jim, who put my car up on his lift and pointed out that there was a heat shield that was loose which was causing the rattling noise, NOT THE MUFFLER as Jaime had told me. Even for someone who knows little to nothing about cars, it was obvious in looking underneath the car that the heat shield was the issue causing the rattling. He checked out my muffler and tailpipe and joked and said they were absolutely fine, that just because a muffler is rusted, it does not need to be replaced (Jim has worked on mufflers for over 40 years).Im past the point in my life of getting angry with people. Especially in the car industry, it is hard to find someone you can trust, and the bottom line is, dont trust Jaime and Meineke.I hope Jaime finds a way to sleep at night knowing that he is operating a shady business, one that attempts to take advantage of people who know little about cars. I also highly recommend Pro Mufflers on Linton in Delray! Ask for Jim.

I have only been here for an oil changes, but the owner is extremely friendly and honest. My car gets serviced quickly every time.

They gave me a great price to fix my leaking water pump but a week later still loosing coolant and when i brought it back today they never called me and closed early even though the website says open til 4pm.keeping my truck locked up inside . I never gave permission to keep my car overnight and they are closed tomorrow. So i and now without my truck for two days and i work a ten hour shift on monday. No other numbers to call. So upset i hope they can redeem themselves. I will update this.Even though we had a rough start, in the end i got an honest price detailed and work done to get me back on the road. they do get very busy but i would come here again . Jaime seems honest and shows you what needs to be done and gives a fair price.

Oil change took 30 minutes and I was out the door. I made the appointment online and they were expecting me. They didnt try to upsell me on anything (like synthetic oil, brakes, etc) like they do at the dealership. Ill go back to this place again. Very happy with the service.

I set up and appointment online for 5:30 pm for an oil change. I pulled up to the shop about 10 minutes early and all the lights were off. I decided to walk up anyways. The door was open and an employee came out looking confused and lost. Keep in mind their hours are posted that they are open till 6 pm. I explained to him that I had an appointment for 5:30 for an oil change. He proceeded to tell me that they closed early and could not help me.

Jaime to the rescue! He is the best and most honest shop owner. I am so glad I called him before I had Tire Kingdom (TK) replace my brake pads. They said the rear pads were under warranty (I bought them there in 2014) but the labor and fees would cost $145. I could get them done across the street for about the same price at Meinke (so much for warranty savings)! Plus TK said I need $300 in unnecessary work (fluid flushes, filters replaced). AND I made an appt at TK at 8am but it wasnt till 9am that they gave me the estimate. Jaime gave me honest prices AND had the job done in an hour!! BTW he did my front brakes in 2014 and they are still good, he does the job right the first time :)

Ive been in south florida for 10 years and everytime I take my car into a place I feel like I am being ripped off. The guys who run this place are honest, and willing to work with you on pricing if you are in a jam!I would give them 10 stars if I could. I currently live in Boynton Beach and drive all the way down to them because of their honesty.
