Have you ever been traveling and stumbled across a local restaurant that absolutely stunned you with the quality of their food and service? Youll definitely get the automotive version of that feeling when you see Absolute Automotive for your car maintenance needs. We had a problem with our brakes develop during our recent drive from the Chicago area. Not knowing any mechanics in Boca, we selected Absolute purely based on their google reviews. Lena and Drew were able to squeeze us in, but being from out of town i was still a little cautious. I knew we were going to need front rotors and pads, but i feared an upsell on other items since we would be traveling home soon. Once Drew looked over our car and called me with the estimate was i ever relieved! Drew insisted all we needed were the front rotors and pads - no issues with the calipers, rear brakes, etc. I was also very happy when Drew insisted on oem caliber rotors for our large SUV. Buying cheap aftermarket rotors 9 months ago sure turned out to be a mistake! Im certainly glad i stumbled across Absolute Automotive! The quality, integrity, and level of service that Drew and Lena provide is truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend you see Absolute for any of your auto maintenance needs!

I decided on this place based on the amazing reviews. I’m happy to say these guys followed through with their reputation. I got a 4-wheel alignment done on my ‘17 Audi A4. I decided to do this only because my tires were wearing very unevenly. Never thought I would actually feel the difference while driving but I absolutely did. After the alignment, this thing could go in a straight line for over a mile without my hand on the wheel. The price was very reasonable as well. Will definitely be coming here for future services.

I have an 04 Mercedes. The serpentine belt broke in my car. I called the merecedes dealership twice to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix. Both times I was told all our technicians are busy right now but I promise someone will get back to you today. Nope. No one ever called me back. I had run into a guy that works at Absolute Automotive several months beforehand and he had given me his card. So I wound up calling them and the phone was answered on the first ring. The office manager was able to get a quote for me while I hung on on the phone and also was able to squeeze me into the schedule within two days to get my car fixed. Im very happy with the work they do here and I was happy with the cost. I will be bringing my car here exclusively in the future.TL;DR: Car broke and they fixed it quickly at a reasonable price and their customer service was excellent.Thanks again.

My husband and I just moved to Boca Raton and we were worried about finding a good mechanic in our area. I looked up on mechanics and read the google reviews on Absolute Automotive. I was skeptical about all of them being super positive and 5 star reviews. I caved in and took my Highlander in because I had three sensor lights come on. Drew, the owner, was BEYOND awesome. First, he told me I really didnt need any work due to the sensors. He told me it looked like the previous mechanics left wires loose and gave me a laundry list of things they did wrong, thus the sensors came on. I was impressed he didnt try to give me an off the wall explanation on how I needed work. Secondly, he told me I did have an oil leak--something another mechanic had already told me so he was consistent and honest on that. Thirdly, he suggested other work I needed BUT gave me the timeline on how much time I had to fix it. Lastly, Drew gave me a ride back home when I had dropped off the car and was willing to pick me up when the car was ready. Awesome, honest and friendly. Most definitely will I be coming back and recommending this place to anyone that needs a good, honest mechanic.

I was a little skeptical at first - a mechanic with a 5 star average on 90 reviews? But man they live up to the hype. Theyre completely honest with you, and break down everything you need in plain English.They dont pressure you into doing anything, but merely point out what repairs are critical versus what repairs can wait. Top it off with the fact that theyre super friendly and the prices are reasonable - you cant ask for more. Ill definitely be using them from now on for all future maintenance and repairs.

Mercedes quoted me $4800 to fix body damage on my car and Absolute was able to fix it for $100. Another time Mercedes quoted me $1600 for a new rim because there was a crack and they said it couldn’t be repaired. Absolute repaired it for less than $300. Drew and his team are awesome. Highly recommend.

Best automotive repair place around by far! I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler and although its ran great 95% of the time stuff does go wrong. Drew and his crew take care of it all the time no questions asked and at very affordable prices! I had an issue with what turned out to be the computer in the Jeep a couple years ago and went to 3 or 4 different places, spending close to $3000 on misc. bulls**t that they told me it was before hearing about Absolute. Went in and Drew figured out the issue in an hour. Fixed it that day and I was on my way. Only place Ive been ever since. Another example was just yesterday. Had an issue with some grinding sounds which I thought was in the motor after driving to the keys over the weekend. I had no appointment and Drew fit in Tuesday morning when I got back and done by the end of the day, awesome! Best part was on such short notice I didnt have a ride from the garage after dropping it off or a ride back and Drew stepped up once again and got one of his assistants to drive me back to my place and then personally picked me up when it was done. Without a doubt the only place I will ever go for automotive repair as long as I am in South Florida! If youre going somewhere else youre making a mistake!!!

I have recently moved to Boca from Boston and experienced a blown top end on my Mazda 3 by shifting into the wrong gear. As most mechanics would say or tell you to do is replace the entire engine. I just wanted to have the top end replaced and have a timing and valve job done. Drew in a split second said he would do it for me and with no hassle. He does fantastic work and the prices are easy to work with. I then wanted body work done and tint to be applied to the windows and he pointed me in all the right directions and received great service from all the businesses he recommended to me. I was referred to Absolute by my good friend at Inkfinity Tattoos about two years ago. Ever since then, it has been nothing but good times. Drew the owner is very honest and his prices are reasonable. I dont get that uncomfortable feeling you normally get when going to these kind of places. I feel very at ease when I come to Absolute. For a working College student, its hard to find a mechanic you can trust, because money is tight. I have a 2007 Ford Taurus and its always done right the first time and most times done the same day when I bring it here. I called Absolute automotive with a major brake issue with my RV.. Lots of places told me they couldnt or wouldnt work on it due to the weight or due to time constraints and that i didnt have an appointment. The issue was that i couldnt leave the vehicle because I was living in it while i was traveling.Drew made time for me, got my vehicle in and got the work done. He also made sure that the previous work on my brake lines had been done properly. His prices were in line with what i pay my mechanic back home, he was up front and got the job done. There was an issue replacing a tire, but he got that worked out as well. Overall I was pretty impressed and pretty happy with the work that was done. Its not often that you find a busy mechanic willing to squeeze you in on the same day. He also let my dog hang out in the office which I appreciated greatly.

Absolute Automotive has done a great job answering my questions and taking care of my car. I drive a Subaru STi and am very meticulous about what is done to my car and how clean the job has been carried out. This has caused me to leave numerous shops around town until I found out about Absolute which has taken great care of my car since bringing it there the first time. This shop also has worked with me and allowed me to make an appointment time of my choosing instead of forcing me into a time slot that does not work with my scheduling. I was looking for a mechanic that I could rely on to service my FAU students (very) used car. I do not trust the corporate shops. I found Absolute Automotive and Drew through an internet search and decided to give it a try based on the positive reviews. In my opinion, if there was a six star rating, Drew and his shop would get it. Drew prioritized the work that needed to be done on my daughters car so it was easily understandable and affordable. He did not recommend that the repairs be done all at once - I didnt feel he was up-selling me at all. In fact, his prices were amazing and his commitment to perfection was obvious. He even worked late into the night and on Saturday to make sure he got my daughters car back to her on a timely basis. Drew, his crew and his office staff were friendly, professional, easy to communicate with, and even very patient with my impatient millennial. What a pleasure!

I was from out of town and needed a mechanic quickly. Didnt know who to go to. I was quite happy with the experience. Never felt cheated, or robbed because I was out of town. Quite the contrary. The work was done quickly and reasonably.

A great place, they know what they are doing and treat you fairly.

Great guy. Fair prices and does great work. I am happy I found a guy that is actually honest about the work needed on my car.

I went there with the intentions of getting my alternator replace, and that is EXACTLY WHAT I GOT!!!! Drew, the store owner, is an amazing mechanic and he respects his customers. I have gained a new trusting mechanic, and I will never go to anyone else. If you need anything Drew is the man to go to, especially FAU students.
