I recently bought an 07 Mercury Milan Premier and this shop was highly recommended to me from a family member. Theyre very honest, pricing is fair, and they communicate with you constantly so you can make informed decisions on the service of your vehicle. Also, their credit card processing machine seems to have problems so bring cash as a backup just in case.

Great shop. Fair prices and quick service. We are a multiple car family and they have been looking out for us for over a decade now. This is pretty much the only place I will bring my cars.

They quoted me $179 over the phone for a A Service for my car. It was supposed to be done in 2-3 hours. When they never called to say it was done, I called and they said they wrote down the wrong number. I went to pay and they said it was $209. I sail I was quoted $179. They said that was the price BUT they add shop supplies, oil disposal and tax. I felt I was being cheated and asked why they didn’t tell me that when I called. He said if I want to total price, when I call next time I should ask for the price out the door. Imagine!!!! He was saying it was my fault fir not asking if it was really the price! He also said I should be happy because he was saving me so much money from the dealership cost. Imagine!!!! Bait and switch. Dishonest. Never go back!!!!!!!

They were very direct, to the point and fixed my a/c problem as well as an exhaust rattle at a reasonable price. Thank you guys. 👍

Ive taken my car to them to get an alignment and was told that they couldnt perform it due to several parts that were damaged. I knew this damage existed, yet they were the only ones who were honest about it. Then i had my sons car towed there for a stuck lug nut and the price they offered was fair and comparable to what Ive seen listed elsewhere. I cant complain!

I was traveling back home to Islamorada and was having problems with my AC. What a gem this auto repair shop is! Everyone was so friendly. I actually enjoyed sitting on the couch waiting on my repair and watching them treat every customer that walked through the door with kindness and respect -- it was like a stepping back in time with old fashioned genuine customer service.The fixed my issue, great price and got me back on the road quicker than what I ever imagined. I highly recommend this shop.

Been going there for 15 years. Soooo much better than a chain mechanic. Also the best place to get any bulbs changed. Went to a chain mechanic to get one fixed once and they said they were going to have to order the part, it was going to cost $100, blah, blah. Went to Auto Clinic and got it changed in 15 minutes and for 1/5 the cost. The place is always full and that should say something.

They charged me $200 to fix my brake pads, and to run the diagnostic to make sure everything is good with my car. After driving it for 15 minutes i started to have ABS brakes issues collusion inappropriate and check the engine. I drove back and they told me that they forgot to run the diagnostic and now I need to pay an extra $1000 to fix those issues which I never had before! Horrible costumer service! Rude people, cant even clearly explain what is wrong with my the car. SCAMMERS! PLEASE AVOID THEM!

Generally pretty good. They send out coupons for a $15 oil change with filter change. Nicer than most auto clinics. Told me when I needed my rotors and brakes changed (and they werent wrong, car was shaking when I braked and brakes were near the end).

I brought my 2012 Acura TL car in to Mal Halperin of Auto Clinic of Boca because it was running rough. He and his men spent several hours attempting to determine the problem with no success. After about 4 or 5 hours of work Mal told me that he could not find any serious problems and that I would have to wait until the issue became worse before he could determine the exact source. He gave me the car back with absolutely no charge. That is something you very seldom see these days.

Looking for a garage that I can rely on. Auto Clinic of Boca is not the place. After servicing my vehicle, I went to get in and there was GREASE all over the door, and after getting that cleaned off, I opened the door and surprise there was grease all over my seat and window crank. Today, I got another surprise, No fluid in the window washer. I thought topping off ALL fluids was part of the service. Not here, so I will have to continue to look for a decent garage!

This place is a joke!! The big guy had a shop in Boca Commerce Park named B&E Auto and he went outta business and now is at boca auto clinic. Be very very very careful if you take your car there. Its worst then taking it to the dealer because not only do you get RIPPED off, they dont do the work they said they are going to do half the time. 90 % of the time you go for an oil change. The oil or filter dont get changed....

Over the years I had my vehicle, they have charged me outrages amounts to fix minute problems, and considering I had no choice at times but to choose this mechanic since its so close to home, I have had a lot of problems with them. The owners are rude and outrageously unhonest. They tell you one price before you go in, and a a higher price when you are to pay. My father came into the shop quoted $380 for a new radiator install, then after the installation he came to pay, and was told he owed $480. These are dishonest, scam artists. NEVER trust your vehicle in their hands unless you want even more problems!!!!!!

READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW PLEASE These people are thieves gave me an Estimate of almost $900.00 to fix AC in my Saturn which had a new compressor already then charged me about 80.00 for Freon they said they had to put in and apparently they overfilled it with Freon, which had to be taken out at the next place . I Went to Mr Toms Auto Air, on Dixie Highway in Pompano cost me $90.00 total to put on AC checking machine and to fix problem . The AC has worked perfect for over a year now. You tell me whos dishonest

We send the customer there with our warranty contract people told me they fix transmissions and at the end they didnt do anything, wanted to charge 108 doll per hour for ac repair and i did not claim the ac. Why they told me to come if they dont fix transmissions. I regret bringing car there had to take it to other shop. If you are a dealer or you sell cars do not send your customers there, they charge so much for repair and didnt want even to pick up the phone and talk to me, i send the customer to different shop and he was able to fix everything. Why tell me i can do it and then charge me 1000 for ac repair on 2011 VW.If you ever decide to call me back i might consider to remove this review.Look me up i have a lot of reviews.

I have taken my 2005 Town Car to this facility several times over the past 7 years and I felt it necessary to post this review today because a very rude customer was at the business giving the service writer (Mal) all kinds of grief. I thought to myself, this guy has no reason to be so disrespectful and he should thank his lucky stars that Mal kept his composure and did not just ask the guy to get lost, I think I would have done just that. These folks deal with all kinds of personalities every day and I believe that while they are a business and they absolutely are trying to earn a living and make a profit, they also treat customers professionally and honestly (you dont always find that in the auto repair business). Throughout the many visits I have made to this shop, I have always been given fast service and exceptionally fair pricing. Between this visit and my last one, I have saved over $700 compared to what I would have paid at the dealership and the work is completed properly and within a time-frame that a dealer would be in awe of. I see several reviews that have dropped their rating to 1 star based on nonsense. There was grease on the door handle or the windshield wiper fluid wasnt fully topped off... nonsense, just nonsense! You want to guarantee yourself no grease and plenty of washer fluid then go to a dealer for your repairs and dont forget to fill your trunk with money because a squeaky clean car and 25 cents worth of washer fluid comes with a big price tag at a dealership.

I was there on June 6 for a flat tire, they charged 12 dollars for the service rendered, nothing done, went back to home with the same problem a flat tire, after i made the inspection on the tire they didtn do anything at all, the screw was on the same exact place. RIP OFF, be careful, they dont care about anything ...you are just a number..stay away from this placewont recommend.

I brought my car in for an Oil change and a balance/rotation. They told me my lug nut was bad and would snap Id they attempted to remove it. When I brought my car home we removed said lug nut and saw that it was crossthreaded or over tightened but when i got home it did snap. I know enough to know that lug nuts are not a serviceable item, they should last the life of the vehicle. Mind you, they were the last ones to touch that lug nut when they rotated my tires the last. I will not go back there to have them fix it because I noticed when there is an issue the employees just start an scream fest and nothing actually gets resolved. Also I dont feel like being asked if I want to go to the nudist colony like the man at the front desk so kindly asked all of us waiting for our cars.

Took car in for service..their techs suck....did oil change and fixed tire..replaced battery but never took it for test drive. The rear suspension has a problem and the shocks are rusted and worn..how can you not notice that..I went under car because of the noise and banging...bringing car to Goodyear tomorrow and have them check suspension and shocks..dont trust em anymore..techs are blind and wonder if any of them are ASE certified

There are better shops in the Boca Raton area that get the job done right the first time. I wont go back to this place.

Theyve dealt honestly with me which is most peoples concern with mechanics, and they have always put saving money and customer safety first. If they can fix it for cheaper they will instead of just ripping out and replacing as many parts as possible.

A supervisor that is in the shop watching over the mechanics is a tyrant has his mechanics work at a pace that I am surprised hasnt killed someone yet he is very nasty unappreciative rude just not a nice person and not very honest when it comes to cars and their problems or issues that need to be fixed I do not recommend you go there

They replace my alternator install any belt they found after 6 months im in the middle of the street seems the belt fell down call them they just told to tow the car at my own expense no help at all and hang up really rude

First time I brought my car in for an oil change they forgot to put the cap back on so the car almost caught on fire. After a year I did the stupid thing and brought my new car for an oil change which they forgot to put the filter back on which caused all the oil to drip down and almost destroy the engine. Terrible place, never going to take anything to this place again
