I made arrangements to have Window World replace my windows, exterior doors, and storm doors. They arrived around 8:30am and were done by 3:30pm. It was an amazing process! They worked constantly and cleaned up afterwards. The quality of the doors was superior. The windows (4 of them, plus a picture window) look fantastic! I chose the low E glass but didnt realize the great qualities of it. Two of my windows face west and in the afternoon with my old windows the sun was so warm it literally heated up my sink. I would always close the blinds. After the new ones were installed I went to the kitchen at the hottest part of the day and my sink wasnt warm to the touch. Also with the sun shining on me I felt NO heat! Im sure my energy bills will be lower since having these installed. The whole process from beginning to end and the performance of the product was totally positive. If you are looking for windows or doors I highly recommend Window World of Bloomington.

We ordered our windows and PAID IN FULL in April. We were given a ‘sometime in July’ estimate on the install, which we were fine with, as everywhere else that had given us a quote gave us the same time frame. We were called in beginning of June, telling us our windows came in early and we set our install up for 6/12. At some point in the middle of unloading our new windows, we were informed that they did not have one of our windows, which happened to be in the front of our house, but that we would be contacted on Monday (it was a Saturday) regarding our lost window. Fast forward to FIVE weeks later, and we still haven’t gotten our window, we cannot get a call back from ANYONE. My husband has called multiple times to get this issue resolved, and he gets the same runaround excuse of ‘we’re figuring it out, we’ll call you in a couple of days’ and never receive a call. This is BEYOND ridiculous, and we have been more than patient with them regarding this issue. Because it is in the front of our house and the missing window is next to another window, they cannot even fully complete that window, to say it’s an eyesore is an understatement. The salesman and all of the men that came to install were all wonderful to work with and they would’ve received a 5 star rating if it weren’t for this HUGE unresolved issue, however, the customer service side of this company is one of the worst that I’ve seen. We just want our window that we have already paid for installed, but we can’t get any answers on where it is and why we don’t have it!

Installers called to let us know when they would arrive. Did an outstanding job of installation, fast, accurate, answered questions, cleaned up everything before they left. Issues, hard time giving delivery date, didnt call back when queried about date. One door arrived without needed hardware, installers noted issue and stopped installation before old door was removed.

We purchased 4 custom windows and 1 custom patio door. At first everything seems fine, however; after a couple of months the lock on our patio door quit working properly. We had to slam the door at least 5 to 10 times a day to lock it. I requested them to repair the problem. Now, now, months later, my door still is not repaired. Cant get them to respond or fix the problem.

I had Window World Windows,23 of them to be exact. A bit over 14 years ago, during that time weve only had 1 break unexpectedly, and troubles with screens but only through normal wear and tear. Great company with fantastic windows

We ordered 3 Windows in May they said install in August never heard from them I called 3 times they drew blanks told me last week they came in that day...today they called me and they just got in I suggested. I had thought the husband had canceled she was rude and loud suggesting I cant cancel pandemuc bla bla. What gives?I suggested they could/ should have called but no they did no wrong.they worked for us a couple of years ago and were great extremely rude will not contact or recommend again. Will update review after install..

We were pleased with the service rep and staff and they were very careful to get the correct measurements on our non-standard size doors. However, after we ordered the two doors, I contacted the sales rep and asked if we could change the order to include grids in the windows. He assured me that they could. When the doors were delivered and installed, only one door had the grid in the window and we contacted the company to let them know and see if they could get a grid for the other door. After several weeks and several calls, we were told the only way we could get the door with a grid in the window, was to order a whole new door. We like the doors, but are very disappointed that we didnt get what we ordered and they werent able to fix it.

We met with salesman Josh in our home and received a quote. We then communicated with him via text where he offerred us additional discounting. We advised him wed like to move forward and on the day we were to meet he reached out approximately 20 mins before our appointment and told me the price was actually over $200 more, citing an error in his own math.....he then told us several different stories as to why the pricing was higher, at one point telling us its hard to quote accurately without being in the home. But he had been in our home.... he then tried several hard sell tactics about how pricing was increasin 7% next month and hes really sticking his neck out for us here....We reached out to the office, provided all of this information and the next day Josh calls us back and says they can honor the pricing. We set a time to meet again, he comes over, and actually REMOVES $140 worth of services from the order WITHOUT TELLING US! I point this out to him and get the same various hard sell tactics and unclear reasonings. We reach back out to the store, are told they will make this right, then hear nothing when it comes time to finalize. We reach out AGAIN for a time to finalize THE NEXT DAY after being told theyd make this right, and are told they can NO LONGER HELP US OR BE INVOLVED!!! That we will need to.work with Josh, the king of the bait and switch, or the office. We try the office.AGAIN. No answer. We leave a message. Still waiting for a call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We will also be reporting to the BBB. Save yourself from their shady practices and just go elsewhere.

Best investment in our home! We built our home in Normal in 1992, after 28 years our windows were drafty & worn. Window World installed all new windows, sliding door & replaced our octagon windows with small square windows that open. These windows keep out noise amazingly! No drafts, easy to clean & have improved efficiency of our home. Even kept out the humidity this summer! Garrick has been friendly & stops to say hi if he drives by when we are out. Highly recommend!

We used Window World for siding for our home and windows for an apartment above a commercial building. Quality of the materials I would rate a 5 for the price. Installation a 4, follow up service a 0 or 1. Extra long windows were not installed with extra long window stops resulting in breakage of internal springs. We waited months for the problem to be fixed with one window open and covered with plastic the whole time - finally internal springs were replaced with something “stronger” but promised longer window stops were never provided. Home siding could not be completed as promised Around a dormer due to some weirdness with our dormer construction- but our roofer was able to fix the problem after the fact. WW had charged us according to the original quote promising some follow up with the dormer situation and at one point a refund of a couple of hundred dollars when our roofer fixed the situation- never materialized.

I am so happy with my experience with Window World! Garreck made the sales and ordering process so easy and seamless. And the installers were amazing! The left my house cleaner than before they came. You would have never noticed they were there (expect for the brand new windows of course)!

I just had the worst experience with an employee named AMY at this location. I had been waiting for a long time with an update just to get measurements from my sales person Larry...had to call several times to finally get him out. He finally shows up w/ an installer smelling like nothing but weed/marijuana....I was shocked. I called Larry back after he left telling him when they return to please not to smoke that before they come in my house...I have small kids...he apologized and agreed.weeks went by and I still hadnt heard anything on status of install. Called was transferred to an Amy who advised she would get me in on 8/10. I later received a call on 8/6 from an installer advising that he was at my house...I explained I was advised 8/10. He stated that he could reschedule me on 8/11..I agreed. I was stuck in a tornado on 8/10..so I called the installer number who rescheduled me explaining that and trying to confirm the time he was coming on 8/11 he never responded.called the office on 8/11 they advised Amy was out and that they will have her to call 8/12. No call on 8/12...I called twice...left message with whomever answered during they day and also left a message with their after hours person. Called today...asked to speak to the manager...a lady picked up and kept saying hello...so I raised my voice to say Hi and she hung up on me. So I called back 5 times putting time in between them all but no one would answer. So I went up there asking to speak to the manager.....this large lady comes out asking who I am. I kept asking if she was the manager...she wouldnt respond. She then ask my name...I in return ask her ..hers...she doesnt say and started to get get loud and cursing. I tell her I will like to speak to a manager advising her that Ive been leaving a message for 4 days straight and no one has called me. She says she has been out sick...and expressing that I left a message on the installer phone. I said ok...no one took the curiosity to call me back explaining Anything. As she continue to get loud and curse at me she tells me to get out or she is calling the police...I respond that Im not leaving without my money. She screams I will get my money in 7 days and storms off slamming door in front of me and Larry who was sitting at the front desk.I call the police so they can get in writing confirming what Amy stated about the refund...but of course she lied to the officer and back tracked that she wasnt refunding me. I asked the officer if he could getting the managers info for me but Amy said she wasnt releasing that either. Asked for the police officer card and he told me he had recorded everything on his body cam...in response I stated I hope they had their surveillance camera recording to capture what Amy stated and her outrageous behavior.I called customer relations to report and will be putting in a BBB claim as well.

We contracted with Window World to install vinyl siding on our home. Garrick provided professional advise in planning and selection of material and was responsive and flexible to changes we requested. The work was done professionally and to our complete satisfaction and at a reasonable price. A good experience from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use this firm again or recommend to others.

I stopped in their Bloomington showroom on a Saturday, basically just browsing. Alecia was very informative and knowledgeable, letting me know that my residence falls within the service area of the Springfield Window World. She answered all of my questions like a pro and gave me the contact information for their district. I will definitely be pursuing this company for my large window replacement project.

Price was a lot more reasonable compared to other places. We had a unique sized door, and they gave us the same advice other places did and same quality but the price was a lot more reasonable. Day of could not have gone more smoothly. From start to finish the service, quality, everything was top notch. This was our second time using Window World and it went just as well as the first time.

Workers arrived on time, very friendly, did good fast work; however, I have to say they were not the most conscienous of my home at times. They placed there tools on my bare dining room table and counter tops along with sliding the trash can around on my hardwood floor. I had to go and get things to place under them. Glad it was decent out as they never even considered going in and out of my house with their boots on as a problem for me, glad I did not have carpet Yes, they cleaned up after, but that did not include wiping my floors up, just sweeping. For this large a job, the overall experience was good, fast and done very well and in hiring jobs out recently, know most of this as common practice and luckily I am not too particular in these areas, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Recently, we purchased a fixer upper, and needed to replace 45 windows. Dealing with WW was one of the best decisions we made! Windows are fantastic, and custom sized with a short order time. Not to mention the fantastic customer service, which was hands down, the best! I recommend them for any project, big or small!

After the last renters moved out I had a few issues with my rather new windows-I set up an appointment to have someone come take a look. Garreck Sakinis was in a nearby town and agreed to meet me... he is not a repair person or installer mind you but he quickly assessed my issues -said he could help me and even drove to the local hardware store to buy a few more screws to finish the job!! Now THAT is good customer service!!

They sided our garage. Garreck was wonderful to work with. The crew showed up when they were suppose to. They interacted with me on the details during the installation. And the cleaned up completely after the work was done.

Start to finish, we could not be happier with the sales, installation, and windows from Window world. We bought our home new construction over 20 years ago with cheap builder grade windows. We were past due for new or replacement windows, but were reluctant due to the expense. I initially talked to Paul (owner), and Jake (nephew) came to the house twice and explained the product and options, and gave us an exact price, that was unbelievably lower than other estimates and our expectations. The windows were made to order, and 4-6 weeks later, the installation crew along with Jake showed up at 9:00 a.m. as promised, tore out all old nasty crumbling apart windows, cleaned up, put in beautiful new WW windows, and were gone by 2:00 p.m. without a trace that they had been there, other than the windows. The back of our two-story plus walk-out home faces an open field to the West and gets pelted Central Illinois wind and cold. Weve gone from being able to see the blinds move with the windows closed/locked on windy nights to not even being able to detect a hint of cold air with my nose near the glass/frame, literally. For my money, you are wasting yours if you go with anybody other than Window World - Bloomington.

They gave us a reasonable quote, showed up on time, and got the job done in the amount of time they said they would.
