Wonderful people to work with and they give back to the community. They will always have my business and my respect. Thank you so much!!!
I called before taking my window in. Let them know I purchased an old window at a flea market to be repurposed and that my cat had knocked the window over cracking one of the panes could they fix this. Was told yes. My husband takes the window in for me says it will be $20.35 I thought okay I’ll just do it. My husband brings home the window and they new glass does not match and stands out worse than the cracked glass. I call Thickstun glass back about this and they said no we can’t match it. That would be good information to tell a consumer up front so they can decide what they’d like to do not just do it and say sorry for your bad luck. There is no way now I can hang this window as decor with mismatch glass.
They came out to quote a broken window that was found upon inspection. The check for the repaired windows was being held in escrow. They came out a second time and now the price is going up despite the fact that we have a check in escrow for the first amount they quoted. On top of this they were terrible about returning phone calls (weeks would go by) and the owner was extremely rude over the phone.
Great shop even better shop dog.
Very professional.
