I will never work for holiday again. After working fulltime never calling in and covering a bunch of shifts I wrongfully get determinated for telling a new employee that commissary food cant be out long as it was for over an hour. And I was on til. And the stales and temps wernt done. Nothing was getting done. We kept getting line after line. And I asked her to help ring. She got an attitude. And whatever else. Then pushes the cart into me. Then I buzz her to help ring yet Again. Gets an attitude. Calls the manager. And I get sent home and terminated.

Its Monday, May 10th. I walk in and look at the pastry cabinet. There are three chocolate donuts. All have cracked chocolate coatings. I know theyre stale and from last week. But theyll sell them anyway. I give them a pass.

Pure incompetence. The franchise stores are horrible however they’re still above the corporate run dives. When you employees are afraid to open the stores in the mornings due to the fact they’re by themselves at 5 am in crime ridden areas then you lose business MF’s, a lot of business.

All over Facebook how an employee accused a guy of counterfit of a 1934 $100 bill. Called police and police could not confirm counterfit and handed it back to guy. Employee has banned him from store also and many of us who seen this have decided to boycott all holidays. That store ahould apoligize. I screen shotted it also to post in more pages in my area.

Worst cashier I have ever had at any store. Mark at Minnetonka blvd and county road 101 holiday store said he had a problem checking my lotto tickets. When I asked him what the problem was he said “people should not be spending money on lotto tickets and he’s sick of selling them” I told him “MARK, I’ll sure remember your name if I win.” He says “nobody’s gonna win!! You shouldnt be wasting your money.” He was very rude and crabby. Never in my life has a cashier talked to me like that. Anywhere!!! I’m in customer service and no way would anybody like that work for me. Holiday, you should be ashamed.

Went into the Holiday Station Store in Aurora Minnesota this Morning for Breakfast...Paid for a Breakfast Burrito thats Half the Size and for $3.49 (Not even close to 6 ounces)!!What ever happened to Training Employees....isnt that the Managers Job???

Walked in the station store #6 and got laughed at by the manager who was sitting on her but not doing anything with 1 register open and 2 employees a line all the way to the cooler doors and now Im kicked out for no reason I was a assistant manager for her and didnt return due to problems I am having after having a baby. This is not okay I spend money at that store everyday.

Smart mouth employee in Iron Mountain Michigan. Actually told me to get gas somewhere els . Contacted corporate on August 4th and they still have yet to call me. They keep saying they are going to on fb msgs but they never do. Guess they dont care how their employees treat people either. Ill never go there again.

Untrained staff at store# 461 took my cub points off my card, and couldnt issue my proper discount, make cashier stated he hasnt attended the proper training, and began to discuss my issue with another customer,(rude) and still couldnt help me!!!! I am very angry seeing that it took 30 minutes to do absolutely nothing!!!!

Store on Excelsior Blvd and Hwy 100 is absolutely turned into a dirty, rude store. Corporate could care less obviously. Today it was surprisingly cleaned up a bit. Found out the district Manager was in the store. Maybe he should show up more often. It will go back to being dirty tomorrow I’m sure. Most of The employees are rude as well.

Store #3802, Wednesday 8:25 a.m.Filled my gas tank no receipt had to walk inside to get receipt. Looked for a paper and asked where they were. The reply from the cashier was thats why we have signs she and another cashier proceeded to laugh and joke about signage. I didnt respond just thanked and left. Will not return to this store. Perhaps these ladies need a lesson in customer service.

Absolutely nothing.They would not honor markdown price on a product. Said they redid shelves and went from 3 for 99 cents to 1.39. I had purchased 6 of these and when I got home called and said I would take all of the said product they had. They would hold til Friday morning,verified price. I drove 30 minutes and when I got there they refused to sell for price stated on sign.i called corporate and they also refused to honor price. Said they would send me something for my trouble. I want the product. I have never been treated like this at a holiday store. Shame.good way to get rid of customers so they will go somewhere else.

Mark, The GM at the Holiday in Somerset was a GODSEND to us today. The tire blew out on our trailer, which we were towing a 3500 lb lift with. He helped us locate a shop that could replace our tire, get directions for us. We appreciate you!!!

I locked my keys in my car at the station on HWY.42 & Nathan lane. Two Employees,Raven & David,were like angels. They got AAA & had me sit with a cup of coffee, while I waited. Oh yeah, my cellphone was also locked in my car, so Raven used her phone to locate the hepl11 THANKS!!Deni H.

Place is a joke! Froze my account after hitting my limit. I explained to the credit department I tried to pay off the balance at the store, but they returned my payment because they were unable to process. This has happened all the time . She explained to me the employee turn over was horrible and they have difficulty with training etc.I went to another Holiday station and paid 1400.00 bill and hope more Kwik Trips are around the corner.This is my first company complaint ever!

I like holiday, but the laser wash in Lakeville by Perkins is shocking. Not sure how else to report?

Holiday put me on trespass after they terminated me thats stupid they will never get good employees treating them the way yall management do.

Nice little Holiday station store on site.Friendly staff. No gas here though.

While they do not have gas here, I have found it to be a very good place to eat and drink that isnt overpriced.

Was filling a gas can and the pump was at $0.38 before gas came out of the nozzle if you think how many people get gas and times it by .38 that is huge its bad enough that gas is already high but that is a rip off if i ever seen one
