My initial contact with Tammy Carson did not take place on the day we purchased our Midnight Matt King Prime bed (26Sep21). I have had the pleasure of meeting her approximately three years before when our son purchased his full size bed. She had not changed. Her professionalism, charm and downright friendliness was the same now as it was then. She showed us several different type/styles of mattresses and explained each and continued to ask us questions in order to zero in on the right mattress for us. It did take a little while to finally decide on the right bed to fit our needs. During this long process Tammys cheerful attitude made the selection process go by very easily. Finally, during the filling out of various papers to finalize the sale, she did everything possible to make this a painless event. My wife and I highly recommend this store and especially Tammy, if one is looking for the right bed/mattress. We are extremely happy with the end results.

Sales persons were great. They didnt try to pressure me or talk me into something higher than my price range. They even put my autistic teen at enough ease, he were able to lay on the mattresses to make sure it is he wanted.

The staff was friendly and efficient, two women were there. One ordered a product for me to be delivered to me. I bought a mattress set there in the past and was happy with the service and got a good deal.

I really love my new bed and Temperpedic mattress! I was disappointed with the delivery and assembly. I paid for the Premier delivery plan, expecting them to completely assemble all of the components I purchased ... it didnt happen. After the delivery people left I found out the bed frame I purchased was not made for an adjustable bed 🙄🙁. The delivery people wouldnt even put the headboard bracket on, I was not happy. But all in all the bed is very comfortable and I am sleeping great.

Mattress buying can be stressful. Tammy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in the store was very nice and friendly. The store was busy but she spent time with everyone equally, helped other newer employees and was very patient while doing so. Tammy was very knowledgeable of the Mattress, how they were made, and what would work best for the way you sleep. Tammy was very patient, extremely kind, and she tried to save us money, any way she could. I purchased the PressureSmart 12.25 Mattress in Medium, Full Size. I also purchased Two Sleepys Graphite High Profile Queen Pillows. Ever since I received the Mattress and Two Pillows, I have slept the best I have in years. Im not waking up with neck/back pain anymore, like I used to. Thank You Tammy Carson for providing wonderful customer service and for helping me pick-out the Perfect Mattress! When we walked in to restore it was kind and understood what I was going through in my sleep and wise restless leg syndrome and all the problems I have sleeping in the bed she sells around a couple times on some mattress would like it probably 3 out the whole bunch and then she really found exactly the right mattress for me and how I sleep in my own bed with restless leg syndrome arthritis and she was kind and understood and she did help me with the computer filling out the information cuz Im not good on the computer she was there to help me on the computer usually people will make you do it on your own and she stood by me to make sure I did everything right and usually when I do a credit for something I always get a thumbs down and I liked it when they did a thumbs-up the lady was nice understood and like I said she make sure we have the right kind of bad for me and my husband the price that we had to pay my own way is a reasonable priced and around store that you do people normally go to

Tammy and the team helped get me the best deal on a mattress during there Memorial day sale. Then helped with another mattress for the spare bedroom. Allowed me to out that on layaway. Thanks for all your help

Didnt go there this week, it was in the past. I wasnt a very happy camper!!!. Went to sleep number and bought a bed.

We were very excited to get a new mattress and the purchasing process went smoothly. The salesperson asked many questions and found us a mattress that we love. Upon a (late) delivery, I noticed that one of the legs that screw into the base was crooked. I called the store that evening and was told that nothing could be done and to call back in the morning. In the morning, I called back and was told that they would order a new leg for us. Great! But they ordered the wrong legs, so we again returned to the store to get the correct leg. We were then told that Mattress Firm cant do anything and to call the vendor. We tried to contact the vendor 3 times and supposedly ordered a leg twice and did not receive anything. So I went back to Mattress Firm, as we had an incomplete base almost 3 months after we purchased the bed. I went to the East side store where I was helped and was given a complementary installation. I probably would not recommend purchasing a mattress from here after my negative experience.

My sister and I both bought the Beautyrest beyond firm with adjustable base. I got queen and my sister got king. Tammy sold them to us. She knew everything about every bed in there including the prices and sales. We haven’t had delivery yet but I know I’m going to love my new bed. I really like the selection options at Mattress Firm. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a basic idea of what I wanted and they helped me narrow it down. The only issue I had was at the East side store, many of the light fixtures had dead bugs and flies in them. And while youre testing beds youre looking up at the ceiling. The west side, did not have that problem.

Ivana Dobric is the lady that helped me. She was the only employee working there today. There were four groups of people other than me at the store, but she gave everyone an equal amount of attention. She kept checking in on me and everyone else, making sure all questions were answered. She helped me pick out a very comfortable bed and I can’t wait for it to get delivered! Ivana was very sweet, polite, and helpful. She handled a lot of customers at once very smoothly without seeming stressed out, overwhelmed, or short with answers. If anyone reading this has the authority, I think she deserves a raise.

Mattress firm where we got a mattress and box springs the lady was very nice she knew what she was doing very took very very good care of us walked us through showed us so many mattresses and really helped us get and find the one that would help me with my bad back if anybody’s buying a new bed or needs a new bed that’s the place to go

He informed us on everything that we wanted to know and more. Definitely the best experience. UPDATE 6 MONTHS LATER. I was told that it was a loan I was getting into through mattress firm turns out it was a credit card that got maxed out which dropped my credit score. Just be weary because it dropped 10 points and I make every payment on time. It is not a loan it is a credit card that gets maxed out it would be better going through a bank or elsewhere or paying in cash.

I Came from mattress firm with my two young grandchildren. Ivana What is the young lady that gave us assistance today. She was very kind and helpful in making a decision as to the appropriate mattress for our needs. In fact, on her own initiative, she was able to secure an additional discount on top of the 50% sale price that was underway. She was very clear concerning the benefits of the choice of mattress we selected. She also was very detailed on sharing the 120 nights sleep trial. Would enjoy working with her in the future should the need arise.

Buying a mattress is a little overwhelming since there are so many features to consider. But Ben answered all my questions about the product, the delivery process and store policies. I will shop there again and recommend Mattress Firm to my friends.

LOVE the mattress that we purchased in November 2019. The sales girl was fantastic!! (Gonna say we bought the adjustable bed frame...and we never use it. Could have cut that cost, but it is cool to have it if we want to use it.)

Its not easy to purchase a mattress over the phone, but this pandemic made it necessary. Ben helped me find the perfect mattress for my daughters room by simply asking a few questions and forwarding me options. He made sure it was available for me to pick-up ASAP. WOWW. I mean what else could I say, never in my soon to be 28 years of age have I encountered such extravagant and professional care from a team of powerful sales ladies. I ended up spending 3 hours being serenaded and showered with the finest advice a mattress store has to offer. LOL. In all honesty and to be serious, I’ve been looking for a correct mattress for months, these ladies were able to treat me like a family member and walk me through each step of the process. The store was clean, they required us to think about what we were about to do and not just sell us the highest price they could. My girlfriend and I were treated with respect and given an amazing deal. I owe a sincere amount of thanks to the girls in there and I would buy again and recommend this store to anyone! Seriously go buy from them!

The employees that work at this location are not entirely honest and I believe they are just in it for the money. Tammy was trying to get me to buy a $500 mattress upfront because she said it would mail sooner than if I were to exchange the one I had for the one I wanted. I was told my mattress would take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. I ordered it anyway because I felt that they were just telling me that to get commission off of my sale. 3 days later, my mattress was delivered. Additionally, I was told by Jake that he would honor a deal I found online because the store was not open due to Covid. Not only did Tammy not honor the deal, she tried to charge me a rehoming fee for my mattress when I was told when I bought it that there was no fee. As the manager, I am sure she was aware of that. Mattress Firm sells overpriced mattresses to begin with. To not honor your word and give a customer a deal when they want to buy something is honestly baffling. While Tammy was friendly enough, I did not feel like she dealt with this situation appropriately and as someone who works with people, I hope that Tammy will eventually learn better customer service. Deal with Ivanka if you ever have to go to the west side store. Shes great.

To the younger sales lady - your job is to sell to the customers. Not to harass us into buying a bed. I tried leaving for OVER 30+ minutes and kept being stopped and interrogated as to why I was hesitating on buying a bed. Ended up buying a bed before leaving! But my s/o and I where very unhappy with the fact we couldnt walk out of the store to get dinner like we wanted, and to think on it like we kept saying.Reading the other reviews it seems like this isnt the only scenario that has came up.

It is very misleading to say free adjustable base, but then say oh that’s only for certain mattresses, when the signs all over the place plus online says free adjustable base with the purchase of a mattress of 699. Oh and it also says free delivery online, then they charge you 150. to deliver.
