Asked to speak to someone in sales. Only one sales person sat and waited for 15 minutes while the guy had a conversation on his phone while I sat 6 feet away. Do you know I will never get that 15 minutes back of my life. I am a business owner. A simple hey Ill be with you shortly would have been great. I spent $3000.00 somewhere else and received great service.

Tried to buy a plow. They dont answer their phones. Dont waste your time. Very concerning if you needed to get a hold of someone in the middle of plow season if your plow breaks down.

This is the worse experience I ever had. I to called them to ask general question but the guys talk to me seen did not pay attention at all. Such as bad customer services. Avoid them if you have option.
