Courteous, friendly, fast service always. Great recommendations and their NAPA substitutes always have worked for me. Price may be higher than other places, but I know that Ill walk away with quality products that fit my vehicle.

Even though I didnt get the thing I need, the staff was pretty nice that he referred me to the right store to get what I want -- which is a paint for car.

NAPA has lost its way. Hard to find any products that are Made In the USA.

Over priced parts that you ALWAYS have to modify to get to work. Plus its an act of congress to get a warranty .

Had a car battery die suddenly, and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The person who seemed to be the manager was bit pushy on the sales side of things, but he was still helpful knowledgeable and friendly throughout.

NAPA stands for Not an Actual Person, Attack. And thats exactly what I did to every single skin walker that walked inside. My current standing is 49 confirmed eliminations at this store alone. The WD40 is also a must have for a refreshing beverage.

Napa has the highest prices in town. Every once in awhile you will find something that is cheaper, like bulbs.

Like I was helping me answer the phone and proceeded to talk for about 5 minutes they really didnt have much of a selection of motor oil and they didnt have the oil filter wrench that I needed in stock. They also do not recycle oil most auto parts stores I go to seem to.

Im a Napa man through and through. Ive always had positive experiences with them, especially when searching for hard to find parts and getting good advice.This store is not the Napa I know, and this store should not be allowed to use the brand. Several times, Ive went in and felt like I was inconveniencing them with my need for assistance. As the other comments note, they do not provide acceptable service, and will leave you feeling youre a hassle, not a customer. Not long ago, Id had enough and I reached out to them via other channels to rectify this problem, which they assured me they would. Ive went back since, and it was the same negative experience and poor demeanor. Im done.Do yourself a favor, if you want to shop Napa, make the short hop over to the Ellettsville Napa. Its not owned by the same folks as the Bloomington one. Theyve always treated me right, and I think youll agree.

Needed a RV Battery. NAPA had battery that fit and was slightly less expensive than Interstate, but has a 3 year warranty.
