The staff here have always been great at helping me find the part(s) I need. They know their stuff and are ready to help or even offer advice / tips if you need it. 👍

It seemed a bit overpriced for many things, especially common things. But, the staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me find what I needed and telling me that this one may be better or that one might not work so well. I appreciate the time they took with me.

There is one gentleman that I work with that is very helpful. This last time I was in he helped with hooking up the OBD2 and retrieving some codes for a 7.3 diesel. Keep up the good work, Ill be back.

The oil light came on in my granddaughters car with a message to turn off motor immediately. I was near AutoZone. I pulled in and turned the car off. I am a senior and have little or no knowledge of her vehicle let alone how to open the hood. I went in and did get enough help to go to the back and pick out the right kind of oil. I was hoping one of the clerks would see this little old lady and offer to put the oil in the car - nope. It took me a while but I found where to pop the hood inside the car and grateful the oil cap was labeled so I knew where to pour in the oil. I probably spilled quite a bit of oil as I tried to tilt the large bottle to pour into the opening. She had to be totally out of oil as I was able to put the entire large bottle of oil into her car. Time to take her car to the Buick dealer we bought it from and get me a quick lesson on what is under the hood.

I went into the store and said my left headlight was out, but I didnt know if it was the high or low beam. A young man by the name of Chris went out to my car to check and see. He found what I needed, I paid for it, and he put it in for me! What wonderful service! Thanks, Chris!

Walked in, asked for a product, but this elderly-caucasian-tattooed guy completely ignored us and remained on the phone purposely the whole time. When we pressed him to help us, he told us, “go get it by yourself”. We just had to leave without getting the part. I am sure the owner had no intel on what is going on his store. These guys are ruining his business. Feel bad for them.

Scott provided an excellent customer service to me by patiently listening my car’s issue and identified the issue, and he ordered the part and after he found out when the part would be in his store and he personally following up and gave me a call. I also eye witnessed that he used his rich working experiences teaching a new employee how to use terminal number and phone number to find out a purchasing receipts in the system.I am not a handy man and Scott even walked out at his non busy time, and he showed me how to use a tool, and his kindest of heart and caring about customers and I would give him 2 thumbs up and he should be an employee of the month. His leading role and his teamwork which he showed, he should be a leader at Bloomington MN location.

They were very helpful as always, prices were decent but the help was amazing.

I needed wipers and the store manager, Mike, was extremely helpful. Got my info over the phone and brought the new wipers outside to my vehicle and installed them. It was very convenient to not have to get myself and kids out of the car for anything and took less than 3 minutes total.

I came in to get a new rear blinker light and was helped by John D. He was very nice, professional, and even replaced the lightbulb for me and showed me how to do it. I was also impressed that he was able to help so many customers before and after I talked to him in a short amount of time.

I went into the store looking for a replacement headlight bulb. Austin, an employee, was very helpful. He helped me choose the correct bulb and even took the time to install the bulb for me. I definitely will be returning to this location in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were looking for a lug nut key and they didnt end up having it, but they tried everything to see if they could help and even came out in the cold to look at my lug nuts and tried a couple different options. Above and beyond.

Just left there and the guy Houston was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. We went to see if we had any charge on our car battery after winter since we havent used it much. When he tried to charge it, it said it only had 9vol on it and the battery was 12. I didnt understand that at all. He was kind enough to explain it to me in terms I could understand. Not only that, our battery was still under warranty which made a potentially expensive visit, much happier. I like knowing that there are people there that can help if I have questions. I went to this specific AutoZone because the reviews were much better than the AutoZones closer to Minneapolis. It was worth the drive!These guys were all so helpful! My check engine light and battery light came on, so I went to them, and they used their reading tool to check the potential car problems for free. They even gave me a heartwarming discount on the nicer alternator in stock (there was a cheaper one, but that would take 5 hours to acquire from a different AutoZone); this way I didnt have to wait so long to fix the car and I wouldnt have to pay an extra $40 - just an extra $20 - for a lifetime warranty alternator versus a 1-year warranty one. I needed the alternator desperately today in order to not die on the road, so I appreciated that they also recommended me Precision Tune Auto Care nearby, instead of letting me go to the Midas down the street. They said Precision was cheaper. :) Abdel, the owner of Precision, was very nice and helpful too. :) Thanks, everybody! ❤️

Super rude and ill mannered employee around 8 pm, White guy with earnings. Was nice to us at first since we are White, but the minute we spoke with an accent he ignored us, whipped out his phone and started texting. Wouldnt even look at us and we needed help. The store was empty and no other customers were there. We got what we wanted after looking ourselves, left and said thank you. He started yawing, and kept looking at his phone.Now if thats not discrimination, what is? Do things like that still happen here? I thought we were way beyond that. And where? In MN and Bloomington where thousands upon thousands of immigrants live. How does he get away with it like that?

Probably has the most in store inventory than any other autopart store in this market. But the prices seem a lil high ie... less than Napa but more than orieilys. This location is very busy also there was a line to the door. I was gonna just go to the s mpls location but..... it burned down. Smh.

Employees are service focused, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a new battery and they lent me the ratchet extender to install it right in their parking lot. Another time my engine light came on... went to AutoZone, the employee came out to my vehicle, ran the code, saw it needed a new coil pack, found the one for my car, and again gave me the tools to install it in their parking lot and I was on my way.. all in like 20 min!

This is the go-to store in Bloomington for any car parts. They have great prices and excellent service. They will test your battery or alternator at the store before replacing them.They have a battery tester for your remote lock/unlock key fobs as well.They have tools available to use on-site to perform most common repair tasks.If they dont have a certain size/product in stock they can order it and it usually arrives within a day or 2.

Had to get a new battery. Staff was amazingly helpful. Noah changed my battery and was extremely polite! Would 100% come again. Do want to say a huge thank you to Noah!

I had to return an item which was not a problem. I was a little put off by employees talking about another employee that was not present in a detour way in front of customers. There is an OReilly right across the street that I will probably use instead because if lack of professionalism.I decided to try this store one more time and I am glad I did. I was picking up parts for a friend and the hello I was given was spectacular. The employee recognized that his store did not have everything. He took the time to find a store that has all but one item and the store with that item was only a mile and a half away .

I was overwhelmed by the exceptional quality of customer service here when I brought my A/C recharge unit in because the gauge broke (as I found out was a common problem with this specific product). They recommended a better product and allowed me to apply the money I used on the broken one towards the new one and then gave me a $16 store credit because the broken one cost more than the recommended one, all of this without a receipt! I plan to come here all the time, now.

Auto zone is a great place to go to. If they dont have the parts, they will order it. And have it back to you in one day. And if you dont have the tool to fix your car, they will open what ever it takes and let you use it..

In general their customer service is 5 star. I met Brian and another older gentleman who were very helpful and great, but all are not the same.

They didnt have the lights I needed for my dash. They couldnt even look them up to help me look for them.

Always good to stop by and find a good deal, theres usually always someone reliable and ready to help you with whatever you are looking for, if its a part or something other than oil, brake cleaner/engine degreaser, tools or electronics, etc. Just ask them, they look up part numbers and try to get you the best deal with price and shipping (if necessary) this place is still good, other than that location Ill usually go up to the 66th and Nicolett AutoZone (by the hub, in Richfield)
