I had an amazing first time experience with this location. I brought in my pepper truck for a tire rotation and balance, and Joe was super funny and friendly while walking us through the process. I highly recommend this place.

Today I had another positive experience at the Bloomington Discount Tire. Not only will Discount Tire repair flats for free & do your rotation & balance at no charge, but they do a great job working with customers to make sure they’re satisfied. I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for more than 15 years now & I have even converted family members who were loyal to Costco Tires to start buying tires at Discount Tire.

I honestly wish I could give them a 1 I waited almost 25 mins for anyone to even stop and ask me what I needed i was the only one in line and they walked past me like i was invisible i was just trying to buy 4 new tires and get an alignment welp by 26 mins I walked out the door and I get in my car just to see a work now running towards my car I pulled right off and went to the next tire shop got 4 tires and was welcomed as soon as I walked in and they were way packed.

Came in with the spare tire on after getting a flat on the highway to simply see if I could get the hole plugged. After a lengthy wait I was told the tire was unrepairable, I decided I simply wanted to be on my way afterwards, which I didnt think would be an issue, except they decided to try to keep my cast aluminum wheel and tire. Costing me another 45 minutes of driving and really helping me decide not to buy my new tires here.

Always top notch customer service, though we have been waiting two weeks to hear back on a part for our TPS. Never try to upsell you or talk down to you for not knowing everything about tires and wheels. They even upgraded a set of our winter tires for free when the ones we purchased never arrived at the shop.

I got winter tires from this location out on my truck and everything was great. After winter, I opted to buy a whole new wheel set up with all terrain tires. When I got my truck back the TMPS light was on. I took it back and they did no fix it. They told me they needed to order something so I waited until after the day they said to call. Then I went back and again and they still didn’t fix the TMPS.

May 26, 2021 we had our tires balanced and rotated. The staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. This is our go to place for tires. Our car drives and handles much better! Thank you Discount Tire, Bloomington, MN.

I called the store to get pricing and was greeted by someone that cheerfully invited me into the store (sorry I forgot his name). When I came in Sergio greeted me in the parking lot (what great customer service). We inspected my tires together and he showed my where my tires were worn to on a chart inside the store. While I was going through different options I could see how professional everyone was in the whole store and how hard and fast everyone was working out back (rarely see that anymore). After I picked out my tires I saw a guy run to my car and get it pulled right in and the guys had me back on the road in about 45 mins. What an amazing job!! I will be recommending all my friends and family to this location. I was blown away by everyone and the whole experience. A++++ service

Respectable, dedicated and unbeatable prices.Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and I recommend this specific location to everyone; from autocross buddies with priceless tuners to my friends 55 yr old mom with a rav4.This is not a Discount Tire. This is more of a local fitment shop, where the employees are car junkies with impeccable work ethic, and the manager runs a tight ship but also really knows his sh*t. You will definitely get the best price, they make sure of that, but more importantly youll be in good hands no matter what your wheel/tire needs may be.

I have been coming to this location sense I turned 16 and had just one vehicle. When I turned 18 I started a property maintence company and sense then I have grew to a fleet of trucks, vans and trailers as well as many pieces of equipment that require there services. With having so many set of tires it’s a given that we’re going to run into some issues here and there with them. I had some issues with management in the past however there is a manager at this Bloomington location named Josh that I just met and he informed me that he took over the management position entirely. His customer service was like no other that I have experienced at any store ever before. This man deserves credit and probably a raise in my opinion. He resolved my issues with no headache what so ever witch I was not used to happening at discount tire after my issues in the past here coming into discount tire was something I used to dred doing however the next time I have to come in I won’t be stressing it so much knowing that this man is over seeing the shop. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing Josh and his team the next time anyone reading this needs a bee set of tires. There awesome!

Great prices and great customer service

Over all good shop decent deals on tires and I got in and out quickly. Only thing I wasnt happy about was how they automatically add additional coverages to the total unless you ask them to remove them. Im sure thats a company wide thing and not just this store but Its definitely a deceitful way of doing business.

Went in on a Friday afternoon to get my flat tire replace and lucked out with not booking an appointment, they were able to get me in within the next half hour, I was able to get all 4 tires replaced and ready to hit the road. The customer service and mechanics were absolutely superb.

Went in for new winter tire/wheel swap. The service team was friendly and helpful. But, be advised, the techs do some things that are strange and not so great.They use pneumatic tools, which is great, except with locking lug nuts. It will chew up your key and theyre $60+ to replace.The strange thing is.. When I got my car back, they were kind enough to provide center caps for my brand new winter steelies. Only problem is they only put them on the rear wheels and theyre rusty old pos caps they probably found under a tool box. Which leaves me wondering, why put them on at all if youre only going to put two on, and those two depreciate the appearance of someones shiny new wheels?Anyway, they got the job done..

Everything went smoothly on the phone. Scheduled my appointment with Damon and he told me what the best tire to get. I arrived at my appointment and he came out to look at my tire to make sure the tires looked drivable. He also told me how the process was going to go. I’m glad that he went in to details. Usually, some place would ask which tires and start doing their job then tell you something else is wrong. Damon, Joshua and Zach great customer service!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Ive only written 2 reviews in my life and I thought this experience deserved one of those rarities. Replacing all tires and wheels + spare on my truck - the sales associate, who happened to be the manager of this location, was incredibly respectful, professional, knowledgeable and patient with my visit. Even during a very busy hour and with the current economical situation(COVID-19). He had the right answers/approach to my replacements as well as options and personal opinion on things. Ended up going with the max size tire my f150 could handle without needing a level/lift kit B) and 20s of course. This new setup left me speechless(literally) rolling out of the garage, after 70k miles on my old stock setup. Prices are fair and matched, leadtime for shipping and labor were quick and theres just a quality of service you wont find elsewhere! Seriously, no need to look elsewhere. Before and after photos:

Fast, efficient and yet REALLY friendly!

I love coming here. Its open and inviting, the employees are always very courteous and polite; I almost never need to open a door myself 😁 Every employee tries their their very hardest to find you both the cheapest and the best (oxymoron? Haha) options available. Tires have a lifetime warranty if Im not mistaken. Many, many of their services are free of charge because they know at Discount Tire, we all need as much help as we can get. Btw, if you get Jason or Damion, youre in good hands, no cap. 100% go to Discount Tire if you need ANYTHING done with your tires! I promise you wont regret it!

Wow!!.. I reviewed an online article that listed Discount Tire as the #1 place for consumers to purchase tires... I received quotes from Sams club, Goodyear, and Costco, all in the top 10 listing..when 1 of these companys came in under DT, Sergio stepped up and not only met the price but, gave me a better quality tire for the same price!!.. and, where as I would have had to wait for 30 days to get tires from the other store.. I was able to pull up 15 minutes from closing time and had the tires installed in just over 1 hour.. Thank you boys!!.. also feel good about the tires since David and Sergio both relayed stories about brothers and themselves owning the tire and being very satisfied... these guys made me a discount tire customer for good!!..Great store!

I had tires replaced here yesterday. I made an appointment and bought the tires in advance, so it was a short turnaround, maybe 45 minutes. They are busy right now, so I would definitely make an appointment instead of walking in.

Salesman, sold me 4 winter GT radial winter tires. Claimed I would get a $50 discount for buying them, he did not mention that I would have to open a discount tire credit card to get the discount in the form of a visa MasterCard. I did not open a credit card so now I’m ineligible for the discount.Josh also added 4 optional certificates for tire insurance without asking me. Which was $52. He also did not offer to refund me the $6 tire disposal fee when I decided to keep two of my tires.All and all I felt I was overcharged and misled into spending $108 more than necessary... make sure you ask questions and check your receipt before you pay and decide on your tires.Salesman told me that they would try to repair my rim for “free” and that if the vibration is bad from the rim that I should come back in a week. 3 days later I get a flat tire on a brand new winter tire. Came to the store to purchase a new rim 12/23/20 and they are out of stock in greater MN. Called around and ending up finding a used rim in a fridley aftermarket shop. Discount tire then replaced my tire for free and installed it on my new rim.... so what can I say 3/5 seems fair

Sergio was so friendly as soon as i pulled up and he had great knowledge! Honestly this is on of the best experiences ive had buying tires. The guys were so very friendly and then watching them while i waited for my car they treated every guest with the most importance. Really understanding our needs and empathizing wonderfully! Called Monday for an appointment to get 4 new tires, and got one for the next day. It took them no more than an hour, probably less, to get all the work done, which I remember being way faster than in the past. Customer service was great, for helping me pick out appropriate new tires.

I had the best experience at Discount Tire today. A man named Dennis assisted me in choosing the right type of tire for my vehicle. He was friendly, knowledgeable and didnt make me feel like I dont know anything about cars, even though I dont. Despite how busy it was he was able to get me into the rotation (no pun intended) and they had my car turned around in less than an hour. I should also mention that the price I paid was $200 less than the price I was quoted by a different shop, and it comes with a warranty. I am so happy with my new tires and will definitely be back.

Awesome service, awesome techs. Bought some used wheels that needed new tires. 24 wheels and they were able to get me rolling. Techs checked the wheels and said there were some was some wobble to them. I got scared. But, these guys got them balanced out and rolling straight. No wobble whatsoever. Being used wheels they had some corrosion on the inside from water vapors. Brought the car back in and they pulled them apart, cleaned up the valve stem area and resealed them up at no charge. Dennis was awesome as well as everyone else. Great experience. I will be a lifelong customer.
