After having my rear passenger window smashed so that someone could steal my empty duffel bag, I was low on patience. Mark and the Clear Choice Auto Glass team were very good about clearly stating what was happening and when I could expect this to be fixed. Mark showed up less than 24 hours after the original call to not only replace the window but also clear out the broken glass that was still in my car. Mark called to let me know they had the replacement before coming out, showed up earlier than expected and expertly fixed the problem. I would absolutely use their services again and will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Mark from the Bloomington Clear Choice shop came to my residence to replace a side window on my vehicle. The experience could not have been better. He was clear and friendly in his communications with me, and did a quick and thorough repair. I especially appreciated that he did a great job cleaning up all the glass he could inside the door, as well as elsewhere inside the vehicle and on the ground as we worked. Since this repair was covered by insurance, I cant speak to whether or not this was a good value overall, though it certainly was to me personally. Thanks for a quick and great repair!

Needed my windshield replaced and first looked at safelite and got a quote through their website but they also have disposal fee which they will not post and you cant call them, I called Clear Choice Auto Glass and was able to talk to a real person and got a quote that was less than Safelite and disposal was included. Mark was on time, friendly and professional, replacement was in and cleaned up in no time. I will recommend them to everyone.

Unprofessional conduct and poor communication. I scheduled an appointment to have a windshield chip repaired today from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm time range but the technician never arrived. I called the office to enquire about the status of my appointment and they reported they did not have time to perform the work. If this is the case, I should have been notified beforehand so my time is not wasted. Clearly, they are unreliable and have an irresponsible attitude towards their customers.

Mark did a great job repairing a chip on our new Kia Sorento. Getting a chip with a new vehicle is frustrating but Mark did a great job getting the window new again.
