I came here to get a windshield chip repaired. I got in right away and the repair only took about 20 mins. Unfortunately, my chip had already started to crack so the windshield will eventually need replaced, but they filled the chip without charging me which bought me some time. I thought that was really nice of them, and I’ll definitely be returning in a few months when it’s time to replace the windshield. I did ask how much a typical chip repair costs since I couldn’t find it on the website, and they said that’s usually $60. Just wanted to include that info so others know what to expect when something like this happens to them!

Great company to work with! They gave me a quote for a new windshield that was about 1/2 the cost of everywhere else. Not only that but they could get it scheduled right away, and the window replacement was fast. They have earned my business from here on out.

Replaced my busted windshield for me and Ive had no problems at all.

I had very professional service. The problem I had was not what I thought it was and they found and fixed it quickly.

I got the windshield on my car replaced about a month ago. When I called around for price quotes, they were more competitive than other options. Also, I had initially been told by my dealership I would need to get a windshield that is compatible with a rain censor (which is more expensive). When I took my car to American Eagle they determined I didn’t actually have a rain sensor in my car, so they returned the first windshield and installed the proper one the next day. The guys in the shop were friendly and sanitized my car after service. All around great experience.

Their mobile service was fantastic. American Eagle Glass calls you when they are on their way to your location. It only took them under half an hour to do a full windshield replacement!

I didnt end up actually getting my glass fixed here because the frame was bent. They were honest and upfront right away that they didnt think the glass would stick and hold. So they helped me locate a salvaged back hatch and get it installed at other shops. Super helpful. If I ever need auto glass repaired, I will come here. Highly recommended for excellent service.

Needed a piece of auto glass specially cut for a Catepiller skid steer. Everyone wanted $1200 for the piece already precut. Got it cut here for $150, same day service. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

Totally satisfied with these good folks running this place. The office manager was friendly and easy to talk to. I took my car in for repair at about 830 am as I had an appointment and they were done about 1020 am as they told me it would take a couple of hours. Plus they had the best price around as I called several places to install a new windshield. You cant beat that type of service and when they were done they gave me a phone call and I was on my way! Great job guys. Ill remember to use them again later on if I need another windshield replaced

Great company to get a windshield replaced last summer and couldnt complain about wait times or quality of service. One of the better experiences Ive had with getting auto repairs done. Was in and out very quickly maybe 1 hr 15 minutes at most.

These guys do absolutely EXCELLENT work. From beginning to end my experience was a great one. They had very competitive pricing, listened to my issues at hand, and then performed their work flawlessly.I had a leak coming into my Jeep somewhere on the passenger side and had narrowed the cause down to the current windshield. Not only did they fix the windshield with better quality glass, but also added extra protective coverings on the top. Dave the shop manager listened to my explanation of the leak and also found a screw missing under the seals on my door which was another leak spot in addition to the windshield. They fixed that at no charge.I dropped the car off and when the work was done they even dropped my Jeep back off to me at work on the way to a field job they had in the area.Do yourself a favor and use these guys for your auto glass needs. I will be back, and will recommend them to all of my friends.

I have to say I was dreading getting my broken car window fixed but they made it easy. It was done in about a half hour. Excellent price, no difficulties and good as new.😊

Used the Bloomington office.1. Did the work as promised for the price agreed upon for a windshield.2. two weeks later someone broke out a side glass. They ordered the part that morning and had it there the same day. Install went well. I had some problems with the door latch and broken glass left after the install, but when I asked them about the latch they said bring it in. They just told me its ready to pick up (no charge) and they also cleared up the broken glass left behind.Very pleased.
