I had a devil of a time getting my glass replaced. The first people I scheduled with while I was in another state didnt show up. I went with Safelite because I figured they were big enough I wouldnt have to deal with that. The technician was very communicative and let me know what was going on about two hours before his window was up. It was raining cats and dogs and I dont have a garage, so he offered to get the car and drive it to the shop for me, if I was willing. I asked to meet him there instead to save us both some time, but I appreciated the offer. The service was completed relatively quickly and seems to have been done well. If theres any problems I do have that warranty they told me about. Everyone was polite and communicative. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do I wont hesitate to schedule another repair with them.

Made appt on june23rd for july6th. No call no show me i call and they said waiting on part call when comes in. Waited a week called back and said should be in wednesday. I said om can you please work in on thursday because i leave on vacation friday. Waited on phone for a hour they said we can get you in friday morning at 8am. But i had to be there at 8am n bloomington. I dropped car off middle of night and waited. Called me at 9am and now they had the wrong part and had to go to indy to get it. Wasnt done until 4pm that day. Imagine if i waited there would have been there 8 hours. I understand stuff happens and im not even mad but just relaying my expereince because i will never want this to happen to someone who needs there car for work or something serious. I only missed out on a extra day of vacation not end of the world. Would have been 950 without insurance and if that was the case these issues would have really been brought up to safelight. But i would suggest a better communication process for missed appts or part issues. I lost a good 12 hours from this.

Went in for a small crack in my windshield. They were able to repair it quickly and kept me informed during every step from when my insurance company help set up the appointment until my final receipt.

Had a Saturday appointment arrived early, only 1 tech working. He took us early and replaced our windshield, upon returning to get the vehicle we saw where the top trim was mashed down in one area about 6in long and a wave on the other side and factory adhesive still on the car that made it look terrible. Brand new car 45 days old and it looks like junk with the windshield looking like that. Windshield is dirty inside the car. Not happy........ Called the manager and have another appointment to try to get this corrected. Updates to follow.

I was really happy with the service I got today. The man who helped me was professional, friendly and explained everything well. When I get anything done with my car, Im always worried that Im going to be fleeced, but I could not be more satisfied with the help I received.

Trying to call around town to see which would be the best place to replace my windshield. Every other business answers their phone on time and is pleasant to talk to. This place sends you to some stupid machine. After answering it’s questions for 5 minutes it finally tells me all appointments must be made online. Typical. Went with the local guys instead, can’t stand businesses who won’t pick up their freaking phones.

These are top notch professionals, do the job right the first time. Very friendly and helpful!

Day after Christmas and they were busy. Got me in right at 9 am and knocked the job out quickly and efficiently. Kudos to the techs that did the job.

Cant even rate them because they cancelled on me twice. Was able to get in another place the day after I called and the price was more than half of what satellite would have charged. Zero stars is my true rating.

The technician that performed my passenger window repair left my car running all afternoon. Came home from work to find my car with a drained battery.

Left work unfinished called to complain they sent same person or finish work he was mad to be called out mite be intoxicated not good work is incomplete as of this time

I was able to make an appointment online, which made it easier since I live an hour away from the nearest Safelite. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, they were courteous, prompt, and thorough. I really do not enjoy having to mess with repairs on my car, but Safelite made it easy. It took about 55 minutes from start to finish and the new windshield looked amazing. I also thought the price was reasonable.

100% satisfied with process and quality of the work! Online scheduling an appointment for mobile service was easy and clear ... the replacement windshield for my Ram 1500 was Mopar OEM ... and the technician Dwight did an outstanding job keeping me informed of his arrival AND - most importantly - installing the new windshield. They did an amazing job. They drove 45 minutes to come to my location and it took less than 10 minutes to fix the chip in my windshield. Very friendly and profession. 100% recommend.

After taking my money and waiting a week for them to come put my windshield in they told me that they couldnt do it because there was to much rust on the car, really what did they expect on a 27 year old car why would they even tell me they would do it if rust was an issue. They refused to do the job. Anybody that does that should be sued. All I got to say is dont take peoples money if youre not going to do the work. I got perfection auto glass to do it and they didnt make an issue of the rust and they came out that day and did it. No thanks to safelite

Poor quality. I will buy a $15 kit and fix the next one myself if I have another or find a competitor.

My technicians name was Evan. He did a great job on a Saturday morning when I only had a couple hours to spare. He was put in a difficult position when the online appointment I set was not in his local system. Long story short, he adapted and overcame for me! He located my OEM glass for my Mustang and had me out of there in no time. Evan is a resourceful guy who is definitely money in the clutch! Thanks man!

Very professional and they did a good job replacing my windshield.

I dropped off my car the night before and left the key in the drop box as instructed, and someone went and took the key to the dropbox with them on vacation, and now my key is stuck in there and my windshield still cracked. Additionally, no form of compensation was offered. Its surely a unique scenario, but I dont think Id take my chances again.

Could schedule appointment on a Saturday and they had to do calibration and needed me to come in and has to wait for over 2 hours but, they did the job well and was a positive experience overall

Didnt keep their appointment, didnt bother to notify us, and didnt even attempt to reschedule. We moved our entire fleet over to a local company.

Got there at 4:30 and place was locked up tight. The sign said close at 5. Not happy...no way to run a business. All I needed was a replacement wiper blade....the one they sold me wasnt worth a nickel.....and it cost me 17.50

This company is a joke. Person who showed up to fix my windshield bummed smokes off of me the entire time. Made up an excuse as to why I couldnt get a warranty and even had me help with the install... I called the manager who was very rude, said she would give me a gift card. I have not received it and its been over 5 months. This company is a joke. Will not use them again if my life depends on it.
