I had a friend recommend them to me. They had to special order my windshield, which I though would take forever to get, but got an appointment 2 days later and was very pleased with their work. They did a great job and completed the replacement in a timely manner. I got a brand new windshield and the customer service is great and friendly. Definitely recommend!!

I broke my back window completely Saturday afternoon and I was able to get an appointment as soon as Monday!! ( today) which to me was very fast and very much needed since I have no other form of transportation. The service I received was very very helpful, friendly and professional the prices are very reasonable. Had the best experience with Axis glass. This place was given to me by another friend who used them before and came highly recommended. Special ordered my windshield which took a couple of days to receive and got it installed right away. Great prices and honest, hard work. Please give this place a chance, you won’t be disappointed.

So satisfied with Axis after they very quickly replaced my windshield. They provided lots of communication and once I got there it took under 20 mins to replace the windshield. They’re work is clean and the people are very professional. I felt the price was right compared to other businesses I got quotes from. The only draw back for me is the location is a little difficult to find as there are many auto dealerships and window repair establishments on Valley. Just make sure you get detailed instructions on their location when you go.

It is difficult to find hardworking and honest people these days, but Rudy is definitely one of those people!I felt a strong need to share this review with you along with photos to dispel any doubt that you could possibly have regarding this place. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the price and the service!!! I am someone who shops around searching for the best price and I shopped around 6 places before finding Auto Glass Axis. I was very excited about the price and told my lady about this and her response made me stop in my tracks! She said how good is the service and after reading the reviews and seeing two bad reviews, I decided that I was not going to do business with him after I had already called him and set an appointment for the repair. So I called Rudy and told him that I was not going to move forward with him because of two bad reviews that he had. He was aware of two of them. One of them who was a family member that had a problem with him and he told me that it was a lie about the review. The second one with the truck he told me that was not true either and that he purposely wears sweat pants so he doesn’t scratch vehicles with clothing such as a belt. So after talking with him and him not pressuring me to do business with him, and the fact that he has been in business since the 80’s and the ultimate fact that he guarantees his work for life against water leaks, I decided to give him the opportunity and boy was I pleasantly impressed. Below are photos of my car to show you that there are no scratches or damage whatsoever, and the blue tape stays there for two days before you remove it. This is just an extra step that he does to ensure his work further. Sorry for the lengthiness of this review, but I hope it helps you in your decision making. This is the place you need to go for your auto glass needs! These guys were so helpful and worked so hard! Our truck was a pain in the butt but they made us feel as if it was no problem! Fixed my broken car window for a great price. Same-day service. I recommend him for anyone.

The price pulled me in but you get what you pay for. They scratched my truck up all around removing the old rear window. They didnt clean the glass pieces inside and out and to top it off I got an aftermarket window. This place is okay if you drive a beater but do not bring in a newer car.
