Should be zero stars. Do not recommend.My car was broken into on my birthday this fall. I drive a BMW so I had the glass work done at BMW and they brought it across the street to get a body estimate at Master Collision (MC) while they waited for glass. I had spoken to someone at MC informing them this would be happening and we appeared to all be on the same page.Fast forward to ten days later and some issues with BMW, I checked in with insurance to see if they received an estimate from MC because no one had called me from there one time to communicate anything. My insurance said they had the estimate and would send a check to MC for the work. I advised them not to since no one there had bothered to communicate with me at all up to this point, but she sent them the check anyway. My agent also said she told MC the check was coming and they told her they would call me to schedule.I waited an entire week again to hear from them and nothing. Today, I called to see if they were ever going to reach out regarding my repair. Although everyone claimed to know nothing about the estimate they knew which car was mine without me even saying a word about it.I asked to speak to the manager, John, about why I wasnt called to schedule this service for which they knew payment was coming already. When he got on the phone all he did was talk over me. Clearly he never heard a word I said because he kept interrupting me. At one point I had to ask him to stop interrupting me. He agreed and I didnt even get one sentence out before he interrupted me AGAIN.Bottom line, dont waste your time. Clearly they are far too busy and have so much business they dont need more and dont need to listen to anyone. If a manager speaks over you and wont listen to concerns then how can you expect anyone else there to? Save your sanity and time. NOT WORTH IT.

On 3/26/21, Peter gave me an estimate of $1,951 for what should have been buffing out minor damage where a garage roof leaked mud onto my hood. I left and took my vehicle to another shop a block away, who fixed it for $116. Im surprised to read five-star reviews, because that wasnt my experience here at all.

John is the man. He took care of us. We brought in our BMW. John has helped us and gave us more updates than the insurance company. Our part was on back order and John explained why it was on back order and gave us constant updates. The service is out of this world. Highly recommend John!

Didnt finish the job and said the car was ready. Then when returned claimed the damage was unrelated 5o the accident.

Peter Beasley handled all repairs needed for our vintage 1998 BMW M3. He was extremely thorough and considerate of all minute details to make our car look new. He was very responsive and adjusted his schedule to fit our own. At the end he provided all documents pertaining to the work done in an exemplary fashion. We recommend Master Collision for auto repair.  The side mirror of our Audi A3 was damaged from a tree branch.  We emailed pictures of the damage and they provided a quote over the phone.  When they learned that the cap was not damaged, they revised the estimate saving us hundreds of dollars.  The replacement parts were ordered and the mirror was fixed all in a couple of days. Repair quality was excellent, no indication that it was ever damaged.  Thank you Peter Beasley for being courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Peter and those folks are awesome. First, they picked up my BMW personally and handled almost every detail for me.Second, clean and organized is how I would describe the shops atmosphere. And best of all, the people are genuine and comfortably polite. They are the only BMW approved body shop in the state from what I understand so picking them was easy. When I originally went to the shop to receive a quote and pointed to all the damage that was done to my vehicle during a hail damage storm, the sales agent indicated that it would take a week to repair. I was able to leave for a week on March, and I got a call on Wednesday (two days later) indicating that my car was ready. I was asked to submit my $500 deductible payment, and trusting in the State Farm recommendations I went ahead and paid for it. I stopped wondering why it took so little to fix when I saw the results at pickup. The “Tim” that I spoke to refused to acknowledge that the missing repairs were related to the same hail storm, even though I have pictures to prove that. I left the repair shop without receiving any solution to my issue, and immediately reported this fraudulent activity to State Farm and to American Express.

Terrible. Two hours into driving my repaired vehicle, all the same lights came on. Visual inspection revealed still buckled panels, a broken ecv canister and all the emblems missing. And that just whats visible. They should be ashamed. Not to mention my safety. I wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw them. Piss poor.

They do very good work and will do all the communication with insurance so basically you drop your off, pick up a rental and return to a freshly repaired car a few days later.

Unbelievable service!!City Snow Plow tore off a few panels off my car, (hit and run) and they repaired it and it looks better than it did before the damage!!Would recommend to anyone, repair even came in below their quote!!

Scheduled a repair 2+ weeks out, only to find out part back ordered 4+ weeks. After part came in, they wanted to schedule another 3+ weeks - after complaining, they scheduled 1+ week out.Brought car in and left for repair. Manager then called next day and refused to do agreed upon repair as it was not, cost effective. The repair agreed to was filling in reflector and washer divots on new bumper - part of larger bumper and side skirt replacement.General Manager, John, explained this is customizing the vehicle - which they are not interested in doing. Said sorry, will talk to his estimators to make sure they dont agree to this kind of job in the future... but leaving me screwed out of time and effort.Flabbergasted, at this last minute refusal after many weeks of waiting, driving across town w/ wife to drop vehicle off. Ridiculous. Very upset. Weeks lost. Effort expended. Nothing to show. Absolutely do not recommend.

My experience thus far has been frustrating. I have emailed them for assistance and have had no luck with any assistance or resolution. Communication has been not good and have emailed a couple times for help.
