Since you took my first review off, I strongly recommend not wasting your time or money with this store, the general manager Ryan is a joke, Matt the store manager obviously is on some type of drug, and the girls that work their are plan rude, and don’t request to get your stuff delivered or picked up as you will be unloading and loading the furniture your self as they say they don’t have enough employees to be able to handle this.

I had a good experience when I went to Homechoice a few years ago but my experience with this location was a huge disappointment. They delivered same day and the deliveryman assembled the furniture in no time but its been a real hassle making payments. They changed policies without any type of warning and apparently a few of their Managers have been committing fraud with customers information. I found out by happenstance and they seemed to have no regard for my concerns. My advice would be to stay away from this company.

Ive always had a great experience at the Bloomington Home Choice store. They make it so easy to get the bigger ticket items you want by paying over time for them instead of all at once.

Best place to get your credit in good shape

Love Home Choice but was hit on and harassed by the man helping me last time to the point where I wont be back. He asked for my phone number and when I wouldnt give it to him he told me he couldnt get me approved! The guys name was Yasef or Yashar and beware ladies! He was a pig.

Was supposed to be make no my final payment today, as I was told on both calls for the last 2 payments, now they say I still owe $360... this place needs to get their stuff straight. Cant get an honest answer, and they arent willing to fix their mistakes. Ive been paying extra for over a month now and still owe $$... never again!
