Good quality of the gas range oven I purchased and good service! I will definitely go back for more appliances.

Really wanted to like this place. Got a good deal on a Fridge, then went back for a washer and dryer; even sent some family members back for some appliances. A year and a half later, the Fridge makes a humming sound, and washing machine is going out. Had the washing machine looked at for repair, and will cost the same I originally paid for it. So I have to trash it and buy another one. Very disappointed with the issues Ive had and wont be back.

Good customer service and they plenty of things to look at good prices and they give you warranty on anything you buy its worth it I been coming there 6 year

I purchased a fridge for $200 not bad due to the fact it was a temporary thing. The fridge looked in good condition until i plugged it in and it would drip water inside once ina while. I called before my 30 day warranty expired to get fixed. It was fine for a couple weeks until again the same problem, not worth it save your hard working money and save up to buy a new appliance.

This is the worst they dont call back theyseem over over booked and you hope you getting a descent washer n dryer found on let go then my husband was hung up on. Bad service bad bad hopefully you are not buying lemmons

Very unprofessional. Poor service. Had an appointment which they didnt honor and then blamed me for it. Instead of rescheduling they refuse service. Four days without a working fridge waiting on these people. Now I found another company that charges less and can come the same day. Avoid this company.

Had my dryer repaired and in less than a month it broke down again. I am very disappointed and will not be doing business with them again. I would also not trust and establishment who has the owners son (Jose Luis Villanueva) leaving 5 star reviews on Google just to boost there business. Not only is that biased it is very unprofessional. If they are being deceptive with something so insignificant like a business review, what else are they being dishonest about.

I bought a Maytag washer and dryer about 8 years ago from J L Appliance while living in Fontana. He came and installed both units and never had no problems until now with dryer. I had lost contact with him since I now live in Upland but will be by because my refrigerator just went out yesterday. Thank God because Jose is a VERY honest man and I wull drive all the way to Bloomington to buy from him once again...

Once they sell an appliance to you they don’t care. Been trying to get ahold of them for over a month about a missing piece of my refridgerator and they keep telling me they will call me back and resolve the matter and I just keep getting the run around. Was planing on coming back for other appliances but at this point I might as well purchase from an individual.

Worst experience ever. Bought an appliance and they said they will deliver it at a specific time but they lied.They called and said it would be another 30 minutes but nope it was an additional hour. Terrible customer service. Never buying here again.
