Wasted 2 hours of my time and never responded with a quote, phone call or e-mail. The store is set up nicely and I understand everyone is busy, but 2 1/2 months without a single acknowledgement is unacceptable. I went back to the store to return samples and Kathleen remembered not sending me any information yet still failed to respond. Advanced Plumbing gave me a quote within 2 days and I left Herald Wholesale with quotes and printouts the same day as my appointment.

I used Kohlers Bathroom Design services and purchased all of my product from the Birmingham store. There were some hiccups with getting the correct plumbing products and shower doors. However, the staff, especially Nathan, worked tirelessly to find alternatives to keep my renovation on task. The customer service at this location is fantastic.

Spent 9K last year and apparently they’re too good for our business this year. Extremely rude. Only people in the store and they dismissed us within 5 minutes. Literally felt like we were reverse profiled in Birmingham.

In the worst of circumstances, Susie at Kohler Signature Store in Birmingham provided stellar customer service. While most everything was shutdown, our project had to move forward because of deadlines imposed by the bank. Susie handled everything like a pro without missing a beat and from her home nonetheless. She strikes that perfect balance of attentiveness without pushiness—just very down-to-earth and cares about her customers. Overall a great experience that has turned into a lasting business relationship, and I hope to source more beautiful fixtures from this store and First Supply for future projects.

Cant say enough great things about the Kohler Store based in Birmingham, Michigan. I am working with Nathan Caspers and Ryan Herb to renovate a bathroom and can hardly wait for the project to completed. My design options were exceptionally creative and unique and totally comprehensive. The process thus far could not be better!

I am trying to return medicine cabinets that did not work because of a retaining wall and I never had so many problems in my whole life dealing with a business, this has been horrible. What I was told was to pick up the medicine cabinets that I returned or they would throw them on the street and then she (Susie) proceeded to tell me if I spoke anymore she would hang up on me! First of all I think it’s totally rude to be spoken to like that, I am a Consumer and customer. I will have to call the Better Business Bureau. Just make sure you know all the rules of when you buy something there And make sure that You know if it is a custom order a special order. It doesn’t say on the receipt the medicine cabinets I bought were custom they are not and they’re trying to say that they are custom. Now I need to seek legal counsel.

A very good experience, My salesperson Ryan was very attentive to my needs and responded to every concern I had quickly and efficiently. I could not ask for anything more. I highly recommend the Kohler brand and particularly this signature store.

Kathleen gave me excellent advice regarding selecting the “jewelry” for my kitchen and bathrooms. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process easy. Delivery was extremely expeditious. She couldn’t have made the process any easier.

Eric and team are great to work with. The Koehler prices they have are very competitive with what you’ll find at big box retailers like Lowes, Home Depot, etc....but you get design expertise and personalized service too...it’s a great value, especially for people who like to feel like they’re being taken care of. Go see them for sure if you’re doing something in your kitchen or baths.

My experience at the Kohler Birmingham store with Christine N. as my consultant was nothing short of fabulous. Christine’s customer service is outstanding. She listened closely to my needs and made recommendations without being pushy. Her proposal was professionally done, and the final price was better than what I found on-line. I appreciated dealing with a local company. There was a small concern that a package was lost in transit and Christine tracked it until it arrived. The Kohler store is lovely and well stocked with displays. From start to finish I highly recommend Christine and the Kohler Birmingham store.

I called every Kohler dealer listed on the Kohler website in a 50 mile radius to see if they had a Kohler Whitehaven sink in stock. Everyone of them quoted me 90 days wait due to a fire at one of Kohlers factories. I called this store and delt with Suzie. I told her what i was after and she did confirm the fire story but thought she may be able to do better on the wait. She made a few calls and promptly (15 minutes tops) called me back (im still waiting for a few stores to call me back namely Cadie at Fergusons). Anyway Suzie told me she could have one in 2 1/2 weeks. I told her i would take it and did everything over the phone saving me a 45 minute drive. Suzie called me 10 days later and said it was in. A week early. Very happy with her pricing, service and follow up. If you go here ask for Suzie. She was great to deal with and did exactly as she said, or better.Thanks Suzie!!-Les

Problem with Kohler kitchen faucet and KSS by First Supply in Birmingham, Mich. was very helpful in quickly resolving the issue with Kohler U.S.

All employees in this store are great, very friendly and supportive.However, this store does not price match.I purchased Kohler product at this store about $1500 on July 2nd. I found a better deal from another site which cost about $900 on July 4th, which is like 40% cheaper.On July 5th, I requested refund or a price match but it was not possible because of the store/Kohler policy - the part is already been shipped.Instead, they offered me $190 discount. Which means I shall pay about $1300 for total.If I choosed refund, I could get about $1000 because of 25% restocking fee and they dont refund shipping cost. In this scenario, I had to pay $1400 for total if I buy the same product from another site - $900 and $500 which was not refunded.There was my mistake that I did not check other stores price before making a contract. But price match and free return is kind of common for nowadays.I recommend you to check the price at another site like google or amazon before making a contract.But employees in this stores are nice and its a good place for you to stop by.
