My husband and I walked in looking for a new kitchen faucet. We were there 15 minutes and no one approached us even though there were several employees there talking to one another. Only one other customer was there being helped. Weve bought a lot from them over the years while renovating our house. Wont buy from them again. We went down the street and found what we needed. Customer service is still important in my book.

Fantastic showroom; zero service. We are looking for all fixtures, lighting, etc for a new build. I was in the showroom for 30 minutes without a word spoken. Not even the guy standing at the front door when I left.

Nice place with great customer service. This place has more upscale household items like tubs, toilets, fridge etc. We purchased a toilet that we hope will last longer than our previous toilet. They also carry Bidets which we are considering for another bathroom at a later date. They have greater selections in colors, sizes etc. Great store that I have not heard about until the plumber that will be installing out toilet mentioned it

Agree with complete lack of service over the years by security, reception or floor help. I thought perhaps making an appointment would help -dont waste your time. when I arrived for appointment they didnt have me scheduled and said that everyone was in a meeting anyway so they could make another appointment time for later in the week. no thanks

I highly recommend Ferguson particularly after working with consultant Melissa Grant Duke. Melissa was highly prepared for my consultation, gave me great advice, was completely honest about various products, and made the visit a pleasure. Ferguson is lucky to have someone with this type of expertise, honesty, and people skills. I also appreciated her attention to safety and hygiene during this time. My mom is elderly and so I’m being very cautious and Melissa did everything to make sure all protocols were followed and to make sure I was uncomfortable. Thank you Melissa!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do quite a bit of shopping both online and in person and I have never experienced anything like this. I’m pretty patient and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this has been unbelievable. I should have seen the red flags when I tried to place my order months ago and basically had to beg someone to take my order after my salesperson hadn’t responded to emails or calls for days. The amount of times I have called Ferguson over the past 4 months and have been told I would get a call back and then haven’t or have sent an email to which I get no response is laughable. Even after big mistakes with my order which have delayed my project at this point by 3 months, I can’t even get the courtesy of a call or quick email back for an update. Just yesterday I had my second tub installed because of a problem with the order on the first one and had a question about the new one wondering if I received the correct one. More than 24 hours have gone by and I have received no call back after basically pleading to the person that answered to have someone, anyone call me back. I realize that mistakes happen and orders can be delayed at no fault of anyone but the horrible lack of communication and customer service I have received at Ferguson is inexcusable.

My experience here was absolutely amazing!! Lauren assisted me today and answered all one million questions that I asked with the biggest smile on her face. The things that I was unsure of she gave me several options, pros, and cons to help make my decision making as stress free as possible. My customer service experience was top-notch!

Better than a DIY store, usually having what you need for plumbing. Prices are a little high for the little guy. It appears that they have a sliding price scale based on how much business you do. The customer service is exceptional!

This was the worst experience Ive had in awhile. From bad communication about the products and just trying to purchase the items, I basically had to beg and threaten them to help me spend $10,000 on bathroom fixtures. Then there was no follow up about delivery, so they delivered all of my new equipment at my doorstep without my knowledge (and no help or supervision to inspect the quality). Finally, after opening the items, I had missing and faulty pieces needed for a proper install. After asking around to make sure I wasnt crazy or high maintenance, multiple plumbers, designers, and builders have told me theyre just not what they once were.When I do my kitchen next year, Ill be going to Southern Kitchen & Bath.

Due to the old plumbing situation in our condo, Ive gone to plenty of stores to get parts. We had an issue with the cold water stem in our shower and I had to replace it today & went to Ferguson first since they were most likely to have the parts. I was not disappointed. The guys were super helpful & when I had to swap out some parts, they were happy to do the return and make sure I left with the correct sizes the second time. When something else inevitably malfunctions, Im stopping here first.

Wow! Melissa Duke was great to work with. Her knowledge of the entire sales floor was way above and beyond of what I had ever imagined Ferguson to be about. Her skills to meet our requests and how products worked within our bathroom remodel were a great asset to us as her passion for what she does showed through. I would highly recommend anyone doing a bath room project get an appointment with Melissa - you will not be disappointed in what she has to bring to the table.

As many others have noted, absolutely no one talked to us today and we were there almost an hour. We were prepared to spend a King’s ransom today at our new construction house. I don’t understand why this is an issue when it has been addressed by so many other customers on Google reviews. My wife even said on the way out (while staff was eating in the greeting area) “Thanks for not helping us”... no staff member even replied. Piss poor customer service for a business selling luxury products.

Beautiful showroom but on Saturday they want to push you out the door at 12 pm. I know they dont have a full staff, but I am helping your salary. I never heard back on a quote. Maybe because I couldnt do high end appliances. That has been the case in several places I have gone. The smaller work is what will always be there. The house market is not steady. They have great appliances and sinks. I have found someone else that wants my small home business.

Gave contractor a detailed printed lust with pics off their website. Fergusons tried to sell him different fixtures. Of course for more money. My shower could have been finished weeks ago if it hadnt been for Fergusons trying to make more money. Be careful and stick with what you want. Will be remodeling rest of bathroom in a couple of months. Will not be ordering from Fergusons. Oh, and if you dont have an appointment, you can forget getting waited on. Was in there on two different occasions for at least 45 minutes and no one approached me. Except to ask me if I had an appointment and that I needed to make one. I was the only customer there.

Melissa Duke in the Birmingham Showroom is an absolute delight to work with. I have been indecisive and she has been so extremely patient and simply put very professional. I will ALWAYS do business with them and recommend everyone that I know. My experience has made me a raving fan!

Walked into their showroom this afternoon to buy two bathroom sinks. My wife and I walk through the entire showroom and saw numerous employees. Some were busy and other not. Not one person said hello can I help you or anything else. It was a very cold business that I will not visit again. We went three block down the road to another showroom with friendly people and bought the sinks we were looking for.
