Excellent customer service. Jourdan researched what part I needed for a discontinued Kohler faucet, ordered it and had it in the store for pick up within 24 hours. Reasonable pricing. It is now installed and no more leaking water. What more could you ask for? Very pleased, will shop here again.

Just realized I’ve been a customer at Wittock in Birmingham for seven years. While Larry Merritt has retired I continue to have first class customer service from Kathleen McPheeters. I go to Wittock before I go to Home Depot or Lowe’s when shopping for kitchen and bath fixtures!

We stopped in about a month ago and sadly had a similar experience- no one cared to get out of their chair to help or offer any advice. In fact, we were actually kind of ignored when we came in. This place definitely needs new employees or a change in management- the lack of customer service is evident! We took our business elsewhere.

I’m surprised at so many reviews talking about helpfulness and friendliness.I stopped in to start my search for new kitchen and bathroom sinks and plumbing fixture.One of three people working there- the third I ran into, offered help.They certainly didn’t want my business.

We worked with Lauren Bufe on a house-full of plumbing fixtures and she did an outstanding job. She helped guide us to to keep us within our budget. She is knowledgeable, patient, thorough, detailed and provides incredible customer service before and after the sale. I highly recommend Wittock and Lauren. So pleased!!

This store is not only full of gorgeous fixtures, it is welcoming. The salespeople are generous in allowing the browser the freedom to study the products and in giving information. We need places like this to see the product and ascertain its quality, fit, and function. The pricing seems competitive, so I look forward to purchasing from a Michigan brick and mortar company.

Understaffed on Saturdays, so you can’t find associates to help you. Ordered my Koehler toilet online for half the price while waiting in their showroom.

I met with Jordan today and previously he spent time with me drawing up quotes on several items which I shopped around and purchased elsewhere. However, I wanted to do business with him specifically because of his previous efforts. I went today, was honest about having purchased elsewhere as I should not have had to lie, but I made it clear I wanted to do business with him and was their to purchase specific items. At first he was fine, we picked out one item and I asked to price out some other items for purchase. He then refused to continue helping me, became rather irate and defensive, accusatory of my current intentions...it was ridiculous. It was all very child like...I was dealing with a tantrum. I tried to assure him that I wanted to do business with him because I understood his annoyance, but he continued on a rant. I of course told him I will go elsewhere. Its very unfortunate that a person in sales can not fathom that customers shop around. The lack of professionalism was bewildering.

The staff is lazy and highlighly incompetent. Horrible, horrible service. We went in there expecting to spend over $10k in new kitchen appliances only to leave after realizing their service and pricing is subpar. There are other kitchen and appliance stores in the BIRMINGHAM area that will truly cater your needs with better pricing and installation service. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I recently did construction on my house. I purchased mostly Kohler products from Wittock. The bath tub that was put in was discovered defective after it was installed. Needless to say it was a mess. Kohler was of no real help trying to resolve this issue. Finally, due to the help of Jordan at Wittock and my contractors, we got Kohler to give me money for the tub. If it wasnt for Jordan who knows how it would have turned out. It pays to shop at a place that you get customer service.
