The employees were great but the flowers I bought werent worth nothing more than fertilizer at this point were the plastic around them hid the written flowers underneath. It wouldnt be so bad if Uber wasnt my way 40$ more to go bk. Is this how you want to show up at your girls house. Hell no

I hate having my time wasted and misinformation. I looked online to see what the prices were for a tire pump at nearby stores. Target had one listed for 19.99. When I got to the store, it was actually 25.99. On principle, I was not going to pay more than what was listed, especially because it was $10 more than Walmart and an inferior product. Targets markups have just gotten out of hand. In the end, it wasted my time and I had to fight even more 280 traffic to actually get to Walmart. But getting something for the price you were told? Priceless.

This location has terrible management and refuses to treat its customers with human decency. I will not be shopping here ever again. I wish I could give them zero stars. Also, the security guard (I think his name is Ricky) racially profiled me through your the store and continued to follow me even after I ask him to stop.

Great experience! I was so lost and frustrated trying to use target app but Marcus really helped me alot! He priced everything I had and even helped me look for a few things I had in my cart. He went out his way to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. He definitely made my shopping experience worth the drive and time. Good job target!

Store was neat and clean as always. Not too hospitable but to me that’s always on brand for target. The girl looked at me as if I sprouted a third eye and a unicorn horn because I had a straight swap for a larger sized T-shirt but didn’t have the receipt.

I live next to this Target and only shop here when its absolutely necessary. Lots of items out of stock, lots of expired items, unfriendly staff.I bought some half&half creamer last week (August 2021). I put some in my coffee this morning and it curdled - eewwhh...Turns out the creamer has been expired since May 21. Why would they sell this to me?

The customer service I received from my cashier and the young girl who helped me with check out was was beyond my expectations. I was extremely happy to spend my money there.

Worst experience ever at a Target. I went to buy a microwave. The price in front of the display was $129.99. It was a good price so I took a picture of it just in case. Wouldnt you know it, it rung up $154.99. I told the cashier that it was incorrect and showed the cashier the pic. It did no good. She called a young supposed manager. She came back and said that it should be $139.99. I went back with her and she starts to explain that even though the price was in front of the display along with the model number that price wax wrong because her scanner displayed a different price. I asked for her manager and she asaid to the cashier to give it to me for that price as if she were doing me a favor. I called the store manager to let him know what happened. Of course no response. Profit over customer service once again

Store is in disarray always! No matter when I visit, the women clothing department looks like a tornado has touchdown. Their customer service is invisible as you can and will see and definitely hear associates talking about each other or personal business, but never available to assist as they are always just out of reach. Receive better service at the Hoover location and the store is so much better organized. Wonder if they have the same area/district management team..

The clerk at the customer service counter was very cordial.. He helped me with my return and didnt have a nasty attitude or act like I was inconveniencing him like some of them do whenever you have to bring back the new outfit that you were unable to try on before you purchased it because every single Target had every single dressing room closed due to COVID19 so now you are forced to utilize their store return policy and God forbid bring something back..

I want to commend William in the electronics department. I went to Target to get a new phone. My phone was so old that transferring info from the old to the new proved to be very difficult. William did not give up. He found a way to transfer the info for this tech challenged 76 yr. old. Thank You William !!!!

I can always find what I am looking for at a reasonable price. Items are also better quality then some other retail stores.

I love Target!! This one however is always disorganized and the layout is very odd. I would rather shop at a different target. I also have had rude experiences with some employees.

The Target order and pick up is very easy and convenient just load your cart buy your items then follow the instructions on from the email that your order is ready to pick up either in store which you need your ID or drive up where you leave info on the vehicle they need to look for then a code which you then click at store. Sales person loads your car asks for code and done

Complete joke of management. Went here to drop off recycling. Wow what a mess. Not even been touched and glass/plastics etx stored on top of recycling bins. Nobody paying attention to this. Wine bottles etc just laid on top. I mean does the management even want to do recycling and do they actually care how this looks.. very disappointed

To the self-checkout attendant: the mask is supposed to cover your nose, too. and youre supposed to clean the lanes after each customer. maybe if you werent standing in the middle of the 4 lanes texting you might be able to do the bare minimum of your job

Accidentally left my mask at home so I was turned away. Was told I could come in a buy one, otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed to shop. Guess it’s fine for me to come in and buy a mask but not a gallon of milk? It’s all good though, Walmart got my money :)

I understand wearing a face mask but yesterday when I came in I had a bad toothache and had not yet put my mask on. I had it in my hand. A woman asked me if I had a mask? Then stood there until I put it on. There are note than 1 way to talk to people. She could have been much nicer. I won’t be back to this location.

Target is the rich mans walmart. They do try and set themselves apart. Store was a little picked over today with back to school right around the corner. They have a Starbucks And a cafe so not all is lost.

During my brief visit this morning i had a pleasant experience with your sales associate Rachel. i met them while they were restocking some shoes so i assume that is their department, however i came to them with an inquiry from the mens clothing department. What i was met with was swift and efficient service. They helped me check if there was an item in stock and then subsequently told me where it was in stock elsewhere, since you guys did not have the product. i will now be on the hunt for how to submit a target review so there is more recognition on the corporate side of things. I honestly dont shop much at Target and its not because I dont like them its just hard to get there when you have to pass numerous Walmarts on the way there. But I stopped in the other day for the first time in a while as it turns out I needed a xbox game that everyone else had for the full 60 dollars but they had for 19 99 . Yup surprised me too I did some walking around while I was there and they got some good stuff in there I will definitely be back here for a few more things really soon...

I guess the only real issue here is that they never have a big selection of what I’m looking for AND they only have 1-2 of what you want on the shelf. They have a good selection on greeting cards, for instance, but only 2-3 cans of the dog food you might want to buy. I am accustomed to shopping at Walmart or Publix where there is a larger selection of the items they actually carry.

This store is the best Target Ive ever shopped in. It is clean, it has better selections and the employees are friendly and professional.

My roommates and I were shopping on Black Friday once everything calmed down. We noticed a super creepy man following us around the entire store so we let the cashiers know at checkout. They so kindly called security to walk us out to the car and made sure we drove off safely. Thank you for your amazing safety protocols regarding your customers. It does not go unnoticed.

I have been a Target shopper for almost thirty years, but my last two visits have been less than expected. No cashiers in check out lines any more? Is that the future? I do it all myself? Target and I are about to part ways if thats the case. Im not wanting to weigh my produce and bag my groceries myself.

I love being able to shop quickly and efficiently in a store that is tidy & well laid out.The Birmingham 280 Corridor store is a large-scale SuperTarget model, but seems to have significantly less traffic than others I have encountered all over the country. It is a bit of a hidden location. Maybe Bham just likes its Walmarts better.However, I question how well the management supports the cashiers in the store. Until today, Ive never seen what I felt was different. Supervisors in other stores seem to be more on the floor & in tune with the traffic of the store.However, I question how well the management supports the cashiers in the store. When my cashier seemed to be experiencing cash register issues with the customer before me, & then me, as well, I suggested calling for a supervisor. She seemed mortified. The supervisor came, the cashier explained the issue & only resolution was to tell me to pay with another method. The supervisor mentioned moving the cashier to another register, but by my observation did not once I was checked out.

Easy and no long wait time on pickups and check-out. Extremely friendly and professional service staff. Great quality products to select from, and, have never been disappointed with any of my purchases to date...

Always love target. Very convenient and helpful staff. I have certain waters that we get on the regular, and they seem to be a hot item bc they sell out fast. I have a staff member pull the sku and get me a case or two at no problem every time. We can snag our usual items and always tend to explore for more. Kids clothes check, novelty Ts check, check out the electronics always a must. Target rocks!

This store generally has good product, but maybe you should do a better job screening who you put in customer service. I had the worst experience trying to do a simple price adjustment, the woman was extremely rude and argumentative for no reason at all. She made me feel very uncomfortable. It was very strange the way she was acting creating tension when there wasnt any problem, I left feeling very confused to why she felt the need to be so unpleasant with me. Please address this problem!

Love the grocery area. The produce is usually very fresh, and well maintained. The rest of the store is fairly well stocked, and the employee’s on the floor are always nice, and ask if you need any help, when they are in an area. The only reason I have removed a star, is some of the cashiers seem to be lacking some training. They seem a little lost on what to do at times. No one is ever rude or angry, but you can just tell they aren’t as trained as maybe they should be, in comparison to the many other Targets I have been to.

Waiting in the electronics section for the employee to finish helping a grandmother Christmas shopping, acknowledged my waiting, then directly skips over me to a customer who walked up for the same item.Just disappointed...

I like Target, and I shop there because it’s quieter, cleaner, and the employees are usually more respectful and helpful than at Walmart. However, cashier Leticia made a very homophobic remark to the customer in front of me, and that’s made it very less likely for me to return to this particular store in the future. For a “tolerant” company, that was surprising to hear. Don’t preach inclusivity and pride while allowing hateful cashiers to say things like that in front of gay customers.

I brought some orange juice 3 days ago I didnt look at the date when I open it and took a drink the orange juice was sour! I looked at the date it had 2017 on it so I took it back the little blonde manger treated me like I was lytthen she called another manger up and he said it was delivered 3 days ago! When I asked for a district manager number no one seems to know it!

I would like them to restock the up and up sensitive skin bar soap.This soap is a good price and helps my skin.

Target is convenient but sometimes its difficult to find an open register. Its been better recently though.

My online order for pickup was incomplete - good thing I compared what was in the bags to the receipt. This caused an extra long wait time, as the associate had to complete my order.

They couldn’t find my order when I got there and I never received it. I called Customer Service, stayed on the phone on hold for over an hour after being told I was being transferred to someone who could help me. No one ever answered after an hour and a half, so I hung up. I sent a chat and was told someone will get back to me and they never did.

Positive atmosphere, great selection, friendly staff, and smooth process

Convenient but limited choices in food dept. - like no good frozen biscuits, sliced pimento but no diced, little dill relish available, terrible selection of IPA beer and other varieties. Assistance is hard to find but very helpful when you get to speak to someone. Poor selection of dog food and treats. I find myself going there less and less because of limited selection in all departments.

The best place to get everything you need! Choose this over Walmart! Great employees too! We need one around Jasper and Sumiton!

I use to love this target until recently I noticed after getting home more than once that I had bought expired groceries and they werent just recently expired it was by several months and also frozen food only having a few days until expiration. Ive noticed lately that the shelves are bare or the items are expired.

Why is every Target not a Super Target? I love this place. Its the only location I can find my new favorite... Boxed Water!

For some reason, someone either removed the price tags on quite a few of the swumsuits that I looked at, or they were never put on. The highlight of my visit was the cashier, she was extremely nice to everyone in front of me, and equally as kind to me. Looking at my receipt, I see her name is.... Unfortunately, they dont put the employees name on the receipt. How unfortunate.

Consistently has the worst customer service of any Target in town. The people at the registers rarely know how to run coupons and typically have to call a manager. They tend to be rude and disrespectful as if using a $2 coupon comes directly out of their pocket. Save your money and go to Walmart up the street or any other Target. The one in Trussville and the other side of Hoover both have fabulous customer service.

Came here with my girlfriend and decided on a snack. Was told the banana was part of the combo deal (and was free) but we got charged for it. Then was told to just go over to the fruit section and grab a banana after bringing up to the cashier about being charged. At no point in the display menu does it say anything about a banana.This happened after being charged $1 for the chew bone. Doesnt seem like a lot but adds up when I buy a bunch for my dog. Customer service corrected that problem right away though and Im happy about that.
