Just had a sub installed in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Took it in and dropped if off at 830 in the morning had it back by 3pm. Sound is AMAZING and he even brought my vehicle back to me so that I didnt have to take time away from work to go get it. Can not wait to replace my actual speakers with them as well. Let me know all the ins and outs of if I wanted to disconnect it how to take care of my wires if I do disconnect it. Very happy with the service. Will definitely do more business there!

If you want to be insulted for wanting to buy something, this is the place to go. The only quality the owner has are the manners of the people he hires.I like to purchase from local business for the sake of hometown prosperity. I will never set foot in this place again .First, when I saw an RadioShack ad promoting a stereo receiver he refused to give me me the sale price. Im still kicking myself for paying the extra $40.00 dollars. Then when it stopped working He charged me $35.00 to tell me he couldnt fix it after I waited 2 months.My suggestion to any perceptive buyer would be to take a trip to another city, buy your product, enjoy a good time at a show or restaurant and you will still save money and not be offended by wanting to buy something.

Horrible, and over priced. Sold me a dead loc unit. Hasnt even been 7 days and says he cant refund me. Said he never seen a dead unit in over 30yrs. $24, after hours and days on trying to figure it out. I decided to buy one off Amazon for only $8! Hooked it up the same way I did with their unit. Worked on the first try.

This store has installed several car systems for me. There work is professional and quick. Any warranty work was done quick and with a smile. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The guy that runs the place is a jackass. The techs are decent. So a radio shack that sells pellet smokers??? If you know the owners go and support them but otherwise avoid

Called to get installation done guy wanted me to buy a kit that my vehicle already has and he was telling me that it will be 149 dollar kit um he said I wont find a kit cheaper than that well Amazon has one for 49.99 seriously im not stupid to go and purchase something so expensive called u for a installation which I was willing to pay 100 bucks for but not paying for a kit I already have and if i need another one I can get one delivered to my door in less then 2 days well you guys did not even get my buisness due to you being so rude and overcharging me 😑

This place is a rip off. They charge you way to much for sub installation, sound works in Norfolk will charge you around 150. STOP OVER PAYING!!!!

I bought 2 remote starts for my parents for Christmas a few years ago......There cars broke down.....Like a year later they got fixed......I told my parents to go get them installed.....They told me they didnt even sell the brand I had purchased anymore...And told me I cant use the gift certificate I purchased cause it was so long of time that passed they told me they didnt have record of it.....I have the receipt...And the gift certificate from this very store...I was ripped off by Jeff......I dont recommend anyone to go to this store.....They are thieves......sincerely Louis eads
