Oh man where to start? Legitimately one of the best ice creams! So awesome to be able to customize your flavor and have it made right in front of you. The owner was so friendly and helpful. It was so much fun watching be made, but the flavor and texture was perfect. The beauty of it is, if it wasnt perfect to you, you can perfect it as needed.

Ice cream is yummy, and watching being frozen is cool! It is a fun concept. Owners are great people and are on top of making their store a great experience!

Definitely recommend you get ice cream here if you havent yet! The shop has a bright fun atmosphere and everything is very clean. The owner is who was working when we went. She was so friendly, great with all the questions we had and the kids loved seeing their icream made with nitrogen plus it tasted amazing. We had alot of fun trying the dragons breath and blowing cold smoke out, it tasted like captain crunch cereal to us lol

I highly recommend anybody and everybody to come here. The ice cream was phenomenally tasty. The owner was the one who made a root beer float that was beyond delicious, even though I had a few bites before my wife finished it and gave me a pouty face since there wasnt any left. The ube ice cream with birthday sprinkles and marshmallow cream icing was a perfect finish to mall shopping. Im not a huge ice cream fan. But I was very interested in their way of ice cream. This ice cream is frozen with nitrogen and is all so tasty. One of their most popular seller is called Dragons Breath, which is cereal balls frozen, then you blow out colored smoke its so fun to watch and the kids love it. I highly recommend checking this place out while your in the mall and get something that will leave a lasting impression on your taste buds.

Very nice people and wonderful service, not to mention the Ice cream was Phenomenal, the only annoyance is the Black Caviar kiosk next to the business, they don’t shut up and bother you constantly, but look past them and get some delicious Ice Cream, it’s worth it.

Went here to try it out for the first time and met the owner, who was outgoing and fun to talk with! You get to watch how the ice cream is made from start to finish, and she was happy to answer any questions we had. Ordered one of their custom made ice creams which is served in a waffle bowl. Even says on sign served in waffle bowl. They gave me ice cream in regular cup. I asked isn’t this served in a waffle bowl? Was told only if you request one. That is not what the sign says, then assistant manger acted like it was way out of line to get me waffle bowl.

Went in earlier today and all I have to say is AMAZING customer service and ice cream!Pay mind to the negative reviews, some lady shared a post that got over 150+ shares and people like to bully the high school employees and franchise as a whole rather than acting like real adults and find out if the situation is true 😒We arent in high school anymore. Stop acting like children leaving bad reviews left and right when you havent even been in.Its so sad to know that these adults will spread so much hate, posting publicity about a false incident and then encourage people online to start bashing this place and the employees.The girl who made my ice cream was not only kind, but definitely seems to LOVE her job and thats the best thing to see 🤗Got to talk with the owner as I waited as well, hearing her story was absolutely fascinating! The ice cream is expensive! Over $6 for a kids mint chip. Medium + a small was over $15! While the process is cool, it is not worth the cost.More importantly, the young lady who prepared our ice cream was NOT wearing a mask. I asked if she would be wearing one while preparing ice cream for my child. She replied “I am not required to.” All the other stores in the mall are requiring masks. It is insane that someone preparing food is not wearing a mask (especially when asked), and then charging that much!We used to love subzero. We have driven an hour out of our way to stop there in AZ and CA before. I was glad to see Billings get one, but disappointed after this experience.

When I say I had the best strawberry cheesecake ice cream Ive ever had here, I am not kidding. First, the owner is super welcoming and fun to talk to, but the process of making the ice cream was what stole the show. The process is hypnotizing and the end result is creamy and delicious. To top it off they were able to make a cotton candy bubble gum flavor just for my four year old. We will be back.

This was a pretty cool and tasty experience. I not only had an opportunity to watch them prepare the ice cream dish wish the special effects of the cool smoke from them cold delicacy being prepared for me. But it tasted as good as it looked being prepared. Im willing to try things that appeal to me at least once. However, I will be trying this again!

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!Pardon the enthusiasm, but I really enjoyed both the experience here and the ice cream. First of all, Im a total lab geek, so I loved watching them make my ice cream with liquid nitrogen. It was like magic. Now onto the ice cream itself, I got the Strawberry ??? sensation. I cant remember what it was called, but the lady working there suggested it when I told her my favorite flavor is strawberry. It has vanilla, marshmallow fluff, whipped cream, and strawberries of course. I was a little weary of the marshmallow fluff thinking it might make the ice cream way too sweet, as I am not a fan of overwhelmingly sweet things. The final product was fantastic! It was super creamy, not icy like you would think, because they use pure cream without additives, other than the mix-ins of course. Not only was the creamy factor satisfactory, the sweetness factor was also perfect. It was not hurting my throat sweet, but still sweet enough to be a dessert. I will say though my preference for sweetness is probably less than the average dessert enthusiast.TL;DR - Creamy. Sweet but not too sweet. And you get a show before the food.

This is such a fun dessert. My wife and I grabbed this instead of froyo one day because... why not. It was yummy. It tastes like captain crunch. The sauce is weird because of the texture difference and it doesn’t really stay on the “ball”. Eating with skewers is easy and “fun”. This would make such a fun daddy/mommy/son/daughter-type date. The workers who run it are teens and they can be snobby, but you aren’t interacting long. It is definitely worth a stop.

Avoid this place at all cost! They are running a scam business here! Do not buy in their promotions and discounts!I ordered a promo combination of ice cream with waffle cone but when they were making the ice cream they used a cheap sugar cone from the display case. When I asked about it they lied straight to my face saying that’s what they use for waffle cone even though the other sales lady just showed me the difference between a sugar cone and a waffle cone!This place needs to go out of business ASAP!

While it takes a bit of time to get your ice cream, its worth the wait. The keto flavors are the best as they are made with whole cream and almond milk which makes it thick, dense, and creamy. I had the line voltage with a little added citric acid, it was delicious. Plenty of places to sit because its in the mall (on the 2nd floor next to Forever XXI), with at least one trip.

The idea was fun and neat to watch it made. But in my own opinion its not any better than Coldstone or Salt and Straw. However the fact that you can make it with different type of milk instead of dairy was fantastic. However using a dairy substitute doesnt make it creamy. The Dragons Breath item is neat.

The experience of seeing the dry ice is cool (pun intended). The server was really nice and patient...but those are basically the only positives I can think of.My partner and I tried two flavors and both were somehow bland and sickly sweet at the same time. If you are okay with artificial flavors than you may be fine with this place. I could also see kids enjoying it, so that is something to consider. I personally was disappointed.

Very bland... But at the same time ridiculously sweet. Its got a really weird texture, sorry of an icky slimy snot feel (like frozen okra slime). Its dense, not airy like ice cream should be, Im guessing because its not churned, just stirred.The workers also dug to the bottom of the topping containers and got the powdered bits out instead of using the big pieces on the top... Maybe why it had no flavor.Dont forget, this place charges 5.99! for a small bowl, emphasis on the small. And it wasnt even full.Very disappointed.If I had to compare it to something, imagine you mixed coffeemate artificial creamers, lots of sugar, some snot, and sand, then froze it. My stomach is churning just thinking about it.Youre paying for the trendy show of them dumping liquid nitrogen in your food. Im ok with a trendy show but the product has to be good too.... And this ice cream was gross.

My kids love the taste of subzero ice cream. However, for the price I would expect a full cup of ice cream., not a partial cup. The person making ours kelp blowing on it in order to see how it was freezing up (I’m assuming). Not interested in sharing germs that way.
