Of all the Albertsons stores in Billings I feel this is the best. I will drive here from the Heights if I have time because the store there is not very good. Very high prices however. The bulk my grocery needs are bought at Winco or Wal Mart. But I like Albertsons for specialty items like meat and produce

Good store has everything you could possibly need plus some easy to find anything in a row because theyre all labeled

Store is clean and stocked. Have had great experiences in every Billings location except this one. Morning staff is rude, especially self check out. Barely aknowledge you, seem to be annoyed if you have any problems with the machine. Any other time or Albertsons I would highly recommend, best meat department!

I have been shopping at this store for two years and I love it. But one of the cashiers who works morning shifts is always rude to me. Her name is Michele. I think she needs to be re-trained.

Small store. Ask 4 people where something was the last one actually didnt know but asked someone who did. Pretty disappointing. I dont live in Montana but had heard good things about Albertsons. Not impressed today. We have Publix, Kroger and Ingles where we live. Nothing like Kroger or Ingles and not even close to Publix.

Perfect place to grab quility ingredients. The grand and 32nd location is my favorite. I can run in grave what I need and be out quick. Also I love there deli,bakery, seafood, Starbucks, and Susi.

I got an instacart order and my phone was only at 16%. Im a quick shopper but there were a few items I dont normally get like organic Ginger and organic garlic and kale that was was organic but the produce guy was very very helpful very polite and I got it done before my phone died

Great grocery store. The staff here is very friendly/helpful, and the fruits and vegetables always look great. There is often a line, but the staff is so friendly, even when they are super busy, that I dont mind the wait.

Some of the cashiers attitudes could be more pleasant. But the store is nice.

Prices high,brands used to be better.More small company brands.Alot of name products you can get cheaper elsewhere!Only go if its the only place I can get a certain product I like

Its a grocery store, nothing special about it really. This one has a wells fargo inside and a place to refill your water cooler jugs.

Altho check out was stacked, the cashier and bagger were pleasant and efficient. We went because the produce is always the best quality which makes todays lines worthwhile.

The best department in the store is the deli. Great chicken and sides. They have added some new salads that are delicious. The cheese selection is exceptional. Produce is good as well. Pricey but worth it.

Im new to this area/store and finding things was a bit challenging, but the staff was very helpful in directing me to isles when looking for something. I had to ask more than one staff person and they were all knowledgable about the store. Thanks for a good experience in an unfamiliar store.

On three separate occasions this summer I have witnessed the staff here refuse to sell alcohol to minors and to those obviously selling to minors (kids were literally picking out and putting their selections into their buyers cart while staff were nearby!). Awesome work by awesome people - its nice to see such diligence in our community!

I go out of my way to shop here, only cause it is clean, friendly, and the service is good. They have plenty of options to shop for, and they have everything needed for the house. There is also a bank, starbucks, and florist that have really good things. I always feel that this particular place has better quality stuff when it comes to fruits and vegetables.

The other day, a cashier informed us she has to scan items on a time frame so my questions were slowing her down. MANAGER, please rethink your message to your team.The selection is good so we return.Competition will pass you by one day if this message continues in my humble paying customer opinion.Good service always begins with good managers....????

One of the better Albertsons in the area for parking and ease of access. Very large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Middle of the store feels crowded, but there is a wide variety on the shelves. Checkout line are usually short and quick.

Best bank tellers in billings. Prices are a little up there unless you got coupons. Clean store but it can get a little crowded with the multiple people restocking at the same time.

Got chicken from the deli twice and both times they were raw and not cooked fully got food poisoning the last time so Id recommend getting chicken elsewhere

While Albertsons tends to be a little more expensive, they always have what I need. The produce is some of the best in town and the bakery is the best!
