In love shopping holiday decor here!Joining the rewards is also great you can log on online and check purchases and get coupons for yourself, friends and family also. These usually are around 10-20% off but still great!We first came when moving into our first apartment & got EVERYTHING from cleaning, furniture, and decor even!Recently we bought sand toys, shirts, and sidewalk chalk for summer fun!

They had what I needed and the sales person knew right where to direct me to find it. The cashier was very polite and tolerant of my distraction at the register. She also checked into a piece of furniture for me.

Big Lots has the best deals! Love shopping here! Be aware though, there was a lady in the parking lot taking photos of cars license plates and threatening to tow the car because she is short on money this month. She said she was the owner of the parking lot and didnt like over night parking; however, there were no signs posted. She then continued to lecture me on the other parked cars in the lot. When I told the lady which vehicle was ours (the one I was trying to get into) and that we where only there for maybe 10 minutes she continued to try and argue with me. She is harassing costumers and I felt very uncomfortable and left very upset.

Dani in future was super helpful and friendly even though busyand short staffed. Wonderful job. I probably spelled her name wrong but she was just great. Kudos

I have never had a problem or bad experience with Big Lots. Have purchased many great things here. However, always be sure to check all items purchased. We are all human. A few mis charges but nothing that couldnt be fixed. Happy Shopping.

I love this store, particularly for seasonal decorations. I drive to the Heights from the West End a few times per year for this reason. I felt safe going here during the pandemic as everyone was wearing masks. I have utilized their curbside pick up and it was easy also. The manager is kind and helped me find some food that I was going to donate to the Tumbleweed runaway program. You can purchase very inexpensive food here as well as seasonal merchandise, furniture, and toiletries. It is like a less expensive version of Target. Their rewards club has good coupons as well. Overall a very positive experience.

If you want a good deal on things always check there first! Over the years I have bought a lot of things from Big Lots. The staff are really friendly & always helpful. The Billings store is no different.

The furniture department is excellent. They carry Broyhill products. Great prices! Beautiful pictures. Nice curtains at great prices! Will definitely be going back to this store!

Ten years ago the wife and I got a 4ft Christmas tree here. Top half of the lights went out, so we were able to get another one.

I can get a lot of spices here. They always have great deals on everything. Store is always clean and the customer service is great.

Dont go here for furniture. They dont stock what they show and definitely dont let them order it for you as it will not come in and they have 0 follow up on orders. Inventory levels are never correct. Items show availability for purchase online but order will get cancel cause they can not find the item. Wish their Corp office would get this store in check and back to their standards. Dont bother complaining online to Corp they just respond with canned responses.

I love Big Lots! They are always friendly and helpful. You do have to know your prices as sometimes you pick things up and then later find out you could have saved a couple bucks somewhere else. I like the variety of food products. I love to cook ethnic foods and sometimes I luck out and score something I need. Also, from past experience, if you see something you like you better grab a couple extra because next time they may not have it anymore.My only complaint is, they need a store on the West end of town. Its a bit far on a whim so you need to plan your trip to the heights to make it worthwhile. Other then that, I recommend.

Waste of time. They supposedly have a sale going on and have no inventory in store so it will take over a month to get your furniture. They won’t sell what they have on the floor. Going to be taking our business somewhere else in town.

What can you say about Big Lots that people dont already know, right?? Some people might not know they have food items, about 8 isles of chips and other sundries, cereals and canned goods of all varieties. Even some refrigerated and frozen Items. Another might be; it seems they are expanding on their furniture selection, taking out a dozen or so isles worth of homewares for new space, or it could just be my store?? Lastly I appreciate being able to get Patio Furniture on my side of town theres no options, let alone they are moderately priced.

Just not my favorite place to shop.

Billings Big Lots is always clean and organized. I like the new look with the furniture at the front of the store, it makes the store feel more spacious. The employees were friendly and helpful, except for the checker who needs a lesson in customer service. I was there 5/14/19 from 12 to 1PM.

I always find just what Im looking for when I shop Big Lots! At my most recent trip I was looking for a clock for a coffee bar and there on the shelf was a clock in the shape of a coffee cup! Friendly & helpful staff make the shopping experience a plus!

So this painting said it was $20 dollars. But it said it was on clearance and the clearance Price said it was $20. So I walked up to the counter and I waited at the counter for 15 minutes and then I put it on the counter and she said what? I said I need to know how on how much this is! And she pointed at the tag that was on the cover and said its $20 I said no it is not! And she scanned it and said its $14. She was extremely rude. We ended up buying a giving plate. And the cashier just ended up slapping our receipt on the box didnt even give us a bag or anything. I will not be shopping at big lots ever again.
