Poly Food Basket is super convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Their produce is top-notch, their meat counter is unbeatable, and they have a great beer and wine selection.

This might be my favorite whole foods / health store in Billings. Theyre environmentally conscious, reusing cardboard boxes as grocery bags for those who dont already have their own. Their selection is impressive as well, including whole ground grains kept fresh in refrigerated coolers. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere.

Nice store, but we specifically searched for butcher and this place is more a 50 different type of bean vegan grocer than an awesome meat counter with locally raised meat place. Criminally small meat selection. Otherwise nice selection of natural products and what youd expect.

Committed to community! We have been traveling lately looking for a new location for ourselves to move to. And to be sure were looking for one thats near a Natural Grocers.The product selection and prices, are balanced and fair. They have a deep selection of supplements. Unique organic and raw foods as well as fresh produce and Frozen.But I wanted to also mention their attention to the local community. They offer classes training and a really good newsletter, thats full of information and teaching. They also have $0.25 per gallon refills for purified water.They always have some great sale going on items which makes it easy for us to try new things and learn about new items as we go.Weve been to a lot of Natural Grocers, and product selection varies between them all a little, as well as does stocking depth. But this store is one of the prettiest on the outside! I left a couple pictures 😁Natural Grocers seems to pick some of the nicest towns to put their stores in, so its obvious why they picked Billings!

Move place, kinda like a small Whole Foods. Decent prices. Id visit again when in town.

Prices arent super high like most health food stores. They have a lot of variety when it comes to organic food. I like shopping here when I wanna make something different for dinner. I usually end up buying a ton of stuff. Lol

I was looking to avoid the big stores on a busy Friday night. Natural Grocers met that expectation was flying colors. I havent been in one in a while and I forgotten how many good things I was missing by not visiting every so often.

Great products, especially the coffee and humus. Staff has always been kind and helpful.

Been a month or more..after not being able to eat 80% of a chicken due to bloody bones and meat,we stopped & bought two. Yummy.whata pleasant surprise.

No returns allowed. Please super Look at the eggs before you buy them because even if you have a receipt you may not return them and probably anything for that matter. My eggs had a crazy thin shell that shattered to the touch and stuck to the carton but I didn’t notice when I looked at them in the store and when I came in with box and receipt they said they don’t return eggs? I had another return last year on a salad because it had turned before the expire date and smelt terrible and I was treated horribly about the issue. I will try to find an online natural food provider instead with home delivery. Sadly this is the only natural foods store in town for now. The people that work there are nice so the manager must be the problem.

Love all the different things you can find

Had what I needed: gluten free gingersnaps, plus mint and licorice teas. Staff is prompt, and this is my second recent visit during which they paiged up another checker as soon as the line exceeded two customers. This time, the checker was friendly about finding me the perfect sized box even after I declined the membership.

I really love the organic selection offered by NG. The supplements section is really complete too.

Very disappointed! The produce was not as fresh as I had hoped. There was limited selection. What they did have seemed to be over priced. Half the store appears to be nutritional suplements.

It was my first time there they were very helpful and had just what I was looking for. The store was very clean and well organized looks like a nice place looks like a good selection.

If youre looking to change your life and/or yours and your familys eating habits from the ground up, look no further. This is where you start, with fresh all natural ingredients.

Weve been coming here since it opened. Aside from getting a couple Organic items from Costco, this is the only place we shop for groceries. In fact, Im there 3 - 5 times a week grabbing a couple of these and a few of those. We like the fact that most of their items actually register on the healthy scale. Wish the produce section was a little deeper. Other than that, were happy campers.The staff is also very helpful.

Natural Grocers has been one of my favorite Whole Foods replacements since moving to Colorado and Montana. I discovered them in CO (their hometown), but Montana doesnt have nearly as many health markets... Glad that a majority of my organic supplies and special orders can come from a store I trust. A huge plus is a staff! Excellent, helpful, and always taking requests for new items. Ive ordered bulk from them many times.

I cant say enough good things about this store and especially their employees. Due to a dietary issue we have been going in frequently and not once have they ever missed the mark on asking if you need help/finding whatever it is. Im amazed just by how friendly and frequent it is. They will go back and grab what isnt stocked yet, order something they dont carry if needed. Prices are also better than other specialty places in town.

My boyfriend went into this store asking about a business inquiry Regarding the ripped up flags outside this establishment and to buy a couple items today... the cashier that helped him basically degraded him not only personally but over the intercom to the entire store. While this inquiry may have not been something they could do on the store level the cashier should have no right to degrade a potential customer. She first denied his request to speak to a manager saying “depends on what you need” then told him multiple times he couldn’t do it etc... I’m a cashier at a large corporation as well and would NEVER think to treat anyone in this way and would NEVER question why someone needed to talk to a manager. Needless to say we will never be shopping here In the future and won’t recommend it to anyone.

I hope we get Trader Joes soon. I recently discovered Trader Joes, and appreciated the kind staff, cool vibe, better prices on organic bagged produce, and no pressure to buy unnecessary supplements. Be wary of Natural Grocers, they will sell you supplements resulting in excess vitamins etc. This can be dangerous with some vitamins.

I come here for my whole food vitamins! (And those yummy caramel pecan brownies!) The selection is larger than any other places in town. The everyday prices are Much, Much lower, so driving across town is still a better deal, by far!

A lot of the vegetables and fruit were showing signs of getting old. Uncured bacon prices were outrageous. I dont think we will go back.

Excellent food and staff! Usually good prices too. We shop here regularly. They are more strictly organic and non gmo with what they carry!!! This is a huge benefit over other stores because it makes shopping easy.

I love to shop at natural grocers they have tons of vitamin and good food too.

That was the first time Ive ever been in there. You have a wide variety of products, to choose from. Some supplements are a bit pricey, but most are reasonable.

Love going here for my vitamins and much other things when no one else carries it.
