Clean and most everything was displayed well. Employees had smiles and greeted customers and were doing there jobs. Love there huge deli options and varieties in there meat and fish. I find there decor warm feeling and gives feelings to take your time and enjoy the experience. Bathrooms were clean as was the parking lot.

Was just passing through on my way to Bozeman, stopping to grab some snacks - I noticed that the strawberries had mold on them but the blueberries/raspberries looked okay and I just wanted to get back on the road. I didn’t notice until I was too far away to turn around that the blueberries also had mold on them. Oh well can’t do anything about it now but I called the store just to let someone know and to have them throw away the old, gross produce before another customer bought some without looking super closely. I didn’t care about a refund as it was just $5 for two packs. I was transferred to the produce department and talk to a man named Travis who could not have cared less about moldy fruit set out for sale and then told me that “sometimes they just come in like that,” uh yeah and then whoever sets them out is supposed to make sure those are thrown away?? I hope that the fruit was discarded but who knows, I wouldn’t risk getting any “fresh” food from there.

Very pleasant shopping today. Store not crowded, aisles clear, most people wearing masks, employees very helpful & cheerful, checkout was quick, & employees bagged my groceries. AND we can again bring & use our own shopping bags. They even had some available for purchase. Yeah!

High prices, low selection, below average quality. The lines are often long. THIS store in particular (1212 Grand) is a big disappointment. The others are slightly better, but the price are 20-30% higher for the same item than other grocery stores. They want to charge high prices like a specialty store but there is nothing special.

Its a grocery store. Usually the checkers are nice, this gal didnt care if you were there or not. Watch out for her.

Albertsons is my local grocery store, they have all been remodeled within the last few years so they look very nice. Layout got changed so still trying to learn it; especially since this one is not my normal store.

This Albertsons is awesome! They keep it consistently clean and stocked with items. They recently updated the interior and I will say it is an improvement. The layout seems more intuitive and everything is easy to find. The floral department has a very nice display area. They added a hot wing station in the deli department. They moved toiletries to the pharmacy side. More than that the staff has proven consistently helpful, friendly and efficient.

Great steaks and fruit.

Google says they close at 11pm, we got there at 845pm and everyone was glaring at us like we were keeping them open. Also, they have the most meager of Wilcoxins ice cream selections out of all the Billings branch Albertsons.

Not too impressed with the customer service today. Very grouchy and even a little put out that my back of my Expedition was full of boxes and she made the comment that she wasnt sure my groceries would fit in the back seat ( the whole back seat) handed us the reciept with a very weak thank you... I get being hot n tired, but really.

I like Albertsons and Safeway. They have good deals on meats, fresh vegetables and produce, and wonderful bakeries. Prices are always good and you can find savings on all sorts of items. Get your card and the savings are even better. Unlike Walmart you can find what you are looking for, not a hoard ridden empty shelf. The stores are clean and comfortable.

Albertsons is an awesome store. You want drive up and go. I got to say almost every Albertsons have it now. Thats for the people who dont have much time to shop or the one with lots of kids and no time. The Albertsons stores are always clean and extremely safe. They are taking all the guideline stops to make it a better experience for all. If you shop at Albertsons,you can get a discount for online shopping for first time and seniors day(first Thursday of each month for additional 10%). You want to save money. You need to download the just 4 u app. Other discounts is 25 dollars off 2 visits each for switching your pharmacy to Albertsons pharmacy. The deals from the just 4 u app are really good with lots of variety to choose from and gets better every week. You get the weekly and monthly sales every week and month. The sales are pretty decent. I highly recommend visiting Albertsons

There are so many items on their shelves that are expired its insane. My brother bought a frozen pizza once and didnt check the date, opened it and the pepperonis were grey. It was 9 MONTHS expired. A guy ahead of me paid for his case of beer and when I was paying for my items he came back in and showed the checker that they were all expired. I needed celery and cheese whiz to go with it...picked out celery and ended up putting it back because the cheese whiz was....you guessed it....EXPIRED. One time I told the checker that a bunch of bottles of ranch dressing were EXPIRED and 3 days later They were all still on the shelf. Ive seen eggs and milk with expired dates. For what they charge for items, it SHOULDNT be expired! Give me a break. They started putting their 4 pack of bakery muffins with paper surrounding each one to fill in the extra space due to the muffins being smaller. Like we dont notice🙄. The cinnamon rolls are always overbaked and never enough frosting.Their prices are outrageous and they are always out of at least one item on my list every time I go....one time, they were out of all three on my list. Aweful store.UPDATE....my brother just told me he bought some coffee pods and they were EXPIRED. THE WORST STORE EVER.

Clerks are always helpful. Store may be low on a item, but tries to keep shelves well stocked. Shopping carts are regularly sanitized.

The gentleman in the meat department. I think was LaVon was awesome. He went out of his way to make me feel valued as a customer. He also went out of his department to find something for me.

Clean, close to my house and never a long line. Prices vary as far as different sections go, but overall not too bad. Employees are always willing to lend a hand if you ask. Parking was not an issue, which as I get older seems more and more important (guh.....).

The store was clean and well kept up with. Their deli has a great selection of chicken, pastas, potato and egg salads. They also had a sushi selection. I definitely recommend the zesty bucket of wings and fried potatoes for 11.99

We like coming to Albertsons. Prices are fair and produce is fresh. We like that they make their own guacamole and salsas, also like the poppers and stuffed mushrooms. We always shop here when we are in Billings.

First time I have ever had terrible service @Albertsons. Self checkout over charged on Kaiser rolls. The attendant accused me of trying to get a different Bakery item then what I rang up. Had to pull my rolls out. Then had to wait while he sent a courtesy clerk to the bakery since he didnt want to walk his fat azz 5 feet to check. Needless to say, I got the right price after all this. 15 minutes for 2 Kaiser rolls. That us 15 minutes from when I rang up my rolls until I left the store.

I enjoy the wide variety of products here. Produce, flowers, and meat are fresh. My only compaint, however, is that discounts dont always apply as they ought to at the register. I use the app for creating lists and finding deals. After they were rung up at full price, the person at customer service refunded me with great service. I would like to see the app function more effectively. One more advantage, though, is the fast self-checkout option.

Great deli and meat/seafood sections, theyre the only reason I shop there. Everything else is overpriced and can be bought at Walmart or Costco for 1/2 the price.

Worst shopping experience in Billings. Over priced, bad service & parking.I feel violated every time I use the self-check out & wish they would get rid of it. The person minding the self check out hounds you endlessly, hyperactively bouncing around. If they have that many issues with shoplifting close the self checkout instead of leering and breathing everyone like a suspect.

Multi tasking capable, even clinics in a few

It was a quick trip in and out and I knew where everything was. But in the past they were very helpful by actually taking me to the product instead of saying, its in isle 4.Their checkers are always friendly and the store is always clean.

You have a rude lady in your deli. Robertson on the tag.slamming things in the back. About ran me over in the front of the case holding the selection of food THEN said excuse me, had my husband and I staring at her attitude.

I love this Albertsons the grocery section always looks amazing! Even when I needed help with an odd canning item the young man helping me didnt give up! About 15 minutes later we were able to find it :-) which is pretty amazing for somebody whos never canned before he was willing to put forth the effort!
