I work at this place so my ratting shouldnt really count. However even before when I didnt work here I always got great service. People are friendly, and if they ever get your drink wrong theyll remake jt for free

I have enjoyed this location many times as the west end ones are closed so much in fact the one at the mall is listed as temporarily closed. But Sunday got in drive thru line behind 2 other cars at 6:50, website says they opened at 0600. It seemed to take alot of time, about 10 minutes for each car in front of me. So I had been in line for about 20 minutes when it was my turn. No one talked to me, I said hello several times and believing the speaker might be broken I drove up to the window. 3 women were working inside pouring water and doing things. I kept looking at them but believed they were avoiding eye contact. Then they came over and opened the window. 2 women stood there and one said we dont take window orders you will have to pull around and get in line again. Well,,,,that didnt happen, if I never go there again it will be too soon. Been to 100s of Starbucks in many states and 2 countries and never had a worse experience . The sign on the speaker said if you are having a problem please pull forward to the window. They do take window orders. I like the taste of the coffee but I like Legacy, Black Dog and Heidis Coffee Cabin too.

Apparently you can just shut down your business without putting up a sign? Got stuck in their drive thru with a bunch of other people that had no clue that they were apparently closed for the day. Try keeping your customers informed.

Love their Coffee and love how the place looks inside. Highly recommend you visit Starbucks if you havent already yet.😗☕👌🏼

First off. Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Honestly livid after hearing about my boyfriends experience this morning. Considering mine have been fine.. He calls, not really much of a Starbucks guy to start with, and asks to place an order. Says some kid acted snoody with guy like it was a hastle for him on the phone, but told him “k sounds good” and hung up on him. My boyfriend shows up.. and says he placed an order.. taller brunette gal and said kid give eachother a nasty look and say they don’t take orders unless they’re bigger orders and he’s going to have to wait and place a new one. Now why wouldn’t you tell him that on the phone in the first place? He didn’t know? Could have copped the attitude and told him that to start with. Instead of treating him like he’s slow and should have known.. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I have never left a review but hearing that just blows my mind. Very disappointed.

Please turn off your order online app if your doors are going to be locked. I order ahead so I can come in and pick up and not sit in the drive thru line. Sooooo frustrating!!!! I get your short staffed but I dont have time to sit in the drive thru when there are cars lined up out to the street.

Stereotypically, I love Starbucks. Used to live in Seattle, so Im a little biased, but idc because theyre a master in the coffee business. I love that no matter what store location, no matter what state youre in, or what time you go, you will always get what you ordered. I think the 9th and Grand location also has the best team in town. Theyre all so friendly and great with small talk(Very important to me). I am a loyal person and always choose the places with the best customer experiences. Of course, the coffee plays a part in choosing my favorite as well.

Oh weird it says open on Google then I go there at 10 am. CLOSED. UGH. I wouldnt go if I didnt have a gift card.. boo

I ordered four drinks and three of them were wrong. I asked for two lemonades instead I got refreshers. One was supposed to be no ice and it even said it on the sticker. My small latte was supposed to have soy milk. Instead it said no whip. The latte was for me and I’m lactose intolerant. I would have okay with all of this if I wasn’t treated so rudely after I asked if could just get the lemonades remade. They were not for me but my bosses. I told they lemonades and they handed me back the same drinks. I’m very upset about this because I go here often. If spend over twenty dollars on coffee I should get what I asked for.

I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve pulled up to the drive thru and have the place not be open? But it would be about 8:30-9 in the morning. One time I saw employees walking around but wouldn’t take the orders, I understand if you’re having issues with your speaker box but at least put a sign out or something. Will not be going to this location anymore.

This location has plenty of employees although none of them seem all that interested in making sure peoples orders are made and delivered in a timely manner. They charged us for a grander, which we ordered but served a smaller size. It took 20 minutes to get the wrong order. And to top it off I believe I heard some ANTI-SEMITIC remarks muttered because of my key curls.

The staff is always cordial and capable at this location, and Im always pleased to return, which I always will.

Unreliable hrs of operation. FYI people love their coffee earlier than 10am if you even open at that supposed time. Also pretty sure coffee houses fall into the same category as restaurants which means you can stay open till at like 10pm. The excuse of short handed is a pour sign of management, and their skills.

Asked for a pink drink, the woman at the window gave me a water instead and said ¨hit the gym fatty¨ #TruthHurts #blessed

Not the biggest fan kinda irritated that out of 6 times in the past 2 weeks Ive been there its been a 25plus minute wait in drive thru with anywhere between 3 cars and 5 cars doesnt matter how many when I went. I feel like they should have their stuff together when peak times happen but its not even peak times as theres never anyone inside when I go there its all drive thru and none of the orders are ready when they get to the window. 25 mins to get a coffee no matter what isnt worth the time and its a shame

Coffee ☕ was great but the indoor seating is closed. The place has outside tables and chairs.

Ordered a sugar free Carmel latte and they don’t have that - settled for a sf vanilla. Got a half full venti cup of the sweetest lukewarm liquid I’ve ever tasted. I used half my husbands macchiato to dilute the beverage to drinkable status. Still not very good and I hate that we spent nearly $30 on just coffee this morning!!!

I go here just about everyday...sadly I had to stop going to this location. Recently I have been made to feel very uncomfortable. It seems the leadership has no issue with yelling and making a scene with customers around. I feel so bad for the employees. I can tell they are extremely stressed. Latte was good though.

These guys are always my go to Starbucks. Ive never had a messed up drink any time ive gone. Most of the baristas know my order the second I pull up.

Today while getting our coffee we tryed to get a veterans discount and was told we cant do that. My manager said I am not allowed to do it. And just last week we came to this same store and got a discount. Coffee was still good but the rude employee was not great.

Amazing and super fast service. The line in drive thru was so long but they are so fast!!!! Best customer service!! With everything going on in the world they are so friendly and go above and beyond in kindness. I’ve witnessed customers being so angry over nothing and throwing things at some of the baristas. They take abuse that is not deserved!! They are doing the best just like everyone else and people need to remember to be kind!!! I love this Starbucks. The best in town!!! Hands down!!! Won’t go to any other in town but this one. Thank you for always taking care of your customers!

I went through the drive thru & ordered pikes black & asked them not to fill it so full. When I took off the it was filled to the brim & had so much cream in it that the coffee was cold!! Please explain to your baristas that when most people order coffee with cream which I didn’t in this case, they don’t want more cream then coffee & they certainly don’t want it cold.

My absolute favorite Starbucks in Billings. Every barista is so nice and cheerful, and even when they’re busy the drive thru moves so quick I never mind stopping. I hope the manager knows what a good team they have and treats them well!!

Closes early, Closes randomly, Closes often. I guess thats okay because when they are open the service is bad as the the coffee.The line is slow, Its always busy so when they are open you are waiting 20-30 minutes. No way around it cause they ignore the mobile orders and then huff at you when you arrive for pickup.The employees snicker at the routine Uber driver starting fights and harassing the customers after he cuts them off entering/exiting the parking lot.I wish they stop taking up retail space so we could get a good coffee shop on this side of town.

If they are going to take up space it be nice if they could at least post their hours. They claim they are open at 6:30, put it on the sign and then are serving no one at 7:40.... there is employees inside they could atleast hop on the speaker and let people know what is up.

If I could put a zero i would. This starbucks along with whoever owns the rest in town give starbucks the worst name. They are constantly randomly closed, they dont update their website with these random closures. No they let you drove all the way there for a chalk board with bad hand writing. No worries city brew hasnt had any problems be drinking there from now one.

The girls here were so incredibly sweet and friendly, made me feel great!!! This is easily my favorite Starbucks in town I will only be visiting this one from now on. I look forward to seeing those wonderful girls an their great customer service.

Ever loving flow of service and quality

I came her and asked for extra soy milk in drink and was told I could only get 4oz.I ordered 3 shots of expresso4 pumps white choc.Over ice and full the rest up with soy milk in a grandeNormally it’s no more then 5 bucks I got charged 6.50.The girl that was working was so rude. I believe it was holly. It’s crazy to me how just because she didn’t want to charge me a extra .70 cents she charged me more. Never will come backI go to city brew

As always, a really good place to get a quick drink and a small snack. Always stop here on my community to work when I have time. The lines can be long, but they usually go by fast.

Katt helped us today and you could tell from the moment she welcomed us for our order she loves her job. She was so friendly! I watched her multi task and go above and beyond the 2 other people she helped while helping me! This girl needs a raise!

Awesome dark roast

I had ice chunks in my frappe and it wasn’t even made correctly. Paid almost $6 for me to have to chew my frappe down.

I love Starbucks! Today my friend and I happened to be there at 2:30 and got in on Coffee with a Cop. What a neat idea!

Stopped in while traveling. We got coffees which were both good and satisfying but the sandwiches we ordered were lacking. Very dry and plain. The names are definitely fancier than the actual food themselves.

An adequate representation of a star bucks. Kinda cozy, seems like a bit of open seating. Perfectly reasonable place for coffee based on norms and societal expectations.

Went in to get my daughter a tall hot cocoa and when I took the lid off the cup when I got home it was less then half full...ridiculous.

Out of what i ordered. I understand running out of products, but they didnt tell me when i ordered, they waited until i had pulled around and was at the window. I dont want to reorder at that point and hold up the long line.

Might as well have ordered water because my drinks didnt taste like anything. The baristas were very rude and it took a while to make my iced chai tea latte. Every other place has it made fairly quickly, but this location took so long the line behind me in the drive thru was getting very long. I felt so bad for the people behind me. I wont be going again unless its the only place open.

Today, I learned that an employee once employed at this location (who is easily one of the best baristas to ever serve me) was fired! Meagan was the most sweetest girl and always on point with her work. I only went in when my drink was for sure being made by her or Jenna. They were the dream team and I cannot believe a girl like them would do anything wrong to be let go on such terms... I will no longer go to this location, as I believe the manager on duty of this location needs to be reconsidered OR she needs to reconsider what she has done... I am not happy with the choices made and will no longer appear at this location.

Nice place with a big seating area with 6 big comfy leather chairs, lots of tables and high stools. This place does not keep creamer available for customers nor does it have cup sleeves...weird. WiFi is free and fast

Baristas are friendly - hadnt been in for over a month and they remembered I was the one with the bad dairy allergy. Impressive! Their bathrooms always so smell bad though!

We get there around 8:30 and there is no food in the case. And the tills are closed down so they have to take our money and use the drive thru register. I feel like we are in their way.

Nicest of the Starbucks shops in town! I love the fireplace in the winter, and the large area to sit and talk, read, write, or just hang out while enjoying coffee. I see lots of people I know, and the staff is friendly, which makes for a pleasant experience.

First visit the coffee was burned. Couldnt drink it. Even after adding protein powder. Went to a different location and it was perfect!

Not open during stated open hours (Dec. 31, 2018) and overall declining quality of service at this location noted over the past several months. Have been a pretty loyal customer but plan to start using competitors, which are plentiful and conveniently located.
