Nice coffee shop! Wonderful place to just sit back with your laptop read a book and enjoy many coffee beverages. They also serve food and have wonderful breakfast burritos. I would also recommend trying the white chocolate caramel frappe

Great coffee & espresso, not so great chai & food. They just never mix the powder properly so you always get a mouthful of powder. Their croissants and pastries are good but the burrito usually has still raw potatoes in it. Still a good coffee shop, hopefully they can continue to improve!

I went to Mazevo to have a coffee with a family member visiting town. I ordered around 8:20. It was 9:00 before my order was ready. Multiple guests checked on their orders as well. Only 2 people were working and it seemed the drive thru was taking priority over patrons in the building. My recommendation would be to either close in door seating or the drive thru. Based on the lack of service, Mazevo was ill equipped to do both.

Got a burrito a few days ago and it was good all the way through. Then I had a burrito and my wife got one as well and they were both pretty bad. The bacon and potatoes werent fully cooked and her tortilla has something up with it. She didnt say what and it was in the trash before I could see it.Love the coffee and the shop itself is nice on the iinside. Im not sure of the food issue is just not enough staff or bad training, but they should probably take it off the menu until its resolved.

I’m from out of town, visiting a friend. Stopped for a mocha. The drink was good but I also ordered a white chocolate raspberry scone and breakfast burrito. The scone was very raw in the middle and the bacon in the burrito was also not cooked completely. I wouldn’t recommend the food but the drink was great.

Pretty cool spot w friendly service and fun drinks. The entire place is clean and minimal, perfect for studying or getting some work done.

The coffee is not bad but I have gone 6 or 7 different times and they always ask if I want whip cream and I say no thank you and every single time they have put whip cream on my drink. Normally I dont let it bother me because its whip cream and itsnot the end of the world but after every single time Ive gone and they put it on after asking and I say no, is so beyond irritating. Just listen to your customers request. Its easy. You guys have great customer service and again the coffee is not bad but it is very very annoying to not get what you ask for.

First time ive ever gone to Mazevo and i thought i wasnt going to enjoy it because i wasnt the biggest fan of Off the Leaf (not to be disrespectful), but man, its great! its a very calm atmosphere, not loud like most coffee shops, and one of the FEW kid friendly places! So thankful for the changing table in the bathroom (rarer than youd expect) and a small kids table with toys. The pastries and coffee were delicious too, especially the chai latte. Wish there were a few more vegetarian options to snack on, but the spinach and feta pretzel i had was delicious:)

Nice, open space with courteous service. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating. They have interesting drink choices on their menu, such as Purple Chai. No hemp milk.

I absolutely loved my experience!! That barista Hailey did an amazing job my my purple chia and she was super sweet, 10 out of 10 loved! Plus she had on cute earrings:)

I love Mazevos, but Im always torn between locations. The atmosphere is great, the drinks are always spot-on, but depending on who is working you sometimes feel like youre inconveniencing them by asking for a drink. I wish they had natural syrups (some have artificial color/flavor). If they made their own syrups/flavors, it would definitely be 5 stars!

I reported my bad experience today and received a gift card for my troubles.Coffee is good. I usually get the Brazilian beans for use at home.

I stopped by the drive through and ordered my usual 12 oz americano. I was the only one at the drivethough and noone pulled up behind me.She told me it was .75 more than it usually is.At the window I asked her again the price. Again it was .75 more. I asked her to check.She then agreed it was the price than it was. Said she was quoting me for an americano with flavor.She took my money, said have a nice day and closed the window.I waited. She noticed I wasnt moving. She opened the window. Asked how she could help me.I told her I hadnt received the Americano.She closed the window. I saw her making a 16oz. Americano.She handed it to me. I nearly had her make it again, but I was tired and late and so I left.Not very good customer service and did not make me feel like I was getting a treat.

Convenient location to our hotel; however Americano was too weak. Iced coffee same. Bought beans, hoping with a fine grind I can extract flavor.

Honestly a bit over rated. Will stick to my city brew. Coffee was burnt and acidic, flavoring wasnt very good. Drive thru is very narrow.

This is our favorite coffee shop in Billings! The employees are always sweet and helpful and the atmosphere is inviting and cozy. Just about always have a good playlist going.

One of the most unfriendly, uninviting, and poorly thought out establishments. The staff was not friendly, and when we asked for help at the counter they kept their backs to us until we raised our voices for help.It felt like walking into a supermarket not a warm inviting coffee shop. Terrible experience.

I cannot find a lot of sugar free flavors besides mocha and they had the best dark chocolate sugar-free latte I will definitely be going back!!

This is my favorite Coffee shop in Billings. Staff is great. When I have meetings here I know that the people I invite will have a great experience. The cofee is excellent. Mozevo exceeds my expectations often, and that is unusual. To me that means excellent management. Great job!!!!

I love good coffee. The shop was up scale warehouse modern. Very nice. They had just opened and my travel partner actually liked their hazelnut latte. I had a delicious latte from a delightful young man. We took it to go.

Comfortable seating and hip ambience really makes you feel like youre home, but better. Just no place like it to visit, study, reconnect, enquire, love, live and learn.

I come here to draw all the time. They have live music sometimes and a very cozy atmosphere. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they have conference rooms you can book for meetings or events. The food choices are limited, so I wouldnt say you could get a meal here, but for a nice hang out spot with a quick bite and some coffee, its perfect!

Today my daughter spilled her smoothie. As I was cleaning up the mess...that was everywhere....the gentleman working came over with a new smoothie and then helped clean it up. Not only was the customer service amazing, the coffee & smoothie were delicious!!!

I freaking love this place. The people are THE BEST and seem to have great personalities. The coffee is THE BEST and I love how their drive thru menu changes every so often to give me different flavor ideas to try. The coffee flavoring they use is hands down better then city brew, my ex coffee shop.

Cool atmosphere. The hot chocolate tasted like just warm milk with a teaspoon of nesquick though. Pretty lame.

Glad to live nearby- this is a great place. Its very comfortable with plenty of seating options. Im not a coffee connoisseur, but it tastes delicious too me. Folks who work there have been friendly each time. Best part: theyre open late. If you want to get out of the house but are tired of the bar scene, or if you have some late work to get done, this place is a great option.

Best cup of coffee in town. I visit a lot of coffee shops and this has been my best experience for mochas, lattes, or iced coffees. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. The atmosphere just sort of induces relaxation.

Tyler and Damien have done an excellent job with Mazevo. Theres great coffee, great staff, and a perfect environment to do business or chat with friends. Theres even live music sometimes! In short, I love me some Mazevo! PS Try the undertow sometime.

Oh wow! The people here are Amazing! Forest is just a genuine great guy and Grace has a beautiful singing voice if you get the chance to hear it when she doesnt know youre listening. (She doesnt think she does and apparently gets embarrassed). Both these folks make this coffee shop THE BEST! Coffee and food arent bad either. Best service and even better people!!!

Nice environment and friendly staff. Ok coffee, less good than the environment and staff. Definitely a popular study and meeting place for college students and other community members. Nice private meeting rooms. Just wish the base product was a notch or two better.

Wanted a hot espresso drink. It was just warm like the temperature I would give hot chocolate to my granddaughter.

I come here everyday sometimes 2 times a day. good coffee and love the atmosphere. only down fall is a few of the baristas in the afternoon have absolutely no sense of urgency. but still the only coffee shop in town I go to. i would highly recommend this place .

Great atmosphere to sit and read or work on the computer. The service was good, the staff was friendly and my dirty chai was delicious. In fact, I had two of them over the hours I spent there one morning. I will go back next time Im in town.

I like it but the waiting time to get serve takes long because theres only one person making the drinks and as a cashier. Hope they have 2-3 people working there.

Always great service and atmosphere. This is a comfortable place to come and enjoy your coffee, either by yourself or with friends. The offer shall group gathering places, as well. And if youre looking to work outside the office or school, their wifi is fast and free.

As an avid coffee drinker I can say that this place is one of the best I have ever been. The staff is always friendly and give really good suggestions. The atmosphere is very comfortable and they have LATE HOURS. As a night shift worker just finding a place that stays open past 10 is a godsend. Best of all they are a small local business so you feel good supporting them instead of a major conglomerate. The coffee itself is very fresh and doesnt have that burned taste that you get with Starbucks or some other major coffee house chains. I visit every time I am back in Billings.

Really good coffee! Straight espresso was tasty and the drip was a fresh, properly roasted single-origin. The staff were friendly and the shop is comfortable. Not the best pastry Ive ever had but I came for the coffee. Ill be back for sure!

Nice and quiet, good coffee and teas, also other drink options. Assorted breads and pastries and I believe a daily soup offering. There is a separate set of rooms that can be reserved for small group events.

Absolutely hands down the best coffee place in Billings. This is their second location so its not as routine as their first but that is to be expected of a new store opening. Mazevo Coffee employees and owners are always friendly and treat you as if youre family. Professional baristas and roasters are happy to walk you through the menu. All around wonderful place to be with live music at least once a month. They are really becoming a force to be reckoned with! Watch out Starbucks!

The atmosphere is hip and cozy. The coffee is very good, the Apple cider is excellent as is the hot chocolate. The only problem is...you need a small fortune to come here every day.

I would love to rate Mazevo coffee on its actual coffee, but since we stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and were totally ignored by the barista, we decided to go elsewhere. No hello, no Ill be right with you. Just completely ignored. I hate doing reviews like this, but I feel management needs to be aware.

The baristas are very knowledgeable and I love that they have so many methods of brewing available!They also have a great pay-it- forward program! You can donate to different categories (such as teachers, nurses, firefighters) and those people can go in and use the donations for their coffee.

The atmosphere is good and it is quiet during the morning and early afternoon. The coffee is moderately priced but it is also moderate in quality and taste. Most of the seating is uncomfortable so be sure to grab one of the big chairs or the larger chairs on the stage area.

My first visit on Wed Feb 13 just before 5pm. Placed a simple order for 2 16oz vanilla lattes. They were HORRIBLE!!! I dont know what temperature you brew espresso or stream the milk but both drinks were cold. I can get hotter water out of my kitchen sink.

This place has a very nice atmosphere, good snacks and great service. I am a tea drinker not a coffee drinker and their tea selection is disappointing. I was here in January and I had to leave my jacket on while there which is the other reason I rated them only three stars. When looking around at least half the other patrons had their jackets on as well.
