The house blend is always a treat and I like the general atmosphere as there are a lot of windows and its a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee while people watching on the street. Good location. The staff is not the friendliest but not rude.

Self serve drip coffee. Neutral customer service, as in not rude nor friendly. Good atmosphere. Got to enjoy it for a while since they forgot to put in my food order until I got up to ask them about it 20 mins later.

Each morning I stop in here on my way to work. Get a toast, coffee n muffin, for breakfast. Personnel are really helpful. Coffee still hits the mark, tastes fine.

This place is so cute! I love to support local businesses, and the atmosphere here was so warm and inviting and the baristas were super nice to me. I had never been in before, but they made my drink just the way I liked it on the first try. The coffee is small batch and sooo good, 5/5 would definitely recommend

Rock Creek Roasters is the best cup of coffee in Billings IMHO. He buys beans from all over the world and roasts them himself. Its a great atmosphere to meet and relax, or just stop in grab a coffee and go. You can really taste the care and expertise they put into their product.

Okay, So i dont know if this helps...BUT, I have been waiting to go back to this coffee shop for 6 years. SIX. it was one of my top 3 favorite places I visited last time I was in Billings. Came back and had to have a coffee right away. and then again, and again. now that I am once again states away. I miss the place. coffee is perfect. staff is amazing. atmosphere is warming (even during these times) hopefully i will be back next year.

Coffee was just above solid. Red eye did the job. The owner/manager who served us was what appeared to be annoyed/rude to my girlfriend when asking about if it was him who was on the stickers being sold by the cash register. Very off putting but I don’t know what kind of day the dude was having.

Not a happy place. Coffee served Luke warm and they couldn’t seem to find time to reheat it when I asked

A really nice coffee place in downtown Billings. It has some character, and the staff are excellent and helpful in their suggestions. Nice places to sit both inside and outside.Try the nutty campfire frappe- it is excellent.One suggestion- they need to keep some sweetened condensed milk on hand for their cold-brew. That little touch of sweetness would make it perfect.

Very good coffee. They do a really nice job with their roasting. Had some pretty nice opinions. Loved the Red Eye, such a great idea! Furniture around made for a number of comfortable places to sit and relax. Also had WiFi and table spaces for working. Enjoy your visit.

I was looking for a coffee place downtown and this was the closest to my hotel. The shop was, clean, hip, and felt welcoming. The staff were super friendly and had my latte out very quickly. The coffee was delicious! Definitely recommend to any coffee lovers in the downtown area. Looked like they serve several varieties of brews like french press. Very unique coffee shop!

It’s Labor Day. They are closed. The owner saw me peering through the window and she told me they are closed. She then invited me in and told me she could make me a coffee anyway. It was the best latte in Montana.

This place is great! Seriously the prices are pretty good, the staff is friendly and fast, and the food and coffee is great! They also offer tasty flavored red bull drinks at a good price. It is a warm and cozy environment with great people watching in downtown Billings.

Love this place! The coffee is so fresh and smooth. They always do the swan or heart designs in the froth. Seating is in abundance with a decent view. I highly recommend going here for coffee or even some select baked goods.

Clean and bright with a pretty good cup of coffee. Staff is friendly and the tables are clean. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired as far as work goes. There are very few places to sit that are conducive to work and many of the outlets dont work. Wifi is pretty painful to connect to - should be much simpler and quicker. Would be nice to see more and comfortable seating considering the size of the space. Better local options if you are looking for creative coffee shop space.

Not good at all. The coffee was okay but the breakfast items that we ordered were sloppy and gross. I would never go back.

Today was a rainy day, and I thought well Ill grab a quick coffee at some spontaneous coffee shop Ive never been to before, I checked the hours before I walked in, and I had thirty minutes until close. The lady was already cleaning out the espresso machine, and asked rudely what I wanted to drink, and of course I wanted a mocha latte, and she proceeded to glare at me, and obnoxiously threw down what she had begun cleaning to make my drink. Im beyond disgusted with the service I received, and will plan accordingly to never go in again, since I was such a burden for coming in thirty minutes before close.

Good coffee but their drinks are not unique. I would have loved to see some signature drinks that are specialties only they have.

I was very happy to have found this shop on my trip through Montana. I had a cup of the single origin Congo roast. It was one of the best cups of coffee I have ever had. The barista was knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend this shop!

I walked in and was gonna get a drink until I saw the flies everywhere. There were flies crawling all over the bagels, cups, counter, and everything else. The cash register had splattered stuff all over it and looked dirty. I dont want flies in my coffee so Ill pass.

The very best craft roasted, small batch coffee in Billings, and likely Montana. With excellent service, a warm environment, and a great location in the heart of down town, this cafe takes the lead - with exceptionally well made coffee available in drip, espresso, chemex and cold brew, this place takes the win.

Great place, the staff are very friendly. The Windows are big so you get a nice amount of light coming in. The location is nice and feels urban.

Im not a coffee drinker but these guys had a lovely selection of tea and my friend (who roasts his own beans and is about as discerning as they come) was very happy with his coffee. They have drip, chemix, French press, and a couple other methods in addition to your standard American frufru macchiato drinks. Nice atmosphere too!

Terrible customer service, went in to grab a quick coffee while walking downtown in the pouring rain and there was still 30 minutes to close yet the ladies working rolled their eyes and scuffed right before we even got all the way in. we tried to tell them what we wanted and they rolled their eyes once more and told us we need to just wait in a very rude tone. very unhappy with the service... never coming back.

I have never received spectacular costumer service here. The coffee was ok, nothing too special. I do know one time I waited nearly 20 minutes or more for one single cup of coffee, I thought well maybe their having an off day. Well, I just heard about how the owner of this establishment turned a blind eye to a dying man on the sidewalk. This poor man was somebodys father, uncle, grandpa etc. How someone could be so cruel is beyond me and I will never understand this type of behavior.
