Got dozen of mix donuts, this place must have workers now that just dont care or try. For example the chocolate iced glazed had very little icing, thin strip around like it was done by a 3 year old. Same with all the iced donuts & they all seemed old or dried out dough. The box of glazed they gave an extra 3 on top because they too were dried out looking & old tasting. Just horrible, no more going there...🤢🤮

They were really really busy when I went in there to do a pick up order but they were so friendly and helpful and of course their donuts are YUMMY!!!

The last 2 times I have gone here to order they are very short and say we are out, we dont have that.... how are you out of donuts at 9am?? That is literally your only job. Use to love going here before work or on my kids birthdays, just disappointing now.

Every single time I go there my order is wrong even though I have to repeat it 3 or more times at the speaker for the drive through. They are rude and can NEVER get my order right. So done going there I feel Ive gave them more then enough chances to get an order right. 👎👎👎

This place is so much fun solely for the people who were there. I know their days must be really difficult sometimes but they seem really peppy and happy to be working there.And no one can complain about the donuts. Still the best Ive ever tasted!

The person taking every donut off the line was doing it with their BARE HANDS! Even the lady at the drive through window was wearing gloves but not the one person touching every single donut that was being made. GROSS! I dont even want to eat the donuts I just purchased.

The “Hot Now” sign was on but we still asked are they doughnuts hot and she said “Yes!!” Our doughnuts definitely weren’t fresh. We also asked for napkins and patient waited but she never came back to the window with them or our change.

Crash and burn - they were out of 80% of their menu and took forever to fill an order through the drive thru. They could have told me what they DO have instead of telling me “no, we are out” to 8 different items. Kind of silly to go through all that…They did have original and that is always good, hence 2 stars.Will not be back.

Ordered from here 3 times online. I paid extra for premium doughnuts. AND EVERYTIME THEY DONT GIVE THEM TO ME. Not to mention the fact that out of those three times Ive always got random doughnuts with the most being 4 out of 12 of the doughnuts I asked for.

Had to go back thru the drive thru because she forgot or extras, even though we asked before pulling away.

Im not overly fond of commercial donuts to start with, but when I go in bright and early (before 6am) and get two dozen donuts for an office, I dont expect to get UNDERCOOKED DONUTS. They were nasty. Doughy inside. This isnt even a flavor thing... this is a cook until its actually done thing. Will never go back, even if its just for donuts for the office.

Their donuts taste great, however they dont match up with the app very well. After plenty of my time wasted trying to place my order on the app, I found out this location didnt offer Bogo 50% off coupon. Frustrating and the employee didnt seem to understand that she should have tried to make it right with a similar coupon or some kind of deal.

NEVER FOING THERE AGAIN!!! I went in to get a donut and there were bees all over the donuts INSIDE the case. I asked if there were some in the back that weren’t covered in bees and they pointed to an uncovered rack of donuts and said that’s what they got. Then they said it’s fine and normal. Needless to say, I didn’t buy anything from them. There was a bee stinging a donut in the case... glad I didn’t go through the drive thru.

Best donuts ever! Awesome and unique experience with my family here tonight. From the delicious mouth watering donuts (with a mind-blowing endless selection), to the welcoming fun and friendly staff. The manager on shift, Mackenzie, seemed to really be the icing on the cake for us when she came over to us and gave us a tour of their donut production and machinery. She was very courteous and hospitable which really made this family night out a memorable one for the books!Thank you to the staff st Krispy Kreme! You rock!

We grab donuts and coffee for breakfast here - the donuts were outstanding. Literally one of the best I have ever had, light, warm and covered in crunch sugar granules.

Okay, do I just love Krispy Kremes. I was a little weirded out that my Krispy Kremes were not the nice round consistent Krispy Kremes that we all know and love, but more a box of misshapen caveman wheels. However, they still tasted delicious and the staff was friendly.

The donuts are okay, mostly just sweet and not really any depth of flavor. But the employees are very nice.

Always love stopping for Krispy Kreme donuts wherever we are. Also love their coupons. However, when I tried using the two dozen donuts for $13 coupon from an email I received, I was told I couldn’t use it because this location was a franchise. I was extremely disappointed by this. Also noticed that donuts here were slightly bigger than other Krispy Kremes. Usually, donuts fit perfectly and neatly in a dozen box. Here, they don’t. Still delicious, though.

Krispy Kreme donuts are a love it or hate it thing.. Most people I know (including me) hate them, but others rave over them. Got some the other week and thew them out after a few bites. They also forgot my coffee and had to make it after I showed them receipt and had to throw the latte out too because it tasted bland and gross, Ive had better coffee from gas station cappuccino dispensers for $4 less.

Due to Covid, the lobby wasn’t open. The line for the drive-through was long, but the service was extremely fast! Allison who was running the drive-through did an absolutely fantastic job! It takes a special team to work in the service industry, I know I wouldn’t have the patience that these people do! The service was outstanding and I was blown away by the professionalism! My order was complicated and they treated it like it was no big deal. Fantastic job, to the managers, owners and The hard-working crew at Krispy Kreme!

I moved to MN a few years ago and have missed KK so much. This location always has a great variety and the employees are always quick to help and friendly. I will continue to come here every time I return to MT.

This location is awesome! The owner is usually there in the morning and is always working his butt off to ensure this store is ran smoothly. I also got an email about a Krispy Kreme promotion where it was 2 dozen for $13. I went through the drive through and asked if they were accepting it. He said no but he would take care of it. That is amazing customer service. I would have just paid full price but it just makes me a repeat customer!

Perfect timing this morning. I showed up as the glazed were coming out of the machine and they were delicious! However, my review is based on the customer service of the little gal boxing the donuts and running the register. She was super fast, cracking jokes the entire time, and never missed a beat. I wish I had seen her name, but she is a little skinny black haired gal that was working the front at 6:45am today, Im sure management can figure it out to thank her.

This gets a 3 for quality of donuts and menu variety. Customer service was terrible. The person taking the order was unable to get a simple order for 2 donuts correct even though I clarified three times. Thankfully the one working the window made it right, but overall a poor experience.

Went on 4th of july morning, crazy busy so we ordered online to carry out, they were out of a flavor I wanted so they called and helped me pick new flavors. They were fast and professional. A plus customer service!

Filled apple doughnut good as they were out of fritters and blueberry cake was just finished. We had 45 miles to get to home so waited to eat them. Blueberry tasted like old oil fried in,not too good.

Donuts. Warm, fresh, tasty-as-heck DONUTS! I tend to stick with the non-filled kinds since the freshness of the donuts is one of the main reasons I go out of my way to grab them occasionally. Everything one could want in a donut, and served with a ral smile!

I go in excited and start picking out donuts and get stopped by the associate and told normally people come in with a plan. Worst shop Ive ever been too. Sad to say its the only one around but if youre happy and excited about getting a donut DO NOT go here. They will ruin your day and clearly dont care about selling anything. They simply make donuts and they do it amazingly. They dont have anything to prove and they know it. So, while the ability to watch the donut glazing process is very nice and they are usually very fast, the staff is somewhat lackluster as far as their attitudes go.

Super disappointing! I LOVE these donuts! And I wanted to get some yummy goodness for my work and my hubbys work....But when you dont open your drive thru until 830 and Im not dressed to walk in...you loose a customer. Not to mention all the other customers I watched drive away as I called in to see what time you were opening the drive thru..... I drove 30 minutes to get 4 dozen.. I drove back with nothing...I wont make that mistake again!

Well, we’ll, well.... disappointed again. They have Halloween donuts featured on their menu, but when I order it, what happens? Oh right, their out because apparently the headquarters or whoever sends them their supplies didn’t send them enough. Perhaps you shouldn’t advertise this as a featured item if you can’t meet demand. I guess the fact that the drive thru was actually open was the big feat today. 🙄
