Tasty mixed fruit smoothies

Great, simple, reasonable lunch sandwiches, including banh mi. Good coffee/espresso drinks. Bagel breakfast sandwiches have saved my mornings on several occasions. Not sure if currently open due to COVID but really hope theyre able to survive. Wonderful service and community feel when you see how they interact with the Ed Roberts campus patrons. There is a special needs art area just behind the cafe kitchen area. Compassion is apparent.

I love their breakfast sandwichs! The customer service is fabulous the ladies and Mr. Ta greet you ever morning when you enter the cafe. Nice warm atmosphere!

Great service, hard working employees. The Vietnamese sandwiches are great and tasty. They do sometimes run out of coffee (or my Danish) in the morning though so you have to wait a little. They can do any kind of bagel (bacon n eggs, lox, etc...), any type of croissant filling, etc... Nice place for breakfast or lunch to go.

Ive only dropped by a few times so far, but should be doing so more often. Its only a few blocks away and on one of my main local routes. Its also right across the street from a BART station.Its a spacious, clean, airy room set back from the street on an open plaza with a wall of windows facing west and unobstructed view.The menu doesnt include actually cooked now fare, so its mainly coffee/teas, sandwiches, bakery items and snacks, but a lot of peoples favorites.

First time. Handicap accessible. Restrooms available. Very friendly service. Fast. I had a breakfast sandwich (@1pm😃) and americano. Both were good and priced super 👍🏼There is a huge selection of food and drinks, I’m sure you will find something you’d like to eat. I’m not a Berkeley resident, if I were, I’d patron this cafe more 💯

Very lovely staff; kind, patient, funny, and genuine. Spacious, bright, and comfortable temperature. Lots of tables and outlets.All prices include tax; only quarter change needed, if at all. Reasonable prices, decent menu and drink selection. Very delicious sandwiches, all made to order, and made quickly.Wheelchair accessible, as per Ed Roberts Campus accessibility.

Super fast service from a family run cafe. Great selection and breakfast bagels & pastries. sandwiches and a couple of salad options for lunch. Lots of coffee, tea and cold drink options. And they remember all their regulars...
