I lost my Apple iphone 7 and these guys at Hi-Tek in Berkeley sold me an unlocked iphone XR and I am loving it. I was going to get the iphone 8 plus but the price on XR was just $70 more. They gave me glass screen cover for free. Thank you hitek

The good people that at this store make it a great experience. They might not have the biggest selection of phone covers or glass screen protectors but theyve always been very honest and super helpful to me every single time Ive gone in there.On rare occasions theres a little bit of a line where people are paying their phone bills or getting a new phone but most of the time you can just walk in and get great service.These guys are keeping it real, real helpful!

Great place for phone repair. These guys have helped me out twice at a reasonable price. They repaired my iPad screen flawlessly. I also had a SIM jammed in a Google pixel without a SIM drawer and they got it out for me! They do good work and wont break the bank.

Place was absolutely horrible they had a listing for products that they didnt have when you got to the store no one was in the lobby when I came in I had to yell for someone to come and when they came to the front they had an attitude and then told me that the listing that I saw was old and outdated

Awesome service for unlocking my at&t Samsung galaxy s7. Very reasonable and fast. Had metro pcs working on my phone within 30 minutes. Now Im unlimited for $50 a month.

Found this store online while searching for unlocked iPhones in bay area. They had a good selection of used phones. I ended up purchasing an iPhone 6s plus in excellent condition for a great price. Eddie didnt charge me for the glass cover and sold me a case at a great price. Great alternative than buying a new iPhone.
