I cant even give them a zero. Yesterday I left another Metro store where I bought a phone to replace a a phone that was supposed to be given to me or traded for ten dollars. I was charged 135$ For an old LG phone, That i could not use for work (they dont even sell anymore any where)at this metro on University a month ago! My ignorance and trust was taken advantage of!!!! I am reporting this stores employee to Metro! This is so wrong!

My phone broke went to this shop and the gentleman behind the counter took care of everything I needed to get a new phone. I cant for the life of me remember his name. And to whom it my concern. This man is an asset to your business. And he is what customer service is all about. On a scale of one to 10. Ill give his service a 20

I got my phone stolen and went to a metro store to pay the insurance deductible and the guy tried telling me my options were the new I phone for 380 dollars

Absolutely horrific service all around I came in one late afternoon thrilled to buy a phone Ive wanted for quite a while although I got the phone(without a receipt) I realized that the phone had a hairline crack in the screen you couldnt even see except if the phone was at a peculiar position When I looked at the time I saw that the store had closed by then when I came in the next day I told them the situation and they said they couldnt help me at all whatsoever and to go to a actual retail metro PCS store the two employees laughed as I grew more upset and basically it was the worst customer service experience of my life when I went to the metro retail location they told me that the dealer of the phone I got was the only one who could offer me a refund or return so basically they had just told me no I will truly never forget this horrifically terrible store and I most definitely will never suggest anyone ever by a phone from them or you could get terrible customer service

Brought a new phone last week, love my new phone & the service was great. He really knows about phones & good customer service. Going back today for some Accessories.

Wow! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly & quick! These folks have it ALL. Lots of phones, different providers & all the accessories youll ever need. Im a non tech expert & I used to go to a place that rhymes with radio smack (who now are pushing contract phones) but when I saw a deal, I went down & got a free phone, less per month fees, more data AND most importantly to me (and other non tech savvy people like me) a technician who was just Outstanding in every imaginable way! Indy not only knew his stuff but was able to talk to me in a friendly, fast way that made it easy to understand. He was never stumped or bothered by my many questions. (While multitasking by assisting his other customers paying their bills, yet still helping me immensely.) Having that knowledgeable & friendly service technician like him really makes this company shine.

Friendly shop in the town. Great customer service. Better than atnt or tmobile center
